Great little salon with lovely staff. I wanted a particular design on my nails which I hadn’t been able to get done anywhere else, they said “no problem” yes it was extra but usually nail art is so I didn’t mind. Be prepared to wait a little while as they’re so busy (because they’re so good) was worth the wait! Will 100% be back.

After moving to Huntersville a couple years ago and visiting multiple nail salons in the area, I have finally found my go to spot. Pedi Spa’s staff is so attentive and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure you getting what you came in for. I go in for SNS and a gel pedicure and they do as much as they can at the same time to make sure I’m in and out as fast as possible while still providing great quality and ensuring I’m happy with the results before going too far. I’ve been getting my nails professionally done for 5+ years now in different cities and this is the best salon I have been to.

Recently visited this store. I asked for a pedicure and manicure with gel. All the girls in there were busy so he called a girl from their other store to come down. Great price. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend this business. Loving my fresh nails.

I have been getting regular pedicures and manicures with shellac for a few years now, and I have never been so happy with the work that the mother and daughters trio do. Truly the best nail salon I have ever been to, and I have been to many believe me. They are extremely talented and very nice people. I honestly have nothing to fault about this place. Thank you for the wonderful service.

They do a very careful job. I do my nails elsewhere and the service was fine but dirty. The nail technician here explained to me lightly, carefully fix the lifted nails and even chose a right color to cover the mark on my nails. I’m so happy!

My mother, sister, and I went here for a day outing. All three of us loved our treatments. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. My Pedi was so good my legs were skinner the next day! Seriously. Best leg massage Ive ever had. All the swelling I had in my legs was gone. All 3 of us left loving our nails. My sister got the dip powder and loved them. Super rare to leave a nail spa with a group and everyone loves what they got done.

The best shellac I have ever had on my nails. It’s been 3 and a half weeks and i haven’t had one chip or peeling yet. Absolutely amazing service! Would 100% recommend!

I went in with my daughter and nieces for pedicures. The nail tech rushed the kids polishes after saying that she didn’t have time to let their feet soak. She tried to rush my pedi so I went ahead and told her that I didn’t need the pedicure. My polish looks so thick. I could scream. My toenails are the only thing that I pay to have done, so I take it pretty serious. I’m not a bad customer, in fact, this is my first review. I really don’t trip about small things. I will NEVER spend my money there again

Came here once and I could not stop coming back. The nails they made are ‘state of art’. The staff there were amazing, they knew what I need and they have done the best work that worth the price.

These women are very nice. They take the time to do a proper job and really moisten the right foot up to the knee and the entire arm.

This is such a lovely salon. Me and my friend go here regularly for manicures. They have great colour range, always consistent, affordable and friendly. Always super happy with their work.

This place felt really fancy, boujee and super clean. Small but still really tidy and there were no secret costs or surprise charges which I like, very upfront. Also my nails looked beautiful.

The were super nice and professional and did my nails exactly how I asked for. They were able to copy the picture I provided perfectly and with amazing precision. I would recommend making a booking as they are more inclined to prioritise you, however aside from that they are absolutely lovely.

Been going there for years and always friendly staff and great service. Last time I got my nails done; the lady didnt ask me what length and shape I wanted and did her own thing. When I said I wanted shorter, she said yes Ill do this first then shorten them.. but she didnt. I told her right before she painted them I wanted them shorter, and she quickly shorten them which made them an ugly shape and quickly painted them which caused bubbles. I went back the next day to fix and the staff sat me down straight away and helped me for no extra cost. I am giving them five stars because one bad problem will not change my mind about them - especially after they helped fix the problem.

They did an excellent job fixing my nails as best they could (after another salon ruined them). The person who did them was professional, lovely, and very skilled. Thank you again!

Amazing place. I’ve only had my nails done a handful of times and the other places I went I walked out with sore, uneven wonky nails that were just terrible. This place they actually care for their customers and take time and effort into making sure your nails look how you want! Best experience I’ve had, so happy with the outcome and will be coming back.

