Came in from out of state to do a viewing for a wedding that was scheduled weeks in advanced. They never showed up, and didnt answer my calls. I wish they wouldve at least let me know they werent going to be able to make it so I couldve scheduled a different viewing.

Kim was a Very rude host. Tried to book an event and was discriminated against. Bad service. Prices were changed multiple times. Will let all my networks know of this terrible business.

A heartfelt thank you to the Carolina Grace family, who treated my family as their own for our intimate family wedding a few weeks back. You gave a busy bride flexibility when I needed it. You poured on extra kindness when it was lacking from other vendors. You treated my elderly father as your own when your staff was on point to help him up and down the stairs so that he could enjoy the event and the boat ride. You celebrated with us and even danced with us as we made lifetime memories for the ones we love the most, our immediate family. What a blessing to have nature as the backdrop for the exchange of our vows. Kim, Helen and the entire Carolina Grace team were a part of that blessing and Mr. and Mrs. Erwin are forever grateful for it.

It was a very uncomfortable experience my daughter which is half lumbee Indian was given dirty looks as her white counterparts was excitedly welcomed.

Horrible customer service! I have literally been trying to book this boat venue for weeks and cant get anyone to answer! Iv called several times and some text me saying send your email address and Ill email you pricing and availability. A week later and I still havent got a email!
