I just moved to town and T & Q was the first place I checked out. I am so pleased with my experience and my nails! They worked as a team to get my nails done and really cared about if I was comfortable and pleased. I will for sure be going back.

My coworker and I stopped in after work and had a wonderful experience getting pedicures. The ladies were professional and friendly. We enjoyed our experience so much we want to come back soon!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. The owners are unprofessional. They brought the kids and let them stay in the salon. They re-used or (recycle) the dip wax (PEDICURE Paraffinwax). I have a very bad experienced with this salon. The previous owner had done very good job. But the new one seems she has a so much attitude and done very bad on toes and nails.

I happened into this nail salon today....so glad I did.Great service, friendly staff....nails look amazimg. I appreciated the nail tech asking me about services rendering an additional charge. Ive been getting my nails done to 20+ years....never has a tech asked about a service with an additional charge. Love it. I found my home salon.

I am high disappointed in my service today! I do not live around Cornelius area so I always drive about a hour out to come to T&Q but today it was not worth it. My nails looked nothing like what I asked for so I asked could she change it because it’s not what I asked for and I didn’t not like it. She told me I would have to pay to change. All she offered was to take the polish off but I still will have to pay full price. As a business why would you want your customer to leave unsatisfied ? A loyal customer at that, somebody who drive a hour out and usually bring friends & family along to get service done as well. I can understand if I just didn’t like it but it was not what I asked for Is the problem. My coffin shape looked like regular square. The glitter she used is nowhere identical to the image. And the length is way shorter than I asked for because she continuously had to cut them down to get them even. Also my toes were very duel I had to ask them to put another coat over.

Not that good they shaped my nails wrong and uneven and my sisters nails are falling off after one day and they also stained my finger. if you are going thru these comments and trying to see if you should go here I wouldn’t they took for ever to do one hand and there was a lady that was really rude. Also they didn’t pick the color that I said I wanted.

Very clean and the staff is experienced and pleasant. They do a great job with ingrown toe nails during a pedicure. Ive been going here for several years and always pleased.

They didn’t do the correct shape, they didn’t even out the nail and they cut the cuticles and made it bleed. And the service was slow.

Horrible I’ve went 3 times the first time was a older lady who painted like a 3 year old the second time another lady fixed them and they where okay the 3rd time it was so thick that when I hit my nails one completely took off my actual finger nail and the other one cracked down the middle so now I have to wait for those nails to grow back before going else where. I do not recommend this place they are always rushing even when there is barley anyone in there

Maybe the worst manicure ever. Aside from my nails looking terrible, they were super rough left my cuticles bleeding and used an exfoliating products on my hands that was super abrasive and left my hands raw.

Rushed through my pedicure and noticed after I left the second coat of polish stopped 2/3s down my nail. Gel manicure was also terrible. Color Ive had before was a completely different color but they assured me it was correct, asked for square shape and they rounded them. After comparing the color to a friend who had the same color and brand and realizing how different it was I called to see if they would do anything to fix it and they said no. Really disappointed. Will never recommend or go back.

So when they filed my nails they cut me everywhere on my skin and now it hurts so bad and also they took forever and just kept drilling down my nails when they were good enough and the texture on my nails is like super rough.
