Dr. Lykos & Mary Alice were both very friendly, professional &informative. They were very careful & concerned that I would feel as little pain as necessary. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental services.

I really don’t understand how this place has any positive feedback other than Dr. Lykos. Every time I have been they leave me waiting for an incredibly excessive amount of time, even with an appointment. Most of the staff is rude and can’t even pretend that they care. The dentists assistants were talking about telling someone they had to get a tooth pulled instead of a root canal because they wanted to go to lunch sooner. I paid for two root canals and fillings, only one of them was done properly and I never got the fillings I paid for because I’m done with this place. I honestly didn’t realize just how terrible this place was until I found the dentist I go to now.

Rachel is very nice! My family has been with her for many years and it is always a pleasure to see her at our appointments. She does great work and always gives very helpful feedback. We love her service and our teeth do too😁!

As much as I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I have to say this was one of the absolute best experiences! Ashley the treatment coordinator was absolutely amazing! She was beyond helpful in explaining all of our options and beyond patient with all of the many questions we had! We appreciate the time she took to help us out!

This location has terrible customer service and their front desk staff is untrained and rude. We went in for a cleaning and charged double for it. We had not left the parking lot when we noticed the discrepancy and the staff was already out for the day. We called the next day and told that they knew it was billed incorrectly and we were told the staff was going to inform us prior to us calling. We asked how to correct it and the staff answer with attitude claiming that it will take 3 weeks for corporate to refund. After hearing the escalating voices a manager came to the front and said she would have it escalated and refunded in a week. It has now been a month and the office manager will be out for a week or two according to the front desk. I called the finance department and asked them what the status is and they told me it normally takes 6-8 weeks. They were going to attempt to have it escalated also. In case you have to go to the location make sure the untrained and unprofessional front desk staff charge you correctly or you may have to wait 2 MONTHS to get your refund mailed to you!

I had no idea about this place but was desperate and in pain, this was a great choice as I was treated with the best care and left feeling great. I will definitely continue to go back. Dr Lykos explained everything to me before and after my procedure. They kept me from having a really painful weekend, thank you so much to the staff at Lovett Dental.

As someone who was/is terrified of the dentist, it had been over ten years since I had been to a dentist. I’ve never felt more comforted and reassured, than the staff at Lovett Dental. Literally, was shaking and in tears just sitting in the office waiting area. I would give this place 10 stars as they went above and beyond, to help calm the nerves! From the time you enter everyone is very cheerful and friendly. I have been to several orthodontists before and I was most comfortable here. The doctor is also very friendly and puts you at ease. I have 3 more in the family with wisdom teeth and I won’t go anywhere else!

Love going to this location to and from work everyday. Employees are very professional and very cheerful. I was literally running late to work one day and dropped my wallet with all my money and personal information in it. Thankfully Brianna (A former employee) had picked it up and took the time to get in touch with me to inform me that I’ve misplaced my wallet, love her for that and wish the other locations would hire more ppl like Brianna!

Went to Lovett because I had extreme pain in my mouth, the pretty receptionist up front (Alynna) was extremely helpful with setting me up an appointment. I’m now scheduled to have oral surgery with Dr Long that I didn’t even know I needed and wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for Lovett Dental. Dr Radtke and his dental assistants were awesome! Definitely recommend coming here, I’m extremely grateful for them.

Booked a weekend appointment for myself and my husband since we work weekdays. They confirm my insurance and I filled out new patent forms via email 2 weeks before going. I confirmed my appointment time twice the week of. I get to appointment 20 minutes early and they are still closed. I wait 25 minutes after my appointment time and they are still closed. As Im leaving a note on door someone opens door and proceeded to tell me I should of gotten called to reschedule since one of there dentist called off for day🙄. Once inside she tells me that they do not see new patients with my insurance on weekends and dentist that will actually be there today doesnt accept my insurance. Waste of my time never again.

Dont do it. Trust the one star reviews. After waiting 48 minutes for the woman in reception to confirm they accepted my insurance, which they had previously confirmed on not one, but two separate occasions over the phone, she proceeded to tell me I did not have dental insurance associated with my insurance card. I do have dental insurance, so I showed her where on the card she could find the information. Ten minutes passed and she informed me my insurance was new to them and I could stay for my examination and x-rays today, but my cleaning would have to be scheduled for an entirely different appointment (???). At this point, I left. Save your time and energy and go to a different dentist.

