I am fairly new to my company, and High Touch was already in place when I came on board. From the beginning, the Corpus Christi High Touch folks were engaging and responsive. I was facing a pretty big software upgrade—while those are never painless, this one was particularly complex and difficult. High Touch was with me every step of the way. I literally would not have survived it had they not been there! The engineers are very knowledgeable with the added benefit that High Touch has many engineers from different backgrounds, allowing them to cover almost any issue. The support team responds to issues quickly, and I always know what my support cost will be each month. High Touch is a top-notch firm and I consider us lucky to have them on board.
