Sabal dental has the most amazing customer service! I had a broken tooth and my pain was extremely severe. The whole process from setting up my appointment to having my tooth pulled was the best customer service Ive had in a long time. The waiting time is very short, the staff are very kind, and the teeth cleaning process feels so quick due to the interesting conversations and mind blowing tidbits of information you learn about your teeth and of the dentistry practice (sometimes, you just have to ask). Every time I go, I enjoy it more than I think I would.

Great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was inviting, warm, and friendly. Dr. LaPointe was very thorough in her explanation as to what I needed done and gave me options. This was very helpful . I am confident that I will be back.

Personnel are all caring and make sure that you are not exposed to anything. Healthy protocol is followed throughout! Ladies that cleaned teeth and worked with both of us were super careful with cleanliness and Dr. Thompson came in and he was sanitized, etc. before checking our teeth, etc,. This group gives us the utmost care and we do appreciate it.

I had to switch from my dentist about 10 years ago because my insurance stopped covering the dentist I had used for over 15 years. I then tried the dentist closest to my home and it was a disaster. The dentist was good but the office staff was pushy. It was their priority or none at all. I could only get dental service based on their priority system and on their timeline. What they did was the most expensive work and they didnt care if it caused a financial strain. So, I started looking, again. I had another bad experience at another place and then I found Sabal Dental.Sabal Dental was interested in my priorities and the pace at which I think I can handle my needs, financially. I have always been asked, When do YOU want to start this? They work at my pace and on my timeline. I have never been surprised with a dental service or put in a situation where I am denied dental service. I have been so impressed, I had my wife switch from her dentist to Sabal Dental.

Best dentist I’ve been to in a long time. I got a filling and it’s beautiful with no problems. They also do implants and wisdom tooth extractions in house, a big plus because The hate getting referred to yet another office and appointment for higher level procedures. Busy office, but staff are well organized and friendly.
