Love the apartment layout, love the clean look, tons of amenities. Close distance to everything. The office is a pleasure. Lorraine is very helpful and tries her best to accommodate any needs I have.

There is no parking for guests and if you have more than one car as a resident, you will not have parking. They charge extra for parking and there is a waiting list. The only parking, outside the property is now in other neighborhoods, a good walking distance away. The lease agents will lie in your face and tell you there is plenty of parking. The place is still under construction, and its becoming dirty. The pool, the gym and other common areas are already getting run down. No clean up crew, no security, bad management, bad owners of the property, & high rental rates. Do not get fooled by the 4 star rating which used to be 4.9 stars a few weeks ago.

Am I allowed to rate a place 10 stars?!?I moved in July 2020 and I feel as though I couldn’t have made a better decision. While I will say that rent is quite high, I will add that it is 100% worth it! At The Monterey, you truly get what you pay for. Lorraine is absolutely AMAZING! She has years of experience and is dedicated to making sure her tenants are satisfied. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming and they LOVE pets! They even provide yoga classes! Although they are still in the development process, I anticipate it will be everything I have pictured when it’s complete.I love it so much here, I’m thinking about upgrading to a 2-bedroom! Thank you to the lovely staff AND friendly neighbors here at The Monterey!

As some others have said we also move every year and the experience has been great. Especially since everyone in the office is aware of what’s going on and capable of answering the questions needed. In the past with other complexes we’ve lived there’s nothing worse than the only person that knows what’s going on is on vacation or sick.From Rachel and Susan and others have handled what we needed when we needed with no delay. We’re Looking forward to an awesome future here.

I was driving by the area and came across these new apartments. I scheduled a tour and i was greeted by Rachel. She was super nice and she did answer all of our questions/concerns. She did give us a full tour, and went over how the application process works as well. She definitely went above and beyond. I will be putting in an application, and Rachel deserves a raise! Great Customer Service.

Unacceptable. This place rents apartments that arent even finished being built and they dont even know when they will be finished. They have pushed back move-in dates week after week because they cant seem to finish the buildings by the dates they promised.The people are incredible but this issue points to an issue in management.

Current Resident @ The Monterey are excellent apartments with beautiful Amenities. Everything else is practically a massive turn off from the insinuation of residents making noise (Assistant Manager). No car parking for 2-resident occupancy, not even to purchase a carport or garage (Waiting 2 Months). Limited to fabricated information from management and staff, we can never get a certain or clear answer on anything. They will caller-ID ignore calls because they see you calling from which apartment via directory database. Only cater to future residents and treat current residents a irrelevancy, other try to antagonize. Bottom line: Moved in march and fed up by July, save your money and do not be blinded by the façade of the supposed Luxury living. Parking has also been an issue. We were told that there would be street parking which now is taken over by a bike lane. There is no parking available to us, our family, and staff. The city mentioned it was in the blue print so, therefore, it was known by the higher up management of Sares Regis. This should have been made known to the leasing consultants and management so that parking would not be falsely advertised and we would not be towed. To be fair the neighbors & community are amazing and peaceful, so I will not take away from that. The manager is kind and tries as well; however, is limited with her capabilities of solving resident issues.Update* The only reason why this review got upgraded to 3 stars is because my wife thought I was being unfair*

Lorraine and Susan are the absolute best at running the place on top of the beautiful amenities to give you the feel of some place out if the country. The no place like home vibes makes renting completely worth it.

I am a current resident at the Monterey Apartments. During my apartment search I first found these beautiful apartments online and decided to give a call . Lorraine was truly amazing throughout my entire application process. My move in process was also easy and every single staff member has been nothing short of extraordinary. All of my requests are completed in a timely manner and some of the amenities have started to open up as well. If you’re looking for a quiet safe relaxing place to call home then this is the place.

From the very first day I went in to tour the Apartments, I fell in love! Rachel helped me she’s the best, however, Ryan, Lorraine, and Susan Are also super kind. Everybody is so friendly but Rachel is my favorite. Ask for Rachel!! The place is beautiful, I mean the apartments are brand new what else could you ask for! The kitchen is beautiful! The gym, the pool, and the pet spa are also great! If you are looking for a place to rent, Check out the Monterey oh and my most favorite part... my building has an elevator !! 😍😍😍

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service we have received from the staff here. We have moved pretty much every single year for the past 6 years due to work. That being said, we have had our fair share of bad customer service with landlords and apartment management. That’s not the case at all here, and we couldn’t be happier! Being that it is such a new building we have had quite a few questions and minor issues but every single time we speak to someone in the office, they are extremely helpful and kind. We would like to give a huge thank you to all of the staff and especially Paul who helped us get into our apartment AS SOON as the building was ready. Since we moved in during the pandemic we haven’t been able to access any of the amenities, but they are beautiful and we really look forward to being able to use them soon! Overall my husband and I are very pleased with our new Apartment and would recommend The Monterey to anyone looking for a beautiful new apartment with AMAZING customer service!

Current Resident (2020).The staff is tremendous (and extremely friendly), the rentals are spacious and well designed, and the maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful/helpful folks.The Monterey is a very pleasant community. Its been a pleasure to live here.

Spoke with Lorraine today about pricing for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have spoke to thus far in my apartment hunting, so glad I was able to speak with her. She’s the best! This location is very lucky to have a woman like her on their team :)

This is the nicest upscale residential community in the area. The amenities are first class, the views are awesome and the layouts are one of a kind. They aren’t finished building all the units yet, but I am sure when they are there will be a waiting list. The management and customer service is outstanding, efficient, thorough and pleasant!! Rent here now!!!

What’s the rent-price for standard 1 bdm ? I went online and it doesn’t have pricing anywhere, and click on price & it’s vague. I prefer to see price before calling if it’s within our budget.
