Eves is the best person in the world. She is so kind & helpful. I been using all the services with her since 2014 & I’m so glad to still having the opportunity to visit her at Camilla Day Spa. The Spa is always clean, they always have variety with their products and someone is always available to help with all your needs! I would definitely keep referring my friends and family to them & Eves.

I got my pedicure there several. Each time I was very unhappy. I went there three weeks ago. Still unhappy so I decided to go someplace else. The person doing my pedicure thought I had not bygone in months because of the amount of dead skin on my feet. I’ll never go back there again. Very subpar service.

I had a not very good first experience here, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction I was contacted the next day by the salon staff, they called me, texted and sent me an email, Michelle and Gina really insisted on contacting me and demonstrated the high value that clients has for the business, they offered me to repeat the service, and I can tell you that I am more than satisfied, from the time I arrived until I left I felt like at home, super well served, I was completely relaxed and enjoyed the excellent manicure and pedicure service that Fran provided me, who not only is a very kind and friendly person, she is a professional that I can call a perfectionist because of her dedication to doing a good job. Gina and Marlene were always aware of me and I thank them for taking the time. For sure I’ll go back to Camila and I highly recommend it. When you really intend to change the first impression, you can do it. Thank you!

Loan was exceptionally nice. I was told by a staff member she was an expert on French powder! I was impressed how easily it was for her to prep my nail. Things started going downhill when she used a toe nail clipper to cut my nails before she shaped them. They were long, but very soft. She cut my nails not only to shorten them but on the corner of each nail giving it a pointy shape, not a rounded shape I asked for. The technique for the powder she used was okay. I had better but it was acceptable. What wasn’t acceptable was she then applied a clear coat of gel meaning my nails had to go under a light. Who uses a light when using powder? I thought it was strange but didn’t say anything. No big deal until a few days later it caused a crack on one nail eventually breaking all across my nail. Then another nail I was able to peel the clear coat off making it dull looking compared to my other nails! I paid $50 for this plus gave her a $10 tip! I cannot go back! There’s to many other salons to choose from.

I always have a wonderful experience at this salon. I have been going there for over 4 years and never had any issues. My nail tech Tang is great and always leaves my hands and feet looking great! The remodel is beautiful and the pedicure chairs have the best massage features.

After a hard days work I find a luxurious full body massage or a relaxing manicure and pedicure to be just what the doctor ordered to turn weariness into new found energy and relaxation. My daughter and I absolutely love the Camilla Day Spa. The place is greatly locate at the Mall, spacious and clean. Everybody at front desk are always very nice and helpful and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. We always have our eyebrows threaded with Reema, she is the best, extremely professional and gentle. We highly recommend it.

Went in for a Dip manicure(trying for the first time) and Pedicure. Was concerned about drilling/damaging nails. Manager Michelle reassured me that drilling would occur after the dip was applied, therefore wouldn’t affect my actual nail. After Pedicure was completed, Fran got me over to nail tech who was going to complete my “Dip Manicure” who immediately started drilling my nail. When I explained to her that I want a dip manicure, she said “no manicure with dip”. I kindly requested a regular manicure. She than told me, while waving my request paper at me “Fran has to do, go tell her”. I walked back over to Fran’s work area, another tech waved for me to sit which I did. Minutes later Fran walks over and states “I can’t do, Tell her she have to do”. At that point, I gathered my belongings, explained to the manager Michelle what happened. She starts shaking her head and said “Oh No”, than offered me a discount, which I didn’t take. I paid for my pedicure and left. If the employees at Camilla Day Spa respected my business, this would have been handled differently. First off the two nail techs would have communicated amongst themselves the service I was requesting. Secondly if a manicure wasn’t feasible at that time, someone should have communicated that to me. Under no circumstance should I have been toggled around the entire spa to figure who was going to do my manicure. Customer Service is lacking. After 6+ yrs, my daughter and I are no longer customers at Camilla Day Spa. We will find a place that knows how to treat their customers.

Wonderful place! This is the best salon I have ever been to. The staff and manager are always very helpful and polite. They go out of their way to assist you and provide whatever services you request. I most highly recommend it!!