The staff was amazing and I loved them but the filling was the worst Ive ever had in my life. I have to find anouther dentist to fix it. They left a partial gap between two molars because the he over filled it and couldnt get the floss threw so he had to drill it out. But now I cant bite on that tooth and everything gets stuck in the gap. Also on the opposite side of the tooth he put the filling in it is now like touching a live wire when I floss. It hurts so bad! I waited a few weeks to see if it just needed to heal but it only gets worse.

I am beyond amazed and grateful. I moved to the area for graduate school and haven’t had a dentist since moving 2 years ago. I had a tooth cause me some problems but I put it off, ultimately leading to the tooth to break almost in half and causing very very severe pain. I got a SAME day appt with Lovett, who also had a very affordable entry cost. I am almost 32 weeks pregnant— and knew this tooth needed to come out ASAP. My appt was at 2 and I was discharged by 4:30pm. Not only were the staff so kind and helpful, the X-ray tech was gentle and helpful. I have been sober for moving to a decade and it’s important I have drs who respect that. Every person here did, made sure to acknowledge any interactions, as well as, protect the baby while being gentle and helping me. The first dr was so insanely kind, she reminded me of going home to mom. She quickly said, the tooth sadly can’t be saved but it needed a surgical extraction by an oral surgeon. By the grace of their kindness and God- dr. Long was there and IMMEDIATELY came to see me. He explained the ways he could get it out- the processes with me being in so much pain and pregnant- and promised to help take care of me. I went ahead and agreed to have it surgically removed. Dr. Long had some of the nicest technicians- I mean just overall the best I’ve ever had. One held my hand even, as I clinched with anxiety. She talked to me all about her kiddos and my baby coming to join my 7year old. I really enjoyed her ans appreciated her. Dr. Long got me numb, he did fantastic with the shots, very little pain- and he got the tooth out, without any pain. Now 1 day later- I have had zero pain, bleeding or difficulty- which I have had previously with another clinic. I have been telling everyone how kind and amazing they were, I finally got sleep last night and can eat and can have this baby in 6-7 weeks with no concern of this terrible tooth.I recommend them 100,000,000x over and over. This clinic was a blessing to me and a Gods grace protection over me.

I saw Dr.Harhash today and got 2 root canals done. I had a lot of anxiety and Doctor Harhash and staff assured me that I would be okay and it would be pain free. I felt no pain at all. My fillings at a previous dentist office hurt so much to the point it traumatized me. I highly reccoment Lovett dental.

Insurance fraud going on here. I went in for an emergency extraction in 2019. They told me my insurance wasn’t going to cover the procedure and I paid over $566 out of pocket. Fast forward to 2020, I called my dental insurance to see what my coverage was and they told me they cover 80% of any emergency procedure. I then asked if they covered my tooth extraction in 2019 and to my surprise, they said YES! They advised me to call and get my money back($306ish). Long story short I’ve been calling for almost 7 months now and every time I keep getting told they have processed my refund and I should get it in my account in 5-7 business day. I was refunded half the money owed when I threatened to file a complaint with my insurance. Still fighting for over $160 owed to me. I wonder how many people they have scammed.

Very friendly, non judgmental and very understanding when I explained i didnt have the money or insurance to be seen before now. Ended up needing 3 molars removed by an oral surgeon, he was very patient, explained every question I had thoroughly and honestly. Explained what I should expect and I didnt feel rushed or like I was annoying him with all of my questions or when I didnt understand something. Staff was equally as amazing and fun to be around.

