Mr. Van was very professional from the moment I called to get a price quote. He was able to work me in for the next day. He showed up on time and went to work right away. He was very nice and his work was excellent! He was very efficient and price was very reasonable. Start to finish was approximately 1 1/2 hours for 3 rooms, hallway and staircase. Extremely impressed with Excellent Quality of Best Steamer. The knowledge and equipment is second to none and instead of cleaning just the top layer of carpet that most companies will do but not address the thorough drying of the water to clean carpet, Best Steamer actually dries up / pulls out the water that gets trapped in the carpet padding. If water is left trapped in the carpet padding, mold will form plus the carpet gets ruined. These pictures actually dont show how bright the carpet is after cleaning.Best Steamer is worth the price!! Van(owner) showed up when he said he would, looked over my job which was a little unusual because it’s an RV and I wanted the roof steam cleaned. He has all the tools that you could possibly need for steam cleaning and said it would be no problem, in an hour and a half he had my roof spotless my entryway spotless and my drivers area spotless. He is very professional and very knowledgeable and I would use him again