One of the worst experiences.For starters I was getting my eyebrow threaded and they had me have a seat next to the lady and I would be next once she was done with her current client. Just as she is finishing a girl came in who is a regular by the way she just walked in and sat her bags down and hugged the one threading. As soon as the client was finished this new girl sat in the seat and got her brows done before me. Once finished she brought me over and apologized as she did not see me 😒😒 I was literally sitting next to her and the man at the front told her and she had my green card.Next I went to get my nails dipped and I choose 3 different colors and they were out of all three! So I settled for something I don’t care for. She showed me the powder but it looked much more pink than what was on the sample I mentioned this to her and she said no it’s the same. I’m not a professional so I figure maybe it will turn out like that. NOPE now I have these bright pink glitter nails I hate! They are super thick as she dipped them 5 times 😣 they are very wide and not shaped well. And she painted over my finger at the top so as they grew out they are bleeding from ripping the skin. Also my top coat is peeling which has NEVER happened before with dipped nails.Also o had a pedicure and the lady would not Shut up about how small my toe nails are... like thanks this is just what god gave me. So please stop making rude comments about them.She did not scrub at all I ended up going home and using a pumice stone myself as there was dead skin still.

Amazing place, the service is excellent, I have been coming to this Spa for more than 5 years and I have to say that I love the professionalism and the personal attention. I highly recommend this place for all the services, Nina is excellent with hair color and also if you need a massage or facial this is the place for you. Also there is a very relaxing atmosphere and everybody help each other.

Went here with an appt with Apple during the week. The salon was being renovated with NO SEATS to those who were waiting for appointments. the lighting at the pedicure chairs is terrible, when I got home, I saw that i had a terrible pedicure for the price i paid ( which was high). I will NOT go back, nor refer anyone to stop there. sorry

WORST manicure ever! Terrible place to get your nails done. My gel manicure was so bad; I really wasted my money there. Gel nails should be smooth but not only was it not smooth and you can see lines on my nails, the person doing my nails didnt even paint the sides of my nail -- only the top. When I showed her all the places she missed on my nails she blamed it on the nail polish being new -- not her poor quality of work. I repeatedly requested a new person to do my nails and finally she got someone but even that person was a mess. She smudged my nail and she still set it to dry under the UV light, and when I showed her the smudge AGAIN that was now dry, she put gems on top to cover it up....and then tried to charge me for her own mistakes. Also, those gems she supposedly glued on fell off the very next day. POOR QUALITY OF WORK, TERRIBLE NAIL JOB.

I have been going to Camilla for probably close to 10 years. Nina has always done my cuts, color, highlights, etc. and she is THE BEST!! The only other service Ive ever gotten is brow waxing once or twice, and I cant comment on nails because I have no experience with that side of the salon. The location is convenient, place is clean & smells good. If it was a little less pricey that would be a good thing, but I will not give up my Nina!!!

Horrible experience, I got a pedicure and a full set today and my nails are all different shapes length and they are crooked i also have a few cuts also my toe nail polish does not look good, I did mention to the front desk lady and she saw NOTHING wrong with my nails of course... All of this a total of $80!

Got my hair and nails done here for a birthday. I was pleasantly surprised with quality of nails, but the real highlight was my hair. After years of bad haircuts, I only wanted a wash and style so I didnt have to do it myself. Nina spent 30 minutes just talking me through ideas for my hair, some that involved cutting. When I gave the green light to snip, she showed me each strand as she was cutting it and explained why. I kept my long hair, got a fresher look and tips for long-term care. Very impressed!

This place have one of the best nail tech in Broward County... loan been doing my nails and feet for the last 6 years every two weeks .. my nails and toes are always shape and Polish to the highest standard .. lots of complements ...Go give Loan a try you will never see anyone else..

My friend got me a gift certificate to this place and even though I was a little skeptical because Im not usually the one to get services, I gotta say Im glad I walked in through those doors. I got a 1 hr massage and a pedicure, both I have no complaints with. At the end of the day, I left with a cool mind and an idea for an easy gift to give to give my mom and lady friends in the future!

I have been going to Camilla Day Spa for the past 7 years. They have always provided excellent service at a great price. Recently theyve renovated the whole salon giving it an amazing Zen like atmosphere. Ive used Michelle, Fran, Apple and Eling and theyve all been amazing. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience.

Wonderful spa! Evis is the only person that I let touch my eyebrows because she is so meticulous and does an amazing job. All the ladies do a great job on my gel manicures and spa pedicures. I am very particular so I love their attention to detail. Also the spa does many great community events and services to help different causes!

