My daughter had her sweet 16 there and the owners where just great. Laid out what was available and understood the decoration we where wanting for the event. All my family was impressed with the decorations but most importantly my daughter loved it. You wont go wrong trusting Z Party for any event I will definitely be using them for future events.

I recently had my baby shower at this venue and they went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we hoped for it to be! From the extensive follow ups to make sure every little detail was perfect and to my liking, to the actual display and presentation on the day of. I cannot describe the detail and time put into the decorating, and the stress taken off of me to only have to decide on games and actually enjoy my big day! Champagne bar was set up beautifully, and many areas for photos! Owners were very professional, kind, and patient with all my questions while planning as well. Will continue planning future parties with the wonderful owners!

First off all I want to say is this place is absolutely beautiful! Eva made my wedding exactly the way I wanted it to be! She made my vision come to life but even better than what I expected! This new location was perfect for the amount of people I invited to still have room to party and dance! The only down side was not able to go in earlier to set up but Darrel made it clear for us in the very beginning that their was no exception so its very understandable! I knew what to expect. Other than that no complaints at all! All our family members loved the venue, loved the decorations! I couldnt have asked for a better location! Thank you so much to Z Party Upscale Events for allowing us to have our wedding here. I hope to use this place again.

Held a memorial service. Very nice space for this. Only thing was no sink in the “kitchen “ area so liquids had to be poured out in the bathroom. But the decorations were lovely, the bathrooms very clean, and the room was a good size for our needs.Manager/owner very helpful.I will keep this option in mind for future events.

We were very pleased with our experience with ZParty Upscale Events, the place was beautifully decorated, even the restrooms were pretty and immaculate. Eva took the time to go over the details of what we were wanting and was flexible in making changes as needed. They were even generous in giving us time to set up before our event! We will definitely be using them again!

The owner was VERY rude! I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. He literally told us to leave and not just sit there. He was rude to the guests and the people that rented the location. Seriously, for what they charge, it was DEFINITELY NOT worth it!There is NO excuse for being rude! Your response left out a reaction to that! Telling an 84 year old lady to “get out and stop sitting around “ is both inappropriate and inexcusable! I FULLY stand by my review of your poor behavior!!

The process was smooth and for what they do for you, the price is excellent!!!!The owner went out of her way to listen to what I needed and how I wanted everything. Everyone who has considered or looked into booking with Z Party Events I repeat do not book with Eva Marina. She is a thief!When I was pregnant I booked with her business put a $200 deposit down and additional $500. Due to the pandemic of course I couldn’t have my baby shower. She stated that I was not allowed my refund back because of the contract. She went in to say that I could book for her 1st birthday party. Here we are coming up on Adelynn’s 1st birthday and she as a business owner failed to get in contact with me to reserve my spot but she didn’t have any issue taking other peoples money and giving them what I had reserved almost 2 years ago! I have asked her multiple times to refund me my money and she constantly refused and kept stating the contract. Well if you read the contract there is nothing stating about a pandemic I’m still not allowed my money back. I didn’t ask for this to happen otherwise I would of had the party or shower. Then as I’m messaging her telling her to at least give me half the money back she still refuses. I want to let everyone know DO NOT book with Z PARTY EVENTS. Eva and her husband are money hungry and they don’t care about the customers at all! Remind you she has kept the $700 for 2 years and failed to assist me in any kind of way!I messaged her again today and all she did was continue throwing the contract in my face and refused to give me the money. Then she blocks me. They are very unprofessional and I highly would NOT recommend!I have also reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. As I was looking to see if there was anymore complaints I saw there was one basically trying to scam people for their money just in a different situation. Like I have said in my post above DO NOT book with these people who just want your money and dont care about the customers and the circumstances in the situation.

Save your money & book else where. Numerous families have been scammed by this lady & her “business” she is rude, disrespectful & unprofessional. She will take your money & run, then come up with this whole story as to why YOU are at fault. She also doesn’t provide customers with a signed copy of the contract and will continuously throw a “contract” in your face. Do yourself a favor & look into other businesses that are professionally well managed in the corpus area for your party needs.

