Rental so very much expensive.

The gates are very hard to unlock, feel like my key is going to break off. Parking spaces are so narrow, handicap people can’t get in or out of car without a lot of pain! This issue should definitely be remedied! Need more handicap parking. The hallways aren’t cleaned and the smell haunts it. Perhaps those air fresheners that spray on and off should be installed. Front room very small. I like living here but these issues have to be listened to and all the tenants. Great thing is the bathrooms are big!

You have to be perfect [

Personal parking spaces. Grasses replaced with rocks. Roses not taken care of. Makes place looks cheap. No activities for the tenants.

My mother has lived here for 5+ years. Lots of repairs are always needed around the complex itself. Tenants have to pay for most of thier own repairs and it sometimes takes a month or two to get things repaired. The staff doesnt seem to get back to you right away on anything. Dog park is the first thing your greeted with but its j6st a small patch of grass that constantly stinks like feces or a strong pee smell. Not the best first impression.

Don’t keep residents informed, treats residents like children, REPLACE THE AMERICAN FLAG, it’s a disgrace, preferential treatment

Mgt. and Maint. are polite, the grounds are kept clean & neat, response to a maintenance call is quick (depending on the emergency), gates are fixed as soon as the company can get here. Every week day there is something going on at the clubhouse for those who want to socialize. The bldg where I live, we help each other without getting into each others business for those who want privacy. I am very happy to be here.

I feel that they should have a non smoking building for tenats with asthma. That would be very appreciative by many. As far as the staff they are always there when you need them. However parking is awful for visitors.

Do not be confused by the pictures or the cleanliness of the main office bc that’s only thing that’s clean or safe. If you have a family member here you need to either get them out or double check on them all the time. The staff here is rude,selfish, and only out for money. They don’t even get up out their desk unless it’s time to go to lunch or to leave home. I almost guarantee they don’t family members staying in this dangerous outdated place. Good photography can fool anyone but just ask the people do they feel safe or does the staff fix the issues inside their apartment and watch what they say. WAKE UP STAFF THESE ARE ELDERLY PEOPLE THEY NEED YOUR HELP!!!

My grandparents have been living here for years, I like that its gated, and love the landscaping, with lots of lush green and flowers. Also has a little fenced in dog area, and the folks are very friendly.

Wanted me to lie to my current manager. Unreal expectation for move in date. No unit to show. Could not answer questions about cleaning smoke filled apartments.

It was very clean and well managed.

In general its a nice place with activities.

The exterior is very pleasant and inviting. However, the manager is rude, yet other office staff is polite. Not enough handicapped or visitor parking. Some of the tenants are nosey, rude and messy.My biggest issue with the community is:1. They tend to take advantage of the seniors because most seniors arent aware of special legal rights the government has set in action for seniors & disabled.2. Theyre arent any routine safety checks set up to make sure the tenants are ok. There has been countless times when a foul odor haunts the halls because a tenant has died and no office staff investigates until either the rent is unpaid, late or when the bad smell creeps up and a tenant contacts the office.3. Many tenants have lived more tha 8, 9, 10 years but havent had walls repainted, carpets cleaned or retiled floors because they cant remove furniture and once again the office offers no assistance.There are other things as but Im sure other reviews address them.Its sad that the government offers rental assistance yet the management company just pockets it and does nothing for the ones that if it wasnt for them, more units would be empty.Just a few of my two cents#