I went yesterday around 4 for the first time just too get a pedicure needed one really bad. They seated me right away great! The service was great they are really sweet pedicure was great so I was like let me get a manicure my birthday is the 12 so I said let me do gel so it last because I might not have time to get one before. Omg awful the pain job is so bad it really made me upset I did black it looks really bad when black is messy. I don’t think I will be back for another manicure again now I have to go pay again for my nails before my birthday

It was my first time at this place and I loved it, Rima took a such a good care of me doing my eyebrows and my eyelashes extensions she was very patient and kind. I’m definitely coming back!! The only issue is that I’ll prefer if she could have her own room so you can feel more comfortable and I wouldn’t have to be around too many people in the salon but other than that great services and a great experience Thank you Rima!

Tang is an angel !!! I have really bag ingrown nails and she has always consistently been able to take them out. I have been going to her for years now. The best!!! Her pedicures are so relaxing and she always so pleasant and nice! I totally recommend her!!!!

I only go to Aveda for my nail services now. The customer service is excellent from my nail technician. I love that they massage your neck and back when you are at the nail drying station.

I absolutely love Camilla Day Spa. It has become my home away from home. From the moment every time I walk in till the moment I leave the customer service is out standing. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Camilla is the best! She is always walking around and greeting her guests treating them like family. The people I use for my services are the best and I would never go anywhere else. Loan, Rema, Lupe, and Quyen are the go to for anything you could want! They are all experts and do a fantastic job. Loan goes above and beyond always making sure you get the best possible service and always has little extras to give like bottles of her own water. If I could get this place 100 stars I would.

Worst manicure ever. Just left 30 minutes and my nails are chipped and the nail polished is bubbled. So disappointed. I now have to go somewhere else to get a manicure when I just paid $16 for one.

So I came here with my soon to be mother in law to put on gel nails for my bridal shower and boy am I disappointed! I told the technician, I dont want powder I want gel and she kept insisting that it was gel powder--BS! I feel so cheated!!So be careful ladies whenever you get gel, make sure its actual liquid NOT powder!! There is no such thing as powder gel nails. Their gel nails like too many other places are merely acrylic nails with a gel top coat. I havent done nails in such a long time I didnt even realize this until it was too late...hopefully another local salon that offers REAL Gel Nail can fix this hot mess!!!Oh and the acrylic arent even good!! They are bumpy, thick and crooked. Its day 2 and it already feels kind of loose!!!! The paint job is eh, and they didnt even bother cleaning up the cuticles or anything--they literally just slabbed the nails on there.

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. Loan did an amazing job at shaping my nails. I only get coffin shape and hers was the best shape out of everyone i’ve gone to. Besides the shape every thing else is horrible. She started off by soaking my nails which was good and then proceeded to rip the fake nail off of my nails instead of letting it soak off all the way. Then when she was applying the acrylic she used a brush that was twice the size of my nails which caused her to pick up too much acrylic. My nails are so thick and lumpy. They’re supposed to be thick around the apex and thin towards the free edge and it’s the complete opposite. Then when she asked what color I wanted I said black. I didn’t realize she had gotten a gel polish until she already put some paint on my nail and then got out the lamp. This was a waste of $60. If you want a regular manicure, no acrylic just polish, then this is a good place, but if you want to do anything beyond that go somewhere else.

Rima has been doing my eyebrows for 4 years and I can say that I will never let anyone else thread or wax them. She is artistic and the BEST. She will do exactly what you ask for and have your eyebrows look amazing and clean. Also, it doesn’t even hurt a bit. Go to Rima and you won’t regret it!

Have been a frequent customer since they first opened. Many of the technicians are still there (a good sign). Always courteous and provide a relaxing experience. My initial attraction were their use of Aveda products.

It was the first time coming here for a Brazilian and I have to say it is not all that, especially for what they charge. But because the spa I usually go to was booked I settled coming here. It was $40 for a high bikini, or playboy (labled on there menu) which I didnt ask for (Brazilian is everything, including the you know what!). ...and second they didnt have hard wax. The staff was friendly, the room smelled like food, I didnt think an Aveda spa would be this mediocre. Better off going to European Wax center.

Rima is by far the best at what she does. She is consistently perfect at eyebrows. She always keep me up to date with ways to make my eyebrows the absolute best. She is hands down the best part of this location and the reason I keep coming back. Merlyn also went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience with this company. Her customer service is out of this world. Absolutely worth stepping in the store and talking to them about all their services.

