Absolutely one of the best places to bring your electronics. They go above and beyond trying to help get your items up and running. My own personal experience is that he let me come past closing time and even stayed an hour past close with me to go step by step on what might be the issues. Even when he said he probably narrowed down the problem, he still had another friend of his come to take a look and tell me more about my gaming PC. Then after all of that help he still didn’t charge me and said I should go to Altex where I bought the parts because they have a warranty over them. Richard is the man. He is probably the most helpful tech support person you will ever work with. His service goes above and beyond. He helped me troubleshoot a problem with my laptop keyboard and discovered the best course of action would be to replace the keyboard, but he did not insist that he did it, he actually looked up the cost the part and offered me different options as far as the cost of his services or how I could replace it myself. He also helped me by selling me an inexpensive keyboard I could plug into my USB as a workaround until I could get the new keyboard ordered.To top it all off, my car had a flat tire when I was leaving and he offeredhis compressor to fill my tire.I highly recommend future tech solutions for any issues you may encounter with any of your devices.

Im a professor at TAMUCC, and during the pandemic, Ive had to depend heavily on my laptop on days when I work from home. So when I spilled water on my keyboard on Sunday night and the laptop shut itself off, I was pretty upset. I didnt have the right tools to open it up to dry and inspect the inside, and I was afraid to turn it on and possibly cause further damage. So I brought it to Richard first thing Monday morning and he checked it out right away. He pulled off the bottom panel, checked for water and corrosion, and booted it up after everything looked good. GREAT JOB!!! I had taken my computer to another repair shop and they were unable to determine what was wrong with it. Not wanting to give up on it quite yet, I searched around and came across Future Tech in Corpus Christi. After being completely satisfied with the repair of my PC, I decided to bring in my other computer to have repairs done and software updates made. Initially the issue with my computer wasnt pinpointed correctly, however, Future Tech went above and beyond to rectify the situation and fix my laptop. I greatly appreciate their help. I just wanted my laptop to be fixed or be reimbursed for the initial work that did not resolve my issue. I brought my seven year old desktop computer into Future Tech on a Friday morning without calling in advance. Owner Richard Harrell quickly and correctly diagnosed a hard drive failure. As it happened, he had a brand new replacement computer with much better specs than mine available at an extremely reasonable price. I purchased the new computer and Richard was able to port over my critical data via Linux, even though the old hard drive wont boot up anymore. Richard even stayed a couple hours late on a Friday night to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. And did I mention it was a very resonable price? Highly recommended!

When I contacted Future Tech the person advised me that it should still be under warranty through HP and that I should be able to send it to them and have it fixed for free. Brought my PC to them for a video issue. The tech plugged it in immediately, and I quickly asked them what their diagnostic fee was, because Ive played that game before. They assured me that there was no charge just to plug it in, and start it up to confirm my problem. Long story short, it ended up working fine for them, they narrowed it down to 2 possible issues for me that I could try and fix myself at home. I took my laptop around 12:30 pm yesterday. The hinge on my screen was completely destroyed and couldnt close my laptop. They riveted the hinges together. I went in with my Brothers Printer to have it repaired. Was met at the door with help carrying the printer. Curtis greeted me with a smile. Asked me several questions about problem. Arrived to the shop. Mister Richard was quick to fix my laptop screen which was cracked. He called me an hour later saying it was ready. Quick, fast, and in a hurry!! excellent customer service! Highly recommended to anyone in the Corpus Christi surrounding area.
