I was called in almost right away and the session was great. Sylvia was so helpful and gave me excellent advice to have my PCP check my ears for wax and noted especially the right ear. She also replaced my batteries and put on new little rubber tips that go into the ears. I have always done well with Sylvia.

Excellent customer services. Dr. Gold is excellent and really listen to her patients. I am so glad I went there for my hearing aids. She made sure that I was 100% satisfied and has the hearingaid for me. I surely will recommend her without any hesitation.

Received my hearing aids from DR Gold and she was amazing. She went step by step a on how to put them on and how to set the app on my phone. She has a caring bedside manner about her. If you need hearing aids, ask for her!

On 10-1-21 went in for a hearing test.my experance was Very Bad! Women was telling me my hearing loss wasSaver! Saver! at 2o% and 25% But that hearing aids could help me. was wanting me to get hearing aids when I did not need themI will never go thier again and will not recommend the place of businesses.

The hearing aids are very good quality, unfortunately they did not work for me. They were no better than the set of hearing aids that I currently have so there was no reason to purchase. They did not help filter the Tinnitus sounds any better than my Resound hearing aids. Thank you for letting me try them.

All you get here is a hearing aid dealership basically just like a car dealership they want you to buy a car and the most expensive one thats all they care about. I was told by Silvia there is no doctor at this place and she said that before so who is Dr Gold google it. Its a run around trying to get you to buy the best. I dont think they do hearing test she said I had to buy one before I got a hearing test. So we caught her in several lies because she back peddled.. So never going here again

My father has required the use of hearing aids for quite some time. When it was time for a new pair, we were a little worried about where to go for a quality product and good service as he has had issues in the past. This time he chose to use the services of Hear Again Hearing Aids on Alameda and he (we) couldnt be happier with the excellent service. The staff is friendly and they always do their best to work him in and make adjustments as needed. Ruben Cavazos is his hearing specialist and he always takes the time to listen to my fathers concerns. Ruben is very thorough in his explanations, he is patient, and extremely polite. He has a great chair side demeanor that puts my father at ease which I think has helped my father speak more openly and honestly about his hearing loss and when or if he is experiencing difficulty and needs an adjustment. I dont think you can go wrong by choosing Hear Again if our experience is anything to go by. You will be in good hands.

Audiologist Ruben Cavazos is personable, thoroughly knowledgeable and responsive to my hearing needs; he made getting used to bte--behind the ear--hearing aids simple and very easy.

I cant speak to the doctor or to the hearing aid specialist as we never made it that far. What I can tell you is that the reception staff is the most unprofessional, condescending, rude staff I have ever dealt with. My wife was referred by the neighboring ENT office (who is great) and told her to walk next door to get taken care of for her hearing aids. When we walked in, they were not inviting at all and it seemed as if we were annoying them for coming in. My wife scheduled an appointment anyway, which was for a month later. Fast forward to the week before the appointment and now they say that they cant take the insurance. When speaking to the insurance, Dr. Gold is a provider through the neighboring ENT office, but the Hear Again office has not completed the paperwork to become a provider as well. The office staff called and left very rude messages and spoke to my wife as if she was stupid. Not acceptable. Even though we could have made it work, we refuse to support a business that has an office staff that is so rude. The doctor may be great, but the office staff kills any chance of being able to realize how great Dr. Gold is.To all active duty military dependents, avoid this place like the plague!

I travel from Laredo to Corpus Christi to see Dr. Gold. Professional, courteous, and excellent Dr. / Patient rapport. Highly recommended.
