Stay away from this agent, they will seem nice at first and helpful then after you buy their services they increase price and change their words! and be rude about it !! many people told me to not go with them but I did not listen and now I regret it. My wife had been a member with Will Deaton State Farm for 10+ years. We recently moved out of town and sold the vehicle that was insured by Will Deaton. After asking them to cancel the policy, they took out two more payments, over drawing our accounts. They refunded the overdraft fee of $30, but have not refunded the two payments they took out for $160. They keep telling us that their corporate has to process the payment and when we call the corporate, corporate tells us that they will send a note to Will Deaton. My pregnant wife has called them 5+ time and now Will Deaton is completely avoiding her call. You would have thought after spending $80 per month for 10 plus years with them (total~ $10,000) she would get better service.

One of the better experiences that Ive had with an agent. Will and his girls are fast and friendly, making my insurance policy a breeze to deal with. And with Lucy, their office mascot, by your side when you come in, it makes the whole process actually enjoyable.

I have had State farm insurance for 10+ years. Im originally from San Antonio area and my Agent there and his staff was great! Always on top of things and they knew their stuff. Will Denton apparently does not train his staff as well. Ive been given miss information on multiple occasions and then was told I was not clear enough on my request. How much clearer do you need to be when you say you want to make your monthly payment? Never met Will Denton but after giving him my business for 3+ years Ill be switching agents.

Use Will and State Farm for my apartment insurance. It was easy to obtain and has always been easy to get answers on.

Extremely good service & a cool office setting

First off i must say, walking in and being greeted immediatly with wonderful smiles and a joyful dog is exciting because thats not everywhere you go now days. i know i can be difficult so even though i had so many questions for one of the employees Samantha she was able to be quick and find out as much for me. i was also impressed with the other woman in the front jessica who seemed to be very knowledgable of a lot going on there. i highly recommend Will Deaton and his staff because they will get the job done. i shopped around and couldnt even compare anything coming close to them.