Went in with the worst teeth possible. Dr. Bratton treated me great was really patient and determined to help me out. The extraction process to longer than expected for some stubborn teeth but got me done in three days. Very kind and patient man and would refer anyone to him. His staff were also just as wonderful. We will be using him for all our dental needs. Thank you for making a scary situation bareable. My self confidence is much higher now that I have my dentures.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service!! Went in to get braces done the lady over the phone had said they were able to do it so we went and scheduled an appointment 3 WEEKS in advance and we get there (and mind you we live 2 hrs out of town) and they tell us they cant do the braces like they told us they could over the phone and all they could say about their mistakes and their inconvience was a shrug and sorry. I would NOT recommend they are not proffesional at all and horrible customer service

Stephanie Flores. I sent her an email of the scans I had taken this morning at another dentists office. Then, after she confirms the appointment for a review of a potential root canal, I get a babysitter and show up, she says they dont do them there, and the appointment would be pointless. She first tried to say she didnt receive the scans, then after I checked who I sent them to, she said they dont accept digital scans. And they would have to irradiate me some more. Wow. Some people cant do their jobs to save their life. Stephanie is one of those people. She was incredibly rude and incompetent.There is a general principal in radiation safety called ALARA – as low as reasonably achievable.I dont know why Stephanie refused my scans after initially lying and saying she didnt get them. I even tried to see if we could coordinate with the other dentist to get higher resolution/origs if for some reason, these were unacceptable.Still nothing. Hope they find a better replacement.

I have to say that Lovett Dental in Corpus Christi is an Awesome dental office. The staff are amazing in what they do and are very nice and polite. They are very tentative to the way you feel whether you are nervous or just plain scared. Dr. Frank is an amazing dentist, he is light handed and explains his every move. There are no surprises and and consequently very little pain.I, based on my experience, recommend Lovett Dental for all of your dental needs. Their prices are very reasonable and staff is very knowledgeable. This, in my opinion, is the best dental office in town. Thank you Lovett Dental for an awesome experience.

I have been contacting them trying to get my refund for over a year now. They keep giving me the go around. It took them a couple of minutes to take the money out but can not seem to figure how to do the return.Funny that you say that because Ive called over 100 times in the past year to include talking to Rodney the manager saying check was on its way. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. And I dont believe your really sorry since you just copy the same message to anyone who gives less stars.

According to Groupon the only caveat to the cleaning is periodontal disease which i do not have. I paid $37.28 for a cleaning, x-rays and an exam. I was x-rayed, and then examined by the dentist and hygienist. I have good teeth, strong enamel and zero cavities.I was then asked to return to the waiting room where a $1000+ bill was presented.They would NOT honor the Groupon!I wasted 1.5 hours at Lovett Dental. I will NEVER go back! BEWARE!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone under any circumstance. I called on Friday 2-21 to make an appointment for a painful cavity I can feel coming in as well as X-rays and a cleaning. I was scheduled for the following Monday 2-24, gave Ollie my insurance information and was told I would get a call back. I was called back to confirm the dentist took my insurance and that they had it on file and confirmed my appointment. I took a half day at work and showed up early for my appointment. I sat in the office for 30 minutes before I was told the dentist on staff did not take my insurance, but there was another dentist that did and they would be able to squeeze me in on Saturday as I was in pain and needed to be seen asap. I had given my insurance days prior so I do not understand how this mistake was made. When I called back the following day to schedule for Saturday the staff (Alejandra?) was very unapologetic and told me there was no way they could get me until the following month on the 17th after waiting on hold forever. The staff is very unprofessional and unorganized. DO NOT GO HERE

I saw Dr. Frank at Lovett Dental today for the first time. It was a great experience. Like most people, I do not like to go to the dentist but Dr. Frank was recommended by a friend, who is terrified of the dentist, and she loved him. Ale /Ali at the front desk was very kind and patient when I called to make the appointment, even though I had to call back to change it. Dr. Frank was very kind, personable, respectful, heard me well, and explained his findings and his recommendations to me in a simple yet thorough manner. He did not suggest any dental work that was not necessary. He did not at all seem to be in this for the money but seemed genuinely concerned about me. He also took his time with me and make me feel very important as a person and patient. I was there as their last appointment since I had to come after work. Even though they closed at 6:00 today, they stayed until they were finished with me and did not make me feel rushed in any way. I hear he has some patients that drive from Beeville to see him even though he told them he would not be offended at all if they wanted to find a dentist that was closer. I think we found our new dentist and I am thankful.

Horrible experience. Was holding off on a bad review but its been a month now and they refuse to give me my money back for a procedure they charged my care credit card for but didnt do. Came in as an emergency sat and they saw me right away. Dr. frank was so caring and was able to do a root canal and crown same day. never been to a dentist where they are willing to do same day treatment. definitely coming back to get more work done :)

I think personally DR. Frank can turn around LoVett Dental.. 1st of all he takes his time very efficient. Makes you feel like youre at home. This is very important because I have a fear of going to the Dentist I feel like I have overcome my fear very shortly because I feel like Ive known him for years.. What a great feeling to feel safe with your smile.