Its not easy to pull off with Blue colour for nails because it is not an easy colour to play with. There are different tones of blue and I couldnt choose which one. Thanks you to find the perfect Blue colour for my marble nails. Thumbs up for your girls.

I have a terrible ingrown toenails so I have been to a lot of places but they were not did a very good job in cutting and clean them, until i came here! The job was absolutely gorgeous and the foot massage is excellent! Definitely going back!

Had to remove old acrylic nails that I horribly tried myself at home and damaged a nail, I visited these guys today and she was so gentle and patient that the acrylics were removed bit by bit with dissolving them up. Thank you for good service and not hurting my damaged nail! :)

The lady who did my pedicure took about 1/2 hour to finish it. When I left, my feet looked nice and soft.

I love how they take good amount of time to do your nails perfectly even during their busiest time. Definitely recommend if you want a beautiful job done.

I got my nails refilled here a few days ago by a young gentleman and they look PERFECT, despite I told him I only got a short amount of time but he seemed like really know what he was doing.

Regardless if i do SNS , Shellac or gel - my nails also stay healthy once taken off. They always use good quality products so i never have to worry about the quality or the hygiene factors when im doing my nails at their salon.

The nail techs speak Vietnamese and laugh at their clients. Very unprofessional and rude. The first thing your greeted with is a woman that screams what you want, now go wash hands, and sit here. If you want to treat yourself to a relaxing manicure with a friend I suggest you go somewhere else. They weren’t going to let us sit together. We got up and walked out. So glad we didn’t give them our business.

We are a family of four and have a variety of services (luxury pedicures, two baby lotions, one baby manicure and a regular manicure).

So I just got a mani/pedi today. Really nice place but I was just racially profiled. Because I’m African American I was the only one asked to pay before getting my nails polished. I watched two other patrons pay after there services was completed, after there nails was done and one other patron after I was packing up to leave. Me being the only Black patron was asked to pay before my nails was painted as if my card would be declined. The Asian owner sat there and allowed this to happen, but yet we are all supposed to be treated the same - SMH. If your Black don’t go here unless you have your credit report visible

I came in for a pedi and the person doing my pedi had seen I had cleaned up my toes before I came and didnt do the entire pedi because she had another customer come in and rushed through me. I was done before the gentleman I came with and we had the same pedis, and I had my toes painted. ...not cool!!!!!

I went for a gel manicure. The nail salon itself is very lovely, from the decor to the music. The lady was nice but unfortunately I have to share that she didn’t do a great job like I had hoped. My nails were done just yesterday and they already look like it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had them done- she didn’t start the nail polish at the base of the nail. Very disappointed. In addition, I have 2 minor cuts that I had to apply ointment to this morning from the manicure. I will not be returning.

I went to this nail salon after a coworker recommended it to me. And was excited to have found my match. The staff actually engage in conversation unlike other salons. And really took the time to make my short nails look great. One of the best salon experiences Ive ever had! This is my new favorite place!

Staff is friendly and attentive. I was offered a beverage shortly after arriving. The spa chairs have several options for desired comfort. The volcano pedi with hot stone message was life. The facility is very clean and equipment is sterilized. I was very happy with my experience.

The staff always makes me laugh and are so fun and sweet. as soon I walk into the door they know who I am like I’ve known them for many years which is very welcoming, and they always remeber things I like to do with my nails and the shape and style. I found here to be a good local spot to try out some new designs, have a little fun with my nails. The nail tech reached out to me and offered to redo it since it wasnt up to their usual standards. She was extremely personable and polite! I also got a manicure which was nice and relaxing. My nails look very beautiful and they last FOUR weeks! Next time I might even use their toes manicures services. And I was very satisfied.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and the nail techs were very friendly. Unfortunately they arent current on nail designs and I really like designs. I was told the tech could do designs. She never asked me what design I wanted. She just did it. The design was an old fashioned flower made of a series of lines in a circle. Even worse, she used colors that didnt show up well on the primary color. When I expressed my concern she said I wouldnt be charged. I would have preferred that she painted over it. Then she left me never to return.They also didnt scrape the dead skin well. She did a couple of swipes for about 20 seconds. I was so focused on the design that I forgot that part. Despite the pretty decor and the nice staff I wont return because the skill level leaves much to be desired.

