Not only was the owner late but she was extremely unfriendly. We had a detailed conversation days prior to my appointment and she swore that she was the best with 10 years experience and she swore she was fast. She claimed to do a whole refill in 20 minutes. An hour into my appointment I asked her how much longer it would be and she said another hour... I asked her why and she got annoyed and started bashing the work I had from a previous lash artist and stated that she couldn’t work under pressure. She used the hour to remove the amazing work I had and added a few cheap looking lashes and didn’t fill in the inner eye gaps which was the reason why I went to begin with. She pretty much refused to continue and told me that no matter what she did I wouldn’t be happy. She knew I was looking for QUALITY which she wouldn’t be able to provide. The studio is tacky and cheap and should have been a red light upon arrival but I was hoping for the best. I desperately need recommendations for quality lash work in Corpus please.

I went for the Russian 3d volume lashes with alejandra for my wedding, which was about 4 weeks ago, and I still have some long lashes left. I can honestly say I have not needed to wear any mascara for the past 1 months. It was definitely worth the money and I will definitely be returning for some more. Alejandra was very gentle and made the whole experience very relaxing. I came out feeling like I had a massage and had wonderful lashes as an added bonus!

Just lovvvvve the quality of work my tech did! She sized my lashes in the cat eye (smaller to longer) and I just loved them! I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely love my eyelash extensions! Alejandra gives my eyelashes a full, long but a nature look, which is exactly what i wanted. I would NOT go here. Full classic set one week ago...completely gone. They offered to “retouch” I was not interested if they don’t last a week, what is going to make the second better. They don’t give any refunds, not even partial. Buyer beware, they sound like they know what they are doing. However, actions speak louder than words. Yes I have had good lashes elsewhere, unfortunately not around here.

This SALON is fantastic! I came in on Thanksgiving weekend, and Alejandra - the owner, did my lashes herself. Before we even started, Alejandra assessed my face and my eyes - pin-pointing exactly what length / curl type would look good on me. I agreed with her right away - as Ive had lashes done in other studios before, and had them make my eyes look droopy etc. It was great to be taken care of by a professional who knew exactly what they are doing. I LOVED the Volume eyelashes. They dont HURT when you blink, and they made my eyes POP. Really happy with the experience, and it is definitely my new go to spot.

Erika did a fantastic job on my bikini wax!! She helped me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time, and explained how to better take care of my wax for less pain and longer times between appointments (which Ive never had someone do before!) Great experience, and definitely going back!!

Got acrylic & gel polish, Crystal had the softest touch and did them perfectly. She also had lots of patience when I took ages to choose a color...the best nail experience I’ve had. Find another place! A prompt 2 weeks after my full classic set had been applied, I returned for my “fill” advertised at $55. I was greeted by the owner in the reception area only to be told that I would have to pay for a full set for $200. I explained in detail how I had adhered to all of their recommendations regarding care. (They had mandated the signing of a maintenance agreement at the first visit.) She commenced to argue telling me that I was lying as my eyelashes said something else. I should note that I heard her say that to another woman during my first visit. There seems to be a pattern here. This is the first negative review I have ever written about a business btw.

Ive been getting my lashes done by Alejandra for a while now, and have always had a positive experience! All the girls are very warm and welcoming, and always offer a coffee water or Wine as soon as I walk in, which is usually much needed!!! Alejandra is great, very professional, chatty and very patient! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I tried to book an appointment last week for an eyelash fill, no one answered the phone. So I called back asked if they had anytime that day and they did at 3pm but I couldnt make that time he said book your appointment online and i did. I go in today for my appointment and she immediately busts out the hand held mirror before she even looked at my lashes and said It was exactly 5 weeks since you have been here, it will be full price again! I got up and walked out! She lost a loyal customer today!

Very friendly and attentive staff.) Alejandra did a whole new look for me ! I had black hair..and Ive always wanted blonde highlights.. She gave me a free consultation on what would be the safest and the healthiest way for my hair to be processed. So I followed her advice and my hair came out absolutely GORGEOUS!!! So if anyone should be looking to have your hair done? Look no more and give Alejandra & her staff a call!

The girl wouldn’t give me acrylics like I wanted and was highly rude. She also couldn’t draw a feather on my nails like I wanted. And the GEL, WHICH I DID NOT WANT, came off the next day. And I will never go back there again. $80 for nails that lasted one day and she didn’t even do them like the picture I showed her. Also the guy at the front was rude too. He said I HAD to schedule an appointment even though every “worker” was sitting down and there was NOT ONE CUSTOMER there. One of the other employees also left the door open while giving a Brazilian wax.