Planning any party for your best friend is hard, but an engagement party is even more difficult. Even if you think you know them, creating a party that is monumental in their life can be so nerve wracking. Thankfully, Z Party Upscale Events helped me plan the PERFECT surprise engagement party. I told them her favorite colors and a little bit about her personality, and with that, they were able to create a celebration that my best friend & her fiancé will never forget. We had to postpone our wedding 4 times due to covid gathering restrictions. One being a very traumatic instance of both me and my husband being diagnosed with Covid19 ten days before our wedding day back in November. Both Eva and Darrel at Zparty were wonderful at rescheduling our wedding. Knowing that we were in the same predicament as other couples having to reschedule they made this process stress free. They made our special wonderful and our guests were very complimentary of entire setup. I cannot express how extremely grateful and happy we chose ZParty Upscale Events.

This was a perfect venue for our SilverSneakers Roaring 20s dinner party!They had very reasonable prices and can now host up to 100 people in their new location. It was great to have a designated area for food and room for a dance floor. The business owners worked very hard to make sure that the my vision become a reality. Beauitful job for my star wars themed bridal shower! Everyone loved the venue. Although it was a different theme, they still made everything look elegant. They collaborated with me weeks in advance to make sure everything was up to par with what i had envisioned. They do have a list of rules to follow, but its only to upkeep their beautiful venue. I highly do not recommend this venue!!! If I could I would give them 1/2 a star or better yet no star! I was a guest (all the way from Arizona) at a wedding that took place there in July 2019. First off, the place was way too cramped and hot. Many other guests were complaining of temperature in venue. Second, the breakers kept going off as there was a DJ (Note: he didnt even have too much equipment) and brides family was trying to keep wedding meal warm. Third, the venue only had 1 bathroom to accommodate 60+ guests. Im sure the bride and bridegroom wanted for their wedding to be nice and memorable, but instead I watched the bridegroom having to mess w/breakers in order to keep things running smoothly. If I were them, I would ask for a partial refund. I would be embarrassed for this business owner!! So if youre thinking of renting out this venue for an event, look elsewhere.

They had done everything according to our theme all we did was show up with the food and enjoy our family and friends to celebrate our son. I wont EVER do business with these ppl ever again. I scheduled a baby shower for my daughter BEFORE the COVID hit and so since we werent able to have the shower due to limit but they still were trying to get me to have the shower with only 10 people when I rented it for 60. Then I asked for my deposit of $200 due to not being able to work during COVID-19 but they refused. I understand I signed a contract BUT they shouldve been understanding that most of us didnt have income coming in due to the COVID-19 and that money wouldve came in handy due my time off of work. I ended up having a drive thru shower and they still wont give me my money back and are basically forcing me to plan another event or STILL LOSE MY MONEY. Theyre big RIP-offs and not understanding at all. If you dont mind these people taking your money, they plan your event BUT BEWARE AND DONT SAY THAT I DIDNT WORN YOU!!!!

Very bad experience, man was very unfriendly to deal with and the lady even worst. They are both very hard to deal with. At first they sweet talk you into this amazing experience but the day of the party and after they have your money in their pocket they show their true colors. No where to be found and very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this place. You can rent a bigger place for the same prices they charge.

Just had my baby shower and im very pleased! It looked great. Just what i wanted. Great place for any event. I didnt have to do much at all. Great service! Took alot of stress off of me.

This place will get you for every dollar they can. They wanted more money on top of the 700 we paid to set up for food and the DJ at least 30 mins before party time. They will also charge $20 for every 10 mins you go over so plan on cleaning up while your party is still going on. Bring your own trashcans unless youre okay with big black bags sitting on the floor. The coolest area of the place was the entrance so plan to sweat. If you want a dance floor plan for 40 people max. I dont recommend this place for parties. Perhaps they should stick to Zumba.This had nothing to do with budget. Flexibility shouldnt cost. Had I known the guidelines prior to the booking, I wouldnt have agreed to this place.
