Miracle Ear (Jacob) made me feel welcomed and showed that he care about me. That says a lot in my book. I took a hearing test and Jacob knew what I needed and how to help me learn about my New Hearing Aids. I actually wanted to cry when Jacob placed the Hearing Aids in my ear. My husband went in for a consultation. As soon as we walked through the door we were impressed. The receptionist was very friendly. The lobby area was very clean and I think there were only 3-4 chairs placed very spaciously apart. Someone was leaving a few minutes after we arrived and mr. Montoya let us know he just needed to sanitize everything. This took a few minutes but we didn’t mind. We were so glad they were keeping everything safe. Mr Montoya was excellent! He explained everything in detail and in simple terms. He was friendly and very thorough. My husband isn’t a candidate for a hearing aid but we were never treated like a waste of time. The consultation was free so that made the service more impressive. I highly recommend going to the Miracle Ear.

I have been working with Jacob and Roxy for a year now and I am so glad that I was able to find them. A year ago, I could barely hear normal conversations let alone whispers. I have been using a hearing aid since the 1990s and the Miracle Ear is the best hearing aid I have ever come across. It has made my quality of life superb because I can now hear very well in all kinds of situations. AS for Mr. Montoya, he is the best hearing aid professional I have ever come across and he is a kind, very helpful and wonderful human being as well.

This is a miracle I can control my hearing aid with my personal phone believe it or not is % true and very comfortable , what a great technology that this business is using to make our lives very very easy in this adversity situation of loosing one of our senses answer my phone from my hearing aid is just marvelous.....

Very personable and knowledgeable on the product and can respond to questions and new experiences for a first time hearing aid user. Further he requested that I use an ENT doctor and they found a huge wax ball in my right ear to remove. Whenever I have question he is able to answer it promptly and in a manner I can understand. Got a letter in the mail from there office ,in the letter it said $599 but after wasting more than 1 H they told me it is $10000.00 i felt they deceived me to come in and use my need for hearing aid to trap me this was not honest
