This store has so little stars for a reason. I went there and the woman at the desk refused to send my textbook back to Amazon. She just kept repeating that I had the wrong shipping label. When I asked to use their computer to print another label she just went right over me and started comparing my label to her boxes like I was a child and not a customer. Rude old lady. Also they are really slow at this location. Really SLOW. Go to the one across town by Saratoga. They don’t charge you to use their computer or for a box to send back to Amazon rentals. Store is cleaner and they are always nice and very helpful.

Hello everyone! I just gave this place a call a few minutes ago and the manager was very rude! She said to me their is no one with your name with a box at this location! You should call the other two location in this area. (very sternly) I told her ohh yes there is I paid 60+ dollars for that box, look it up. So after giving her my name which was in the system, she never felt compassion so as to say I’m sorry sir. Humility is a quality to be cultivated and amplified!Please be patient with her y’all because I’m sure she is very busy women. However, this is unacceptable for a 6 minute conversation.There’s very proficient capable people who are desirous of that position. Who will not speak before the injury.Therefore, hopefully the new lady I just spoke who was much more amiable excels exceptionally! Thanks for your time and pupils!BE SAFEWEAR MASK

The only ups store to ever charge me for a return label. Ive been sending Amazon boxes back for years! Never! Then she tried to say somehow it was my fault! Go somewhere else. Im sure there are better up stores in the area that dont charge $2.50 for a label.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here… crazy lady alert!! “Gloria” was helping me fax something then stopped to go get her iPhone with the “among us” sticker on it…. Then proceeded to record us, I have no idea why she was and it was super uncomfortable. And I’m very worried about the personal papers she was faxing for me. The whole experience was crazy I will be taking my future business elsewhere like fedex from now on, lesson learned.

Love this location its quite a drive for me but the employees are really nice, friendly and polite and very helpful . I gave them 5 stars.

Expensive unless you drop a package with a pre-made label

Big sign out front saying only two customers allowed inside the building at a time. I showed up and there were about 5. Trying to escape the rain I just went inside with a mask on staying 6 feet from anyone else. The store manager began to yell and freak out saying i needed to wait outside. I pointed out that there were way more than who people inside and that it was pouring rain outside. I was forced to wait outside soaking wet. When I was finally allowed back inside and I was sure the manager wasnt going to assault me they wouldnt even take my package. This behavior is absolutely ridiculous

Very professional and great customer service, I was not in there for more than 10 min I had to ship 2 boxes 1with a p/p label and the other I had to purchase a label. The lady was more than happy to get me a price before I paid for it, she was quick and she knew wat she was doing. I didn’t get her name but I thank her for all her help and I recommend this location to anyone looking to ship packages thru ups.

The store manager, Jennifer, tried to charge me $65 to box a return to Amazon. I was confused because Amazon states UPS will box and ship returns free of charge. When I asked her why she was trying to charge me $65 for a box, instead of explaining in a nice way that the package was oversized, she became extremely rude. Go to another UPS store if you want friendly service.

Fast and pleasant service. There was a few people in line in front of me but I still was in and out within 10 minutes. The location is a little bit inconvenient but still great customer service.

This is the second time Ive had to make an Amazon return and I come to this location because Linda is sooo very sweet, fast, and such a pleasure to work with!! Because of her, I dont mind making the drive from Portland to do business here!! Thank you, Linda!!

The only positive thing about this UPS location was their ability to get the package on a UPS truck. I shipped a picture that was clearly marked FRAGILE and declared the value at time shipping. Of course the $400 picture was damaged and only the minimum amount of insurance was provided -- $100. Buyer beware!! No attention to detail, customer service or accountability with your possessions. Avoid this place at all cost.

Worst delivery ever, employees dont pay no attention to their job and cannot get a package delivered properly! Worst service ever! UPS should just close down and let FEDEX do the job correctly!

This has to be the worst store in Corpus. The customer service is horrendous. I waited patiently to ask if there was a drop box and the woman at the register shooed me away like a dog. She could’ve said “No we don’t.” Not wave her hands.

Yeah, Im back. Wanted to give the 2nd UPS store credit for how good they are compared to the other one I visited.After the horrible experience with the 1st UPS store, I drove 3 miles to this UPS store where I was treated 180 degrees differently! I even offered to pay for a roll of tape to better secure the box, but she said, “That’s ok, I got this.” She immediately turned around, grabbed the tape dispenser, taped it up, and gave me my receipt. Done! And it took less than one minute, and with a friendly smile and greeting!GR8 JOB!!!

Ordered copies on line. Got there at the appointed time to pick up and they told me they didnt have the order. They said that if I could bring them the info they could print by the next day but I needed it same day. They werent willing to try to find the online order and said that someone would have to look into it the next day and they werent willing to help with anything. One person was sitting there and the other was playing on the computer. All they had to do was simple copies and they have almost 2 hours left in the day but would not print them for me. They were rude and lazy and awful!!! Canceled order and got copies somewhere else writhing 45 min. That meant ordering and printing. I will never use this store again. I have never been ignored and rejected by a company as bad as this one. Oh, by the way. They werent doing anything but it still took them over a minute to acknowledge I was there. I could see them sitting there. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS!!!

Inconsistent and weird fees, younger employees are nice, lady maybe the owner frustrating.

I love the ladys at this UPS store at 2732 SPID , they are so kind and fast service I been with them 2 years I know my package so are safe there I got the box so I can keep my package so safe I order online alot I really glad to have my UPS Store THE LADYS ARE SO KIND EVERY STORE SHOULD HAVE THE KINDNESS THESE LADYS HAVE :) my UPS STORE IS 2732 SPID !! Usually go here whenever I have to send a package. The owner is nice, service is fast and great.

Doors were locked before posting hours. Could see employees inside, and when they saw me, all they did was shake theirs heads and go about their business. Will never go here again.

They have a notary and do everything ups but cant sign to except a package. What a joke.
