Great moon jump renting company! They were very nice and pleasant when booking rental. Also gave me the courtesy of plan changes ahead of time before my event so we could make necessary changes. They also came earlier than dropoff time and later than pickup time (I didnt ask them to they were nice enough to just do that) which allowed my children to have a little extra time with the moon jump which I appreciate alot. Very reasonably priced even with delivery fee included. The peppa moon jump was very pretty, clean, and big (13x13) definitely will use them again in the future and they also let me know they do equipment rentals and adult beverage machines etc.

We booked a package that included a bounce house, 2 tables & chairs, for our 4 year olds birthday party.It had been raining throughout the day & a few hours before the party, I got a text from MHR saying they would not be able to set up the bounce house for us, due to the ground being wet. I responded that I understood, but I still needed the tables & chairs because we would be hosting the party indoors. Mega Happy Rentals ignored my texts & my calls & never responded, not even in the days after the party. My husband & I were left to scramble to find tables & chairs just a couple of hours before our daughters party was set to start. I will never book with them again.
