Went in recently, super nice, clean salon. Everyone is super friendly &’ nice! Got French tips, seemed like the lady answering the phones during my session, She was very rough, handling my nails, and the tips she applied incorrectly the lower outer corners seemed to have no room to breathe, had to go to another salon and get them remove/redone. Be cautious.

I love this nail salon. Their quality is always excellent and their professional is always one hundred percent. I stopped getting my nails done for a year because of Covid, went back and still wasnt disappointed. Andy especially does an amazing job.

Service was good and the ladies were nice but the product wasnt great. I just got a simple shellac manicure that was initially sparkly white. A few days later the top coat made my nails turn a gross dirty color. They also ended up charging more than I was quoted over the phone an hour earlier (sadly not that uncommon). Not horrible but Ill probably go elsewhere next time.

This place is unbelievable they almost tried to charge me 60 dollars for a fill and started saying they we’re leaving things cheaper for me when I usually get fills for 30 the made my design very wonky there wasn’t any communication with me and the nail tech she was just on the phone or talking to someone else not paying any attention to my nails i was very unhappy and Just wasn’t gonna pay that unbelievable price I complained and manger said that he could leave it for 40 but will never be able to come back it was my first time going there never again:(

I’ve been to only 1 nail salon besides this one that I really liked. But the manager here worked really fast. The nails shape and size was perfect. No flaws AT ALL. Very clean and super friendly place. I love it here I’ve never been to any nail salon like this.

There were multiple bugs on the chairs, not to mention they left my nails ugly and bumpy . They are not clean very unsanitary.

Prices not worth it. I paid 100 for a manicure not even a full set just a clear manicure with a pedicure with callus remover. The message was 15 min its suppose to be 45 min. The lady that did my hands looked unhappy and just was borderline rude. No hand oil or lotion massage on my hands either. Dont waste your money or your time. This place has gone down hill. I live in Beaverton and I totally wasted the drive.

They do good work but are very expensive. Their gel polish assortment would not what I would call stellar. My last fill I got here also cost me 60bucks! I ended up paying for 2 nail repairs that were fine until the tech started drilling making the surface thin and breaking the tips.

I love this place! Kim and Andy are wonderful nail techs! They are very consistent with their quality of work! I never have got a bad job done EVER and I have been coming here for 6 months. I call ahead of time to make sure they can take me and never have to wait long as soon as I enter their doors. Great atmosphere and very clean. I recommend all of my friends to come here and I think you should too :)

I just came out from getting my nails done and I hate them not worth my 85 dollars , their was plenty of times the lady cut me and they did my nails so poorly , warning don’t go there !!!!! My nails are trash , I wanted a refund so bad but i didn’t wanted to be mean

My friend and I came to get out nails done here. They are super nice and friendly. They also did an amazing ombré design on our set.

I appreciated the quick service but the quality of the work was awful. I asked for a shellac nail manicure with a particular color. They were out of the color I requested so had to pick a darker shade which wasnt that bad but I received a manicure with polish all over my finger tips and my nails arent even filled completely. Not worth $25 I spent. And they have nothing posted in store that states it is cash only so you have to pay an atm fee to pay in cash. I wont be back that is for sure.

Without an appointment we were allowed to wait for 2 pedicures, which was much appreciated.The service seemed a little rushed, though. The employees didnt take a lot of time to chat with me or get to know me with light chatting even.If you appreciate a quick service without much else at the reasonable rate of $30, then this is the place for you.

Good customer service. Went in for a mani and pedi and was very satisfied with the job they did. For my mani I got ombré nails which were done by Kim. My nails came out so good. The transition from the pink powder to the white powdery was flawless. I would highly recommend this place.

Honestly if I could I would do a 0 star review. I took my sister to get our nails done here expecting to get what I paid for. I asked for 2 full sets with only color. Instead of offering us to go pick out a color they automatically assumed we would want gel polish and put it on without mentioning it was gel. Automatically making it an up charge. I paid $90 and have had nothing but problems, 2 of my nails are severely crooked, the polish is messed up, the nails are all different thicknesses. And my sister has had 3 nails pop off within a week. I called requesting a refund and they offered to fix the nails that had fallen off. Honestly horrible customer service, I don’t recommend this place to ANYONE nor will I ever be returning.

Worst Salon Experience ever I cant believe I spent 100.00 on Nails and a Pedicure that looks like a 2 year old did it. 2 Guys there were super rude, crude, Flirting with My daughter who is 15 not even realizing I was in the same room. They were asking her tons of personal uncomfortable questions. Told her she looks old enough to get into a Bar. Even the lady next to her told the Guys they were being terrible and she was a Mom and had to say something. They then went on to find out since I was divorced If he had a chance with me. The guys learned that my daughter spoke Vietnamese and wanted to know If I did. I told him I only know a couple Bad words. He kept asking mw to say a Bad work so finally I said Suck a D8%4# in Vietnamese We left and will never be back! Dont let your Daughter go here unless you want them treated like meat.