Ive been visiting Camilla Day Spa to get my hair cut since 2005. Over the years Ive gotten to know the various hair dressers quite well, they have always been friendly and most of all, cut my hair really really well. I like going to places that treat their clients like people and not just another person that has to be in and out in 30 mins. I am usually greeted by name and made to feel as though I am the only client they are seeing that day, I value that kind of service.Thanks Cam for running such a professional spaIan

I made an appointment for a facial, showed up and was being served in just under ten mins. Based on a skin assessment it was suggested for me to do a one hour anti-aging plant peel.(the most expensive of all facials) which promised to treat mild discoloration from sun damage and extraction to unclog pores with immediate results after just one session. (However, it is recommended to do a total of three sessions over a period of 6 weeks)My esthetician carefully worked her magic; cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, extraction followed by relaxing massage. Aveda products are the only products used...said to be completely plant based infused with essential oils...97% natural (so I was told which I was ok with because its not the average acclaimed 100%). Its was very relaxing...the massage involved face temples neck shoulder and the entire arms with warm towels. My experience was a good one.....my face felt softer and was visibly cleaner. However it was not the as the promised results or what I expected....no doubt my face was cleaner but four days days later I was standing at my mirror trying to squeeze out black headsfrom my face a still looking at discoloration. Not to say the facial didnt work or not its just....maybe they exaggerated the immediate results which left me feeling a little in doubt. I will visit again in the near future but for a different service.

If I can give zero stars I would. It’s hard to have a conversation and explain what you want done for you, they pick and choose what they going to do for you like adding services without permission. Service is absolute garbage and the way the employees speak to people is rude, including the manager. Also unclean.

Eling has been there since I started going in 2013. She is amazing. Takes her time and is always friendly. Prices are good too !!!

This is a great day spa located in the Coral Square Mall. Being that it is in the mall it makes it easy to stop in while you are out shopping and have a pedicure or even a haircut. The salon offers all services imaginable...from massage,waxing,manicure, pedicures and facials. They use all Aveda products and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the hairdressers are very talented.

Ive been going here for about three years now. I absolutely love this place. The employees are so welcoming and nice. You can really tell that they enjoy what they do. Every service is done perfectly.

Had a horrible experience...when stylist was washing and conditioning my hair she got shampoo and creme rinse all over my face. When cutting my hair(horribly)she would scrape the scissors on my face or near my eyes. I wanted wispy sides, she cut them extremely short, I wanted short on top, it lays to heavy. Both sides have wings that stick out. I wanted short, sexy and sassy. I got sloppy, uneven and discussed. Spoke with management and got a couple of dollars off, they were to call and follow-up with me. Well, that didnt happen.

I received a manicure pedicure with my grandmother. It was for a wedding and my nails were done by apple she was a very sweet lady, but her nail work was terrible. It was sloppy and messy my nail polish looked as if it grew out already i was appalled; my feet looked just as bad. When I went to the front desk I asked for a completely different nail tech, she gave me the ladys friend who did my grandmothers nails, and all she kept saying was shes a great nail tech idk what happened? And when I finally got my nails--not my toes done.. that were painted incorrectly.. They said they were going to charge me for the paint change? Wait... charge me for the paint used to do my nails correctly. I was livid!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! The worst customer service, the worst prices, I was charged extra for a poor job. And I will never go there again. You lost good business, I tip over 30% but because everyone was poor to me I didnt because it was not deserved. @Coralsquaremall please replace them with someone better.Try Pink Nails instead on university... Trust me you wont regret it.

Terrible - if I could give 0 stars I would. I used to go to them years ago and figured I would give them another try - big mistake. The woman that did my nails kept telling me I will do a good job for you. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. It was ok but nothing I would write home about. When I got ready to pay , she said there is $3 charge for the gel wrap to remove to the old gel - they did not tell me this up front, if so I would have left. AWhen I got home the gel on one of my nails came off and the two of the my toes the polish came off. I would not recommend

If you ever need to have your eyebrows threaded ask for Rima-- she is the ABSOLUTE BEST (I have tried others at this location). She has been threading my brows for a very long time and I have never been disappointed. Rima pays attention to detail, she moves quickly and makes the process as painless as possible (which I cant say is true of others).

The staff is always very polite. The atmosphere is peaceful as well. I especially love how Rheema makes my wild eyebrows look SO good! Rheemas threading is quick and on point! Thanks a bunch!

I made the appointment on monday made sure I specifically ask for someone who can use non latex gloves. The receptionist said no problem she has one. I get there today reminded them of latex allergy and all of sudden no one can do it. Even when I suggested to put a pair of vinyl glove or nitrile over the latex still no. I wasted my time and was very aggravated. But thats ok I found another place that has NO problem with my request. Never again will I go back to camilla.