Finally found a nail salon I can consistently come to _ Pedi Spa Nail Bar. And they did not disappoint. I went in wanting an almond shaped acrylic overlay on top of my natural nails. Its a wonderful service! They also were extremely professional in their craft. Really nice and clean nail salon. Ill be coming back every month to get my nails done. I love you nail aisle family!

I moved down here a few months ago and finally decided to try a nail salon down here. I love this place! The young lady did an amazing job! She even was very easy with my toe that is permanently messed up and sensitive from an injury and I didn’t even feel her working on that toe. The only thing was, which is little but upset me a lot, was you’re allowed to have four glasses of alcohol. I had three, even the lady next to me vouched for that, and they refused to give me any because “I already had four.” I know for a fact I didn’t but it wasn’t even worth arguing about. The older lady, I guess the manager, wouldn’t even listen and kept over talking me. I would definitely come back.

Thi provided an amazing experience for my girlfriend and myself. We enjoyed our time and was able to relax.

They were so accommodating for my last minute appointment and had such a variety of colors. I really wanted something nice for my daughter’s first “big girl pedi”. She loved it and everyone was so sweet. The place is super clean, well lit and very inviting. We will definitely be back!

Do NOT get involved with this shady business We had purchased a gift certificate on line as we are out of state and was buying it for a friend in the area to find that there was a problem with getting our correct address The person answering the phone in broken English was beyond rude said they didn’t sell anything on line and hung up several time on me and also only my friend I helped buy the $50 gift card. My experience was phenomenal. Everyone that worked there was very professional and knowledgeable about nail care. Nicole did my refill and perfected my requested nail shape on the first try. My nails were clean and looked great. Kayla did my design and it was what I wanted 100%. Even the other nail techs were super friendly (Jenny, Ann and Andy). The technician who did my pedicure never even smiled or asked how I was doing. She rushed through my “classic” (not the express) pedicure and never even looked me in the eyes. The technician who did my manicure got upset when I asked what the color looked like and rudely shoved more color choices in my face. I was very polite and asking a simple question. I was never ever rude and was treated so poorly. I live right next door so would have liked to become a regular, but I won’t be back.

I took my 3 yr old daughter with me for mani/pedis today and they were amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and also very patient with her. It was great that they even have kids chairs. Brinkley loved their Hello Kitty chairs!! We will most definitely be going back. It was the best mommy and me day ever. ((I even look forward to just a mommy day there.😉))

I found this place about 2 years ago when I moved to the Huntersville area. At the time they had great reviews and I was looking for a good nail place. They started out wonderful, they give you wine when you go and my nails always looked perfect. Over the past couple years the quality has gone down. I always choose a deluxe pedicure hoping to get a little extra foot attention but never any luck. The past few times I have gone my toenails started chipping in 2 weeks! My toes usually keep their polish on until they grow out! And they barely even touch your calluses/ dry skin. I went a couple weeks ago and my feet were already scratchy. I can usually stretch out pedis for at least a couple months before I need to go again. All in all, the people here are always super friendly, and the place is beautiful, but just not worth the money for the quality in my opinion.

Was not asked what type of pedicure I wanted. Did my nails while sitting in the pedicure chair which was odd. Gave my 6 year old a pedicure without asking me. Overpriced and will never come back. Who pays $25 for a pedicure for a child? Who even gets a pedicure for a 6 year old.

If you speak any Vietnamese, be prepared for insults. My 12 year old left balling after a nail tech made fun of her. The manager and other nail tech confirmed the insult. So unkind.