So glad I found this place! Theyre super busy so I had to wait for my booking but worth that wait. Easy to book, great communication, lovely loft with Queen chairs. Tried so many places before trying here. Other places either hurt my eyes, very irritating, dont curl up right, goes all different directions after a day. The second I got them done here it felt amazing!!! Didnt feel like I had any on, very comfortable and flexible. They always last me 3-4 weeks easily, couldnt recommend flirty lash enough, by far the best place Ive been too and THE only place I trust with my eyes!!! Alejandra usually does mine but Ive tried different girls with different levels and I must admit theyre standards are just as good and would happily let any of them do mine now!!!

A mistake was made with one of my appointments, but they rescheduled very quickly and when I mentioned the mistake to the owner she reimbursed me for my relash, I only brought it up to let her know how great her staff handled it and was hoping for a discount on my next appointment. Doesnt even deserve one star. I went in, told them I was in need of a fill. She didnt even lay the proper tools out or prepare my face properly. She just started pulling out all my remaining lashes then told me I would have to pay for a full set because all my lashes were out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THEN she talks to her co-worker in Spanish, doesnt tell me what theyre saying, only looks my direction and says in English, dont worry shes doesnt know what youre saying. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I was told I either needed to pay for a new full set or leave and let my remaining lashes fall out. Again, not once was I treated with any respect or customer service AT ALL. I left in much worse shape than when I arrived and the worst part of it all was THAT THEY LET ME. I hope they get shut down.

Hello Jessica Barrera I have been visiting the salon for the past 2 months and I have had a very different perception of all the personnel, I was also there that Saturday Feb 10 and what I saw every single staff member were working on a little girls event that was taking place that afternoon I also had to wait for a service which for me was not difficult to understand the situation that was explained to me and all the staff including MANAGEMENT WERE DOING EVERYTHING IN THERE POWER TO MEET EVERYONES NEEDS. I wouldnt consider not ever coming back based on that first visit of yours and I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND to visit the salon its such a beautiful place with a great atmosphere. And I only put 5 stars but because there arent anymore stars to put them. Concerning the staff they are very nice and highly efficient always trying to meet everyones needs always Happy and a very Big smile and friendly with everyone you can never go wrong with THIS FABULOUS PLACE!!!!

Great place in corpus for eyelash extensions. These ladies are the best and super friendly.

First thing first, it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was super scared and embarrassed/nervous! I wanted to try waxing because I was getting tired of shaving, tired of getting razor bumps, and always getting ingrowns. I was so Scared because I thought it was going to be extremely painful (YouTube videos of people getting waxed traumatize me) and nervous/embarrass because the area that is getting wax is kinda well private. That being said.... Erica made it as comfortable as it could possibly be, it wasnt intimidating or embarrassing. She made me feel relax. She also explained everything she was going to do step by step and and told me all the benefits that waxing was going to help with; which was hair wouldntgrow as fast, no more bumps, and no ingrowns! Which was pretty much true. Usually after I shaved, 2 days later I start getting bumps and by the 5th day I need to shave again. This time it took 9 days for a little bit of hair to start coming out and I was still very smooth!!!! Its been one full month and I am barely needing to getgmy second wax! The only thing was towards the end of the 3rd week, I got more ingrowns than I do shaving. Which is weird but Im sure Erica will explain why that happened at my next visit. To sum it up lol..... It was a great first experience, ERICA IS AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES and very informative, and it does hurt a Little bit in certain areas but it is well worth it!

Worst experience due to management. First, it took me 6 calls to make an appointment, even after I was told to call back in 5 mins and no one answered or returned my voicemail. Second, the lady manager told me to come in at 4pm for an appointment and when I arrived I found out she wrote down 5pm. I was waiting an hour after her husband told me I would be called within 20 mins. He offered me a “good” discount on another service due to their mistake, however, I live 2.5 hrs away. I asked if I can come in next month for the service because I’ll be visiting again, and he said no. On top of that, the discount was only $5 off! I ended up leaving my appointment 2 hours later when I was told that the wait and service time would take less than an hour. Terrible customer service by the manger. Their employees are good but will not return because of management!

I was very disappointed with my lashes. My friend and I wanted to treat ourselves but we are both unhappy with the results. She didnt consult me about any of my lash preferences and they all fell out by the 3rd week of having them. Place seems sketchy. Would not recommend.

Going on tow years I wake up every day with a full set of long lashes and perfectly shaped eyebrows. alejandra has Mastered permanent make up application to perfection. I recently decided to do my bottom eyeliner and never dreamed I would love my results so much. I promise you will not leave the studio until you are 100% satisfied.