The manager was not at all helpful. At this point your response to lack of proper customer service is useless. I am a happy customer of Venetian Nail Spa 😁Spent over two weeks calling attempting to schedule with Loan for full set & french pedicure, Mothers day weekend and all. Only to be told I was bumped for two of the managers friends. After over 10 years of going to and referring out if towners I am disgusted and disappointed.Walked out the same way I walked iin.***Went to Venetian Nail Spa and was treated like a queen.***

Michelle was amazing, when I got there my pregnant feet were swollen, when I left they looked great and the swelling had gone down. She was gentle and careful and I left with my hands and feet looking beautiful and feeling relaxed.

I can’t express how much I love Camilla Day Spa! They helped me get fully prepared for prom, all the way from fluffy full lashes, to nicely threaded brows, and to the mani pedi. Through out the entire process, their service was amazing. Loved how friendly their workers are. Got the Dip nails and they still look amazing as the first day I got it (I’m currently on my third week). The lashes as well are still looking pretty great too. Definitly recommend this place for all prom goers and more.

It was great, the workers were nice, the service was excellent, I even went with a friend who didnt get anything done, and they still made sure he could sit by me. I am definitely going there again, and its not as expensive as most places.

I had passed this spa in the mall so many times expecting itd be so much more than other strip mall salons but its prices are comparable, and as for pedis and manis, much better. They really take their time and I enjoy the experience very much. One other note which I think is important, their air handling system must be very good because Ive never noticed a strong acetone smell which is always present at other salons. I highly recommend it.

I was there earlier for my gel mani and regular pedi and was very happy as Michelle is great. Knows her stuff and great in what she does. Upon leaving, I went inside a store to get some cards. At the counter, another customer asked where I had my nails done and I answered next door, check them out.

I give the three stars because carmen does a great job so she deserves 5 but I went there for my first time to do the dip nail and it was terrible. It was rushed. They drilled the nail and since she was rushing she cut the skin on the first nail she did, I didn’t want that done but i let her keep going. I hate telling people how to do their job but i was left with no choice but to do so the filing i had to help out and do myself because it was rushed and not done straight. I waited too long to tell her what to do when it came to nail polish and dip. Since it was rushed she left spaces/gaps on the side on the nails instead of covering the whole nail. I complained too late so then it was hard for her to make it look good afterwards. She put my nails under a uv light 💡 which i learned before coming that sns dip nails don’t require uv light which makes it better than gel in that sense..so I’m assuming this happened due to her putting a coat of gel nail polish on top... basically if you want sns dip powder nails this is not the place to go..well at least not with the owner/manager.

I have been going here for years. Nok does a FANTASTIC job and spends a good amount of time making sure she does the best she can do. Comfortable atmosphere, very busy place.

The stylist I had was rough with my head/hair and smelled like a pack of cigarettes. What Im most upset about is I asked for the $30 cut/shampoo/blow-dry package and the stylist ended up charging me $50 because she styled my hair instead. I trusted this place because of the high reviews, but I will never come here again.

Ive done everything here but my last experience ruined the entire place for me... They do an OKAY job on nails (only went twice wont go again found a better place). Hair: if you have dark hair and you want a light natural looking color or just red this is NOT the place for you. They do an OKAY job with haircuts but I can just go to hair cuttery and get the same cut and style for much cheaper. The best thing about this place is the threading and waxing. Laila (threading) always does a good job except one time (dont go on the weekends). The waxing lady who does eyebrows is really good too my friend goes all the time.

Such a nice and clean environment to get your nails done ! My girl Michelle is the nicest nail technician and takes her time with the nails .The front desk girls are always welcoming when you arrive to the spa .I have been coming here for several years and I am always pleased with my experience. Not only is the nail techs I have also gotten facials, waxing and massages done as well !

More pricey than other nail salons, but enjoy the pampering nevertheless.

Wanted my hair done a specific color, went in with pics to get information. the lady was super rude (curly hair) was going on and on about how I need a leave in conditioner for my curly hair and then her client walked in and she just cut the convo...and gave me her number to continue the convo. ummm no. I need my hair done. she made no attempt to make an appointment like she basically didnt care.

I had a regular mani and pedi with just polish. I found it to be a but sloppy and the layers of polish were applied before the last was dry. Otherwise, they were nice and looked clean.

As always on time to start manicure and pedicure.

My second visit to CDS and it was as enjoyable as the first. I do the eyebrow threading and tinting with Rima --- she is amazing and so personable!! Also tried a pedicure with Kim -- nice lady with 16 years at CDS.....that says a lot abut the business and owner!! Check it out ---you wont be disappointed!!!!
