Great service! They replaced two windows in about 45 minutes. They did a good job, cleaned up after theirselves, and showed up right in the time frame they told me they would. Highly recommended!

Horrible communication and zero follow up. I called about a broken window pane in our home & was told I’d get a call back to schedule a visit. Apparently they called back once, but didn’t bother leaving a message. A week or two later, I try again & he says he’ll send someone out the next day, before 3 pm (at which point I had to leave for an appointment). I get a call the following day from another person right AT 3 pm, asking if he could come out. When he realized he was too late at that point, he asked when I’d be available, & I offered the following day- all day. He responded in annoyance, saying they were very busy but would call the following day & try to “squeeze” me in. I never received the phone call or the visit. They seem too busy or preoccupied for new customers, so I’m taking my business elsewhere. I just wish they hadn’t wasted my time and been straightforward with me from the beginning.

These guys are still busy because of all of the hurricane work, so it takes them a little while to get to you, but they are friendly and courteous and do good work.
