Went to get my car inspected. Unfortunately Greg let me know my front turn signal bulb was burned out . He said he could replace if they had in stock. Unfortunately they did not. He went out of his way to show me how to do it. I guess he could tell, that I would most likely have difficulty. He offered to do it if I came back with a replacement. I went around the corner to a auto store and found a replacement bulb. He immediately replaced it taking a few minutes out of his time while he was inspecting other vehicles . Thanks Greg for going above and beyond. You dont find that too often these days. I will start going to your location for future service on my car.

Oil change and Inspection. I pulled into the lot and they asked what I needed today. Oil change and inspection and I was able to drive right into the 1st. bay and they began working immediately.

My wife into get an oil change good price but the problem I had x 3 is.that. they stain my carpet each time oil l. Inask the manager one time that they should invest in paper pads for the pasaanger floor he said they were to expensive. I advised that they will have the same problem each time they have get in the vehicle and service them with oil stains.

They are very nice, detailed oriented. Also this one does Car Inspections.

Was told not to get out of my car right off the bat, when I mentioned I needed to use the bathroom the manager informed me it was closed. I told him I needed to get out of car to relieve pressure on my bladder. I got out and mentioned I had just gone to other Minit Man less than a month ago and I used restroom and walked around freely. He said company policy dictates the rules, what I was trying to convey to him was that a closeby Minit Man had no such rules? He did not respond to that. I went to this Minit Man this time because they do state inspection needed to register your vehicle and is one of only 2 in my city that do. Managers attitude was horrible. Young man who did the actual inspection was very polite and professional. Will not be going back to this place and will do future inspections elsewhere

Went to get my oil change on a Sunday. The website said that they are open from 8am to 6pm. Pull up and they were close.

I pulled in, and pulled out....with new oil. Didnt get out, bam bam it was done. Its where I always go!!

I went to get my inspection done there. EJ helped us. He was great!! He was honest and straight up. Very helpful. Great customer service. I will definitely be back. I have another vehicle that needs an inspection next month. Very fast. Though it gets very busy. Come early. Thank EJ you ROCK!!

Claiming to be fast is a joke. Been here multiple times for an inspection and both times were terrible and LONG. It takes them forever just to even greet you and ask what you need!! Also they are incredibly rude!! I’d look elsewhere if you expect professionalism and quality service because you won’t find it here.

Awesome place to change your oil air filter change transmission fluid everything great service. You can even get your state inspection sticker just bring your insurance. Awesome staff job well done.

After changing my oil that told me they could not install the under carriage cover. They put it in the trunk and told.meni was good to go. I told them I needed that cover installed and they refused.

Don’t go here. They broke the under carriage of my Honda Civic, said they will fix it but never called me back. See the images. The new Civics have special screws, they broke the screws now I have my undercarriage cover ZIP TIED just to prevent it from falling.

Called and asked if they had Rotella oil and a fuel filter for a 06 Duramax, arrived 20 minutes later. They started fuel filter change then told me they were out of Rotella, went ahead and got the off brand oil since I was on vacation and didnt want to spend the whole day. At the end of the $209 service my truck had greasy finger prints on the hood, door and no-doubt steering wheel.Got back to Houston and the bottom and back of my truck was saturated in diesel due to the fact that they did not install the fuel filter gasket with the cheap after market fuel filter. I was very lucky the truck did not catch fire.Sloppy work which I cant dispute due to the fine print on their receipt which says it has to be done in person , I just paid to have a new oil change and fuel filter, and here is your 1 star review.

These guys r professional, shop is clean and very very fast (no more than 15 min- save time by paying while they r doing it). Not only that they topped off my windshield fluid and tire press for free. Def great service and will return again

Call got a price quote for an oil change for a pickup. Pulled in and they rrquoted us a price almost double. Reminded them that I just called and they said they would not honor the quoted price

They screwed on the oil pan bolt without the washer and they failed to securely fit my oil filter onto my car. I got home and oil leaked onto my drive way due to their shady work. I paid nearly 75 dollars for a worthless full synthetic oil change. Im such a loser. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I ended up taking my car to the dealership where I bought my car and had to get yet another oil change.

I went to Minit Man to get a Transmission flush and oul change. After 30 minutes Joel the Manager said that they did not have the proper fittings for the transmission and to come back the following Friday they would have them in. I drove off and stopped at the Minit Man on Airline to see if they had the fittings. When I got out Transmission Fluid was pouring out of my Explorer. I called Joel and he came over. He was able to add a little Transmission fluid back in and stop the Leak. He gave me a card and told me that the next Friday he would make it right and wrote on his buisness card a big discount, due to their error. I went back and he took the card and told me they wouldnt do anything. My Transmission fluid is critically low and they almost Blew up my Transmission. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I brought my VW to this location a couple times with no problem. I was allowed to use my own oil and filter since I use that which are not carried in their shop. I was charged labor and was in and out. Months later I return with a another car, my own oil and filter but was told by the tech, we dont do that anymore...because of liability reasons. Complete waste of time.
