We hired Jerry’s tree service in late March to remove trees and stumps from our property. During the process he informed us one of their machines had broken due to some metal being in one of the trees which wasn’t seen. We apologized, as we had recently purchased and didn’t know, and gave him a few hundred extra for the trouble. He said he’d be back the following week to grind stumps. Several months passed with no contact, I did not begin calling until June as we weren’t in a hurry until then (found out we were moving out of state). It took many messages over several weeks to get any response and we were told he’d be out by Friday and again nothing for over 2 weeks. I called daily after that leaving messages and he only called back after I left a more unpleasant message. He then called back and was extremely rude saying the metal in the trees was our fault and if he was going to complete it we had to sign for responsibility of his machines if they were to break again. I requested a refund for the incomplete portion of the job, to which he agreed. It has been over a month with no refunded check. Had he contacted us earlier in the process to explain his concern and future plan to complete, this would have been a completely different review.

Great communication; had a 40 foot tree knocked over during a storm. His crew was in and out promptly and did great work with the cleanup. Very reasonable cost, too. Would recommend and go through again (although I hope I wont have to)!

They cut down 9 trees for us that was threatening to fall on a house we are remodeling. They provided a great service and at a great price! We have already recommended them to our friends. You can actually see the house now, whereas before all the dead trees were hiding the house. It looks great. Thank you Jerrys Tree Service!

They never showed up!In July we met and agreed to a price. They said they would be out in August.August came and went. When I called they said they had equipment problems...try next month. Next month it was another excuse. I called again in December and left a message...never got back to me.After several attempts to get them out here and six months of excuses I went with Angry Loraxe of Horseheads.*****Highly recommend Angry Loraxe!!

I asked for an estimate for a super large pine tree limb that fell on our home and took up most of the back yard. I heard nothing for a couple days. On the th third day he called about the estimate. We had to have another individual come the evening prior. I called him back to let him know we were ok now and did not need the estimate any longer. He was extremely rude and told me a simple phone call would have been nice. This is after I waited days for a return call. Not recommended. Terrible customer communication.

Great experience with these gentleman , Jerry also has a very prompt secretary that could answer every question I had . All around a great business.

No regard for safety whatsoever. They speed up and down the road, going 60+ in a 30. They dont care about the children in the area and are at risk of hitting them while going at these speeds. Unbelievable.

I am so sick and tired of this companys trucks speeding up and down my road. I tried messaging the company directly about the first time I saw one of his trucks floor it down my road in town. They never responded. Today Ive seen it happen three times. There are children who live on this street, and Im sure mine isnt the only street they speed down. If it doesnt stop I will be filing a camplaint with the police.

I called Jerrys for estimates of both pruning and also tree removal. He made himself available right away to walk the property. His estimate sat while I gathered estimates from other tree services. Jerrys was reasonably priced.I scheduled with him for both jobs of pruning and removal of the enormous trees next to the house. He took the time to schedule another viewing of the property, and I was put on his schedule within a week from my phone call.Mr. Sabol provided proof of insurance, and the jobs were completed within 3 days.I am pleased with the services and will definitely call on this tree service again for future estimates.Amy HillProperty Manager

Apparently this guy has no concept of safe driving as he goes 90 driving like this down the highway nearly hitting people. Absolutely disgusting.

Havent had any work by them, but did almost get run off the road by one of their drivers and witnessed him almost do the same to two others. Wow. If I ever need service, no way I will be calling them after seeing how careless they are on the road.

Professional and reasonably priced. Very satisfied with outcome.

Jerry did a great job grinding our stumps. He definitely listens to his customers!!!