Lovett Dental is a scam.I took my daughter there ONCE and they have been sending a bill of $142 EVEN AFTER they have told me NUMEROUS times to not worry about the bill and that it was covered by my daughter’s insurance. Now it is affecting my credit score due to it being sent to the collector. It was been over 2 years and they can still not fix this issue. I recently called about this problem AGAIN and it was taken off my credit score just to be added right back on again..

Love the doctors here. they make you feel comfortable and every is happy here and loves their work place. its good to see smiling faces when you walk into a dental office. i will be returning back with my family.

I wish I had gone to them first. I went here for a second opinion and I left there feeling so good. I need a bit of work done, however, I did not feel like they were just trying to do unnecessary work. Everything was explained very well. Starting with Mary in the front. I felt like they really cared. Mary went the extra mile to help me. Loreen, the Dental assistant, was awesome. She was calming, pleasant and professional. Tiffany, the Hygienist was amazing. She was so easy to understand while explaining what needed to be done. Dr.Radtke was super. Im definitely not a fan of dentists but he won me over. I would highly recommend Lovett Dental.

Office personnel is amazing but dentist are horrible, had a crown that needed to be done and the temporary didn’t even stay on for 30 min had it replaced 4 times, crown came in was done wrong had to go and get another impression. Had my son in braces with them. Only do braces 1 day a week. We decided not to do the retainers and they refuse to give me my money back for retainers. After I asked before hand if we decided not to do retainers and I was told I would get a refund. We have been going back and for for a month know braces have come off and know they are not wanting to give me refund for a service they didn’t not provide...

If you have insurance, go elsewhere. My annual exam/cleaning is %100 covered with my insurance, but I still had to pay $80. I was told I needed a deep cleaning & wasn’t allowed to decline that option. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room, then another 30minutes in the back, after exam I was sent to the front waiting area to wait again, then to be told how much I needed to pay. THEN they tell me I have to come back again another time to get my actual cleaning! Ridiculous! My worst dental experience ever.

Awesome place! Dr lykos is wonderful very gentle. Both of her assistants Mary Alice and Meagan are very knowledgeable in what they do. Very fast paced. Excellent experience with these women , will be coming for further treatment!!!!!!!!!!!!

My anxiety was managed, my treatment was gentle (yet very thorough) and I came out with a fabulous set of great looking teeth. From the practice manager who helped to arrange my appointments to the reception staff (all of them) who greeted me with happy smiles at each visit (and made sure I had something to eat after my surgery), to my hygienist (Mary Ann), my Dentist (Dr. Frank) and their assistants, I was taken care of with consideration and respect. I couldnt recommend this practice more highly.”

Using benefits here??? Beware & look at how many single stars this place has! Heres my story....Called Lovett beforehand to verify benefits coverage and to schedule an appointment for my family. Lovett confirmed that they accept my insurance and scheduled us.Arrived at Lovett and apparently we were never scheduled. But they had time for 2 out of 4 of us. So, went in for a routine cleaning that is 100% covered by my insurance, but Lovett said I had to pay a deductible of $5.00 per person. I knew this wasnt correct, but I agreed anyway thinking it was a paperwork fee.Saw the dentist then sat down to get my teeth cleaned. I was then told that the cleaning would be $95 dollars per person because the dentist recommended a deep cleaning. I declined the deep cleaning. I was then told that the only way my teeth would be cleaned by Lovett is if I opted for the $95 per person deep cleaning because the dentist recommended it.We left and went to a different dentist the same day and we didnt have any issues like we did at Lovett.

Dr Choi and staff are great! They’re very friendly and professional. They answer all your questions and walk you through everything. My son got his braces off today and his teeth look perfect! He’s extremely happy as am I. Thanks Lovett!!

Dr. Lykos is sweet, kind and beyond gentle when doing treatment on you i had a few cavities and she is the BEST, not once did i feel roughed up by her she made me feel relaxed and calm throughout the whole treatment. Definitely referring every friend and family member to her.
