I dont get my nails done often, but this was probably my best experience in a salon so far. The worker (a man, who I unfortunately didnt get the name of) was very kind and sweet, and was gentle with my hands. He was also patient with me, which I appreciate as I have social anxiety and can get kind of twitchy and nervous at times when in a setting like this. (An aspect of myself that I know can be difficult for beauty technicians to deal with).He had me feeling almost completely calm, which is rare for me in salons. The nails came out lovely. Id post a picture, but I unfortunately didnt think to take one when I first got them done some weeks ago.They still look good but since my nails have grown out a bit I dont think a current picture would do his work justice.Next time I want my nails done Ill definitely consider coming back. ♡

It was a quite enjoyable experience. I liked how kind the nail technicians were.

I took my daughter with me. We each had different people working on us and the service varied greatly. My daughters service was pretty good, but the gentleman working on my nails rushed and dud a poor job. He also asked for more money after I payed him in full what he said the total was and gave him a 33% tip (I didnt have any smaller bills).

I had my first pedicure here January 9, 2020. I had the highest priced pedicure ($35) because my feet were a mess. An older woman did my pedicure and I wish I had asked for her name. She worked very quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. I didnt want any polish on my toe nails so she buffed them to a sheen. Its been three weeks and those nails are still shiny. She trimmed and shaped the nails beautifully, completely trimmed away all my cuticles, dry skin and calluses and applied a few different lotions to my feet and my lower legs. I only wish she had a firmer grip when she massaged my lower legs but still an awesome pedicure! If youre thinking about getting a pedicure, please, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

This is my go to nail salon. I have tried many other salons in the area and have always come back here. My nails have always looked amazing when done here. Any issues I have had have always been resolved quickly. Ive had many services performed here from manicures to pedicures to waxing to full sets and fills and been happy with all of them I recommend this nail shop whenever I am asked where to go.

This is a clean nail salon that plays calming music. The staff are professional and yes they do try to upsell you. They do a wonderful job on eyebrow waxing too! I love getting the full pedicure with a paraffin treatment. They have newer massage chairs that work while getting a pedicure.

I would definitely recommend going to the nail salon. Not only do they make your nails look pretty but they also make you feel relaxed! They will give you a lot of different options like fake nails, gel nails, and you can choose from lots of colors! If you haven’t already please go chalk it out. You I’ll get the best experience! So far the best nail salon in this area. Some of the workers are more talented than others, so if you find one you like then youll want to request them. The wait can be very long if you dont call ahead for an appointment but I presume thats because so many people like going there because good nail service in this area is hard to find. My nails have always turned out nice when getting them done here and the prices arent outrageous.

Dirty place. Not clean at all. No hot water. Employees nice. Prices good. Just same dirt in same places each visit. Will not go there again

The only place around here that can do my nails perfectly every time! I refuse to go anywhere else and I bring all my friends with me when I go. I do manicures and pedicures here and I get way more than my money’s worth. Could not recommend a better place! Also they fix your nail if something happens to it after you go home!!! 11/10

Ive been to many other nail salons and this one is the best one around.They do great work everytime. Theyre very nice and polite.

My mother has her nails done here for every important event. I went yesterday to get my nails done for prom and it was not good. We had an hour wait from our appointment when we had gone in a half an hour early. I received a man (I unfortunately dont know his name) as my nail technician and he did not do well. He didnt speak at all besides to tell me to wash my hands, if he wanted me to move my hand he slapped the top of my hand or finger instead of asking , he gave me the wrong shape nail, left the acrylics far from my cuticles, and many of the nails are crooked. I am not disappointed in this place as my moms have always looked AMAZING, I am just disappointed in this mans performance. If I were to go again I would request another technician to do my nails.

Fast and professional. Clean and uncluttered. Only got fingernails trimmed. Good price. Cannot review any other services there.

Went here last week to get acrylics done with my friend for my birthday I paid $45 and its been 7 days since Ive gone and I already have a nail coming off the lady that did my nails said they shouldnt come off for at least 2 weeks, very disappointed in the quality and not satisfied with the work they did

This place is absolutely filthy- I should’ve looked around more before my service. I am filing a complaint with the cosmetology board regarding its cleanliness.The pedicure station was cleaned only with hand soap before another patron used it. There were stains all over the floor, piles of dust in every corner of every station, and winter rock salt residue on many things.My worker waved me away and ignored me for 17 minutes- I left my money and walked out after sitting at a broken drying station (the foot dryer didn’t function after I tried repeatedly to power it on- nobody spoke to or helped me).The chair at my station was very torn and did not perform its massage function- several others were free but not chosen by my worker.I told her I was new and desired a callous treatment to make my feet healthier, which she said ok to. I did not receive one. No lotion was even put on my feet- just oil that smelled rancid on the tops of my feet and legs. My cuticle was made to bleed during my pedicure (they aren’t in bad shape) and no apology or acknowledgment of it was offered by my worker.This place was absolutely disgusting, the service by my worker was deplorable, and there are many questionable practices taking place. There were two ladies working who seemed friendly and upbeat- however their stations were also very dirty- visible at ten feet away. My feet are still calloused, dry, and I am horrified that this city would allow such to occur in its pristine downtown. All avenues for follow up will be exhausted.

I got a pedicure here on Monday and the technician was very rough when trimming my cuticles. The next morning I woke up with an infection next to my big toe nail which thankfully resolved 3 days later, but I will never return to this place.

Absolutely horrible experience.. I just moved to this area a couple weeks ago and was looking for a new nail salon. I called ahead and was told they dont accept appointments. I got there and nobody greats you so I signed in. People kept coming in after me and they were taken right away. Come to find out they did have appointments!! I waited an hour before someone even came up and I could find out what was going on and I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes to half an hour. it was such a terrible and rude situation.. I will never ever go back there. Not a good first impression especially for someone that is new to the area.