Lady who greets you and really doesn’t do anything but sit outside on a chair waxed my eyebrows and completely ruined them...I asked not to wax between my eyes because I was afraid of her going to far, but she did it any way. Completely took out all my shape from the top inbetween and botched a section under! Seriously has no talent or vision...the nail technicians also don’t have any special talent. They never get new colors and don’t know any new techniques, one lady game me a herendous ombre nail and they can only do one color. So regret going there!

Their website is not accurate and their prices have gone up. They also do not offer the student discount anymore. Outdated website and terrible service. Do not recommend their nail services.

Horrible. acrylic nails are supposed to last a week and half or two weeks. FIVE DAYS LATER two of my nails popped off. no struggle at all.

The lady was rude sounding when i walked in , i thought maybe i was been judgemental. She had told me sit in the back at the waiting area where they were doing some type of renovating, there was a ladder nails and other things laying everywhere and the guy redirected me to sit somewhere else. I asked her if she had meant to sit somewhere else since it was not even safe for anyone to sit at the waiting area, she said she forgot. Then she did my face wax which and my fills which i hated so much. Was not done right and would give me some fake looking smile. My pedicure was done fine by another lady but inspite of asking for assistant. They refused to give me any slippers and i had to try to put my own shoes on, which ruined my nail polish. I will never go back there again.

Bad service and poor quality. I did a basic manicure and the women only put lotion on me and didn’t even clean my nails. My daughter also had a manicure and the nail polish was uneven and they were ruined before we even left the salon.

DO NOT GO HERE. 3 of my nails fell off within the first WEEK of getting them done. I went in to get them fixed and they painted them the wrong color. The next day, more nails fell off. Asked for a refund and they refused. Terrible service and terrible quality.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I’ve never had my nails done so poorly. I got them done by one of the guys that works there, the nails look all deformed and he took my nail polish off that I was previously wearing and didn’t even clean it up so I still have residue on my new set of my old nail color. I paid $45 for nails that I absolutely hate. Very disappointed I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. While getting a manicure, one of the technicians proceeded to cut me. It happens, not a big deal; but what followed needs a visit from OSHA. The girl promptly decided to start dabbing my blood with water and her bare finger. Nothing else, just her bare skin on my blood. (She’s lucky I don’t have anything). Still continuing on with a bleeding finger, she proceeds to lotion my hand and arm smearing blood everywhere. Her “boss” finally notices and retrieves a blood clotting solution. I had to go wash everything off so I would not have dried blood all over my hand and arm. That solution hurt like hell. It was the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had and by far the dirtiest. I truly hope anyone who visits that shop stays healthy, it was disgusting. I would also like to add that as a nurse, this place needs some serious education. I will be contacting OSHA regarding this matter. It was appalling and they are putting customers at risk.

This used to be a really unprofessional salon but after several years I came back and it had been completely redone. Very clean place and friendly staff. My only complaint is I do not like having to use the atm to pay.

Worst place ever, went in with my mom for Mothers Day to get a mani and pedi and right away they sat us down but when it got to getting our pedicure done the lady doing my nails was saying that the nail files that we had to buy were one dollar, in that case my mom asked for one for her self. The lady then came back and said its better if you share one. Not what we wanted it was more of a hygiene thing.Then they rushed to do our pedicure. Those 25 minutes turned into just 15 min. Its like dont advertise the time if your going to be rushing through it.Then the lady who was going to be doing my mani, she got mad because I told her I had acrylic full set nails on before and to be careful because one of my nails had broken off with my real nail, but they all broke off.So she said okay 10 extra for removal when I had already taken them off and all She had to do was just file my nails down?! That mani didnt last a day because the sides started chipping off, and the color had stated to get little bubbles. When I told her if she could re do the one with the bubbles she was rude af and made another guy finish my mani just so she could drink her Starbucks.

This place is just ridiculous. I sat for an hour waiting for a pedi, in cold water being ignored.They serviced 3 other women who came in after me while I waited.Very disappointed in the service. My mother was done with her pedi for 30 min before mine was started.. mind you we came in together.

The first guy who was doing my nails I was going to do them a complete different way than I had asked and I caught on to it so I said hey these are not the nails that I wanted and then another lady took over and did the nails that I did want however she did them wait too long and then when she filed them they were all crooked and I was just so fed up I just paid didnt leave a tip when home and have to refile them by myself I will never go there again worst $50 Ive ever spent

11 days in acrylic nails falling off and my daughters are badly discolored....had my toes painted and they forgot my pinkie toe.!Terrible and we payed A LOT
