I highly recommend Crow Computers. I checked reviews and even called several other places, but my initial call/conversation with Eric stood out and above all the rest. Eric showed genuine interest in helping me resolve all my computers problems and was very knowledgeable and patient with every question I asked. He was even able to recover all my data from a failed hard drive, for which I am so grateful. His prices were very reasonable and true to what he quoted and his customer service is excellent. Great job with such a very bad computer that I really felt was going to be impossible to repair. Eric really knows his computers and he also helped me get back on line with e-mail and explained the connections to the drive. Great service from a really knowledgeable technician. I have room to do some games now that I love. Really reasonable prices and brought it back to me without all the dust and cat hair that was probably in the drive. If I could just keep the cat off of the keyboard now.

Very professional and knowledgable in computers. I had work done on my pc that was stuck in a repair loop and constantly restarting with a failed hard drive.
