0 out of 5. Not Friendly! I stopped here for a fill because my regular nail salon was very busy. I needed them done today. This nail salon was empty and the nail tech was super rude, raising her voice in response to my questions. My guess is she was trying to close an hour & half before scheduled. Do not waste your time coming here. No wonder this place had no customers plus parking sucks!

Good place to get nails, pedicure, manicure and eyebrows done. Just got to explain exactly what you need and confirm that they understood you, english is their second language just be patient.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done instead of using SNS dip powder like I asked they made my nails like acrylic nails and have ruined my nails underneath. When I try to talk to them about this they refuse to fix anything and deny messing them up do not use this place I will never go back

Terrible service The man was rude he kept tossing my hand when putting nails and had horrible attitude i will not go back

Asked for blue and was given purple nails, woman was rude, man tossed my fingers around and gave me wrong color, woman laughed at us and argued with me about having a French tip painted. Man yanked money out of my hand. Woman made fun of my friends weight trying to make other customers laugh. Very Rude.

Kelly and Tony are the only salon owners and business that doesn’t completely nickel and dime you for the shape of the nail or to take off nails. They’re the best value in town for getting your nails done. I have been going to them for over 10 years and I won’t ever go anywhere else.

I walked in the store and was hoping that I was going to get a pleasant service and that was close to what I got and far from it. ! I got treated with nothing but evil and disrespectful service and everything was bad !! I don’t even thing it’s deserved one star at all !! Nothing please take my opinion!!

I had the worst experience at friendly nails!!! one of my nails fell off a few days after getting them done, The next day all of them fell off. I was told by the manager that they should have lasted me 2 weeks or so.. I called to let her know and she said for me to come in.. When I went in she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because there was basically no proof. THERE IS NO REASON I WOULD TAKE ALL OF MY NAILS OFF AFTER I SPENT $30 ON THEM!! She told me should would have to charge me again. So I will never return there, nor will I refer anyone to them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever had anywhere.

Maybe more like ugly nails! The guy that works there cant even keep with fashion. I asked for cofin shape and I ended up walking out with his file to do it myself. Horrible customer service and hes rough. My nails are sore and I really dislike.

If i could give it a negative i would This was my second and last time going first of all my toenails were not even cut evenly second of all i asked for a ballerina tip i always get that i even showed tony a pictureOf how i wanted it and they came out looking like eggs and bulky as well they werent even in width lastly the top and sides werent painted very dissatisfied

I get my pedicures here. They always last a while and the jewels stay. I cant complain.