Got my nails done here 09/21/19. Sns ombré with tips and pedicure. For starters I got there right at 6 when they close at 7:30. My normal place closes at 6:30 so I decided to give them a try. You would think I just ruined there whole day by coming in even though there was a hour and a half left of them being open. Pedicure lady was very rough and in a hurry it seemed. Couldn’t even let my water get hot or towel. It was uncomfortable but it was a Saturday night and I was trying to let nothing make me upset so I was just kind, didn’t say anything. Sns ombré seemed okay, not the best I had but not the worse. I paid, tipped and went on my way. Not even two weeks after getting them done I literally had 3 nails break right in the middle. I have been getting my nails done with tips for almost 8 years, I am not new to this. I have never had my nails break so easily. Either they use cheap materials or they were in a rush and didn’t make my sns thick enough (yes I am aware it is supposed to be more natural than acrylic). Unfortunately my nails didn’t even last two weeks when they normally last at least 3 weeks. What a shame.

FRAUD Alert - Purchased a gift card via their website but entered an incorrect address. When we called to correct the address the very rude owner said they did not sell gift certificates through their website and hung up on us.

My 19 year old daughter and 2 friends went Sunday morning as soon as they opened for gel manicure and pedicures. My daughter had a man doing hers. Not only did he not file the nails the gel polish he put on cracked and chipped shortly after she left. Unfortuenly she had no time to go back but had to head to work. And is working today past the hours the salon is open. And she is to get on a flight at 5:30am. When I called the salon to explain she basically told me there is nothing they can do. Total waste of $60 and it was a treat for her birthday and upcoming trip. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service (especially the rushed service to young people) and the lack of wanting to retain clients.

I have been using this nail salon for a year and have been VERY happy every time I go. Unfortunately, the most recent time I went, I had an older women who could not do a faded French and instead did the worst full set I have ever seen in my life. I asked her to soak them off and redo them because the shape of them was terrible- she did, and did not charge me; however, she re-did them just as bad. The painted lines are crooked and sloppy, the nails are think and chunky and they were not cleaned up at all. The end of the nail where the nail meets the cuticle was painted onto my finger. I had to chip it off and then the all pulled up because they werent sealed down.They also tried to over charge the other women I was with by telling them they got the more expensive pedicure but actually did the cheaper one ( expensive one comes with a message). Extremely dissatisfied and will not be back here.

I went with my mom who was visiting from Florida. We got a manicure and a pedicure. They were just ok. My mani/pedi was very rushed, and I had to remind them three times that I also needed to get my eyebrows waxed. My mom said she felt the same way. I had been there many times in the past, and its never been that bad. I was really disappointed that I brought my mom there, and it wasnt nice for her.

I love getting my nails done at the pedi spa. They have a large number of chairs to accomadate clients. Staff is courteous. And my nails always come out great and last!!

Racists and very rude. Young people working in there with no sense of kindness. I walked in first they didnt even speak and went I sat down for services they didnt even offer me anything to drink. Its because Im a black women and I had my black daughter. Just very heartbreaking because the color of my skin I get treated rudely. The young man and all the young ladies may god be with them. The nerve!!

Very rude and disrespectful! The boss has major attitude problems and needs to learn how to treat customers. She was not even a manager she lied, i know the manager and he is very nice but little does he know that his employees are driving away customers. No wonder the place is always empty, all employees are rude and have ego issues. The entire experience is them gossiping about you in their language. I advise you to take your business elsewhere unless you want to be treated like garbage.

I have been her twice .....both times my nails were horrible. The white on the tips was lumpy, nails lifted and came off within a week, and both times the nail tech cut me (took two weeks to heal). Needless to say, I will not be back.

Horrible gel powder manicure. Tried to rush me out the door with horrible looking nails until I insisted on them correcting the topcoat. Nails only lasted 2 days before they began to crack and chip.
