I just wanted to thank Gary and Tracy for their amazing customer service. I had someone install my new Salt System and Filter incorrectly, wired it all wrong and caused the fuse to blow. I called Allbrite Pools and Gary was able to come out the next day and fix the issue and re-installed half the plumbing properly and professionally. Everything works now and looks much better as well .. He also fixed the dripping at the filter that was bothering me. I will be using Allbrite Pools for all my Pool needs going forward . Thank you guys and Gary you rock !

We had a new Pentair Intellibrite pool light installed and when the job just done, there was caulking all around the top of the ring because they said a screw was stripped. They offered to do it the correct way but that would require us to drain the pool and that would be an additional cost. I wish that they drained the pool initially to put the light in so the job would be done correctly. Now my light looks terrible and potentially may eventually break because of the poor installation. Communication is important. We all are paying consumers for jobs we expect results from.

Called the store to ask a simple question about 5% senior discount as listed on Angies List . The person answering the phone was unpleasant and put me off saying that she didnt know what the owners who would be there on Monday have on Angies List. If the store givers a 5% discount to seniors, she should know that since shes at the register. Get a more people friendly and non confrontation person. She was rude.

We have used Allbrite for years and they have never let us down. Their work is at the expert level and Gary is a great person to deal with (so is his wife). If you want reliable pool service you need to call them as they are the best Ive dealt with here in Florida.

Moved into a new house in Coral Springs and had no idea how a pool works or what needs to be done to keep it pristine. The Allbrite team came out and gave me an education and have not minded that I call them once a week with a question or request. Fair pricing a great customer service. Would highly recommend them!

Owner lady is so rude. I went in as a new pool owner asking questions and she makes you feel like an idiot for not being a pool expert. Went back multiple times to give her the benefit of the doubt and she’s always been horribly rude. The young guys that work for her are super nice however.

Look no further when looking for weekly pool service! We started around a year ago. Our pool has never looked better! I wish we had gotten pool service years ago! Keeping up our pool cost money, lugging heavy jugs of chlorine (not to mention how many leaked in our vehicle) was backbreaking! When we went away, our pool was nearly impossible to rebalance. It’s hard to balance even when we’re home if we’ve had a lot of rain, not to mention hurricanes! It doesn’t cost much more for service if you add up what you spend to service it yourself. Ask for Justin! He is not only knowledgeable, but very courteous too!

Allbrite pools is an upstanding business. Truthful and honest, and never overpriced. So glad we found this company, after being with multiple companies. They leave a note for you, so you know that they actually were at the property when they say they would be there. Too many times with other companies left us feeling, like they said they were there, but we just had a feeling that they were not. We definitely recommend Allbrite.

I needed a part... and they had it! I have a Jacuzzi Pool pump from ages ago and the little yellow knob on the op broke off. Well there was water everywhere and I needed the part fast. I had looked at Leslies, Home Depot and one other pool store... I finally decided to just start calling all of the pool stores. Allbrite was the first call and 10 Minutes later, I had it! This is a great pool store with a knowledgeable staff. They knew exactly what I meant when I said I needed the air bleed knob thing... I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been using Allbrite Pools for over 15 years...probably 20 years and have always bought my pool supplies there. They are knowledgeable, friendly and fair priced. When I explained the problem I was having with a pool pump they were able to diagnose the problem instantly and promised to be out within 2 business days to fix the problem and told me what to do in the meantime to maintain the pool. They in fact came out the next day.They did the service without anyone being home and without taking any deposit. When I came home I noticed that the pool pump was working great however my pump was leaking. The owner came back the next day, was very apologetic and fixed it immediately. I am telling you this because as a business owner myself, not everything goes 100% right all of the time. It is the company that stands behind there work and makes everything right that deserves recognition. I will continue to use Allbrite for as long as I live nearby. Good job Tracy and Gary!
