Joe has become a very impatient guy over the last year. Multiple locations being interrupted in store with the wrong information from Joe. I am also a pool tech and work locally. I just moved to Florida from Minnesota. I tried another pool place in town and was immediately turned off with the experience. Joe met me with a smile as I walked into Leslie’s. We ordered what we thought was the correct cartridge for my pool filter. Once it came in it ended up being the wrong filter. Joe quickly made things right and it ended up being a less expensive filter that he stocks. Thanks again for the team at Leslie’s pool. My Family and I are very happy. I went to Leslies for the first time and was amazed with Joe, the manager. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was professional and very friendly. Joe tested my pool water and explained everything in detail (Being a new pool owner). He is awesome and I am so happy my friend Brian recommended me to Leslies. Thanks again Joe!

This is a fantastic Leslies Pool Supply store in Coral Springs. The staff here is very warm and friendly. I had some questions about chemicals needed for my pool and I received very good, helpful advice. I never had any issues with this Leslies and will keep coming back here. Thank you!

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a very clean store. Most impressive is the no-questions-asked return policy. My only gripe is that theyd rather replace than inspect/fix; however, thats to be expected with any merchant.

Needed a new mortor for my pool pump and Joe showed me why it failed and removed the old pieces off my old piece and installed it to the new motor for free. Great service!
