Donna took her time and understood what I wanted and executed so well. Definitely coming back !

I am new to the Coral Springs area and would normally travel to West Palm to go to my nail techs of 15 years, but today I decided to try a different place closer to me. And let me tell you what, hands down the best decision I made was picking this salon. I read the reviews of a few other places but picked Xoxo Nails and I am so glad I did. Donna was my nail tech and she paid so much attention to the details of my nails, she made sure they were perfectly shaped and smooth without me having to point out any flaws. She was very friendly and held great conversation. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the second I walked in the door. I have definitely found my replacement salon!

I was very disappointed after reviewing this business for 2 days I made my first appointment. only to be turned away because they did not have anyone there to do my nails after I had already made my appointment online. Also received a thank you text for services completed...still disappointed 😞 and now confused 😕. Poor customer service. Not the way to do business.

I have been going here for about 6 months. It used the be E&E nail salon. I went to them the first time 2 weeks ago under the new management. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I have been getting dip for about a year now. I have never had this issue. 3 days after i got my nails done they started chipping. First it was the forefinger at the tip. Then every day another finger is breaking. It is not that my nails are breaking. The acrylic is coming off in chunks. I M so upset. These were my real nails all grown out pretty and long. Now i need to grow them out again. I wish i could post pics to show i am not exaggerating.

Very nice and clean! The new management is amazing and staff and services are wonderful. Overall lovely experience.

Xoxo nails spa is very clean neat and spacious they do wonderful works and the nail tech who do my nails is wonderful every 2weeks I live my nails her name is Donna she do excellence job.i recommend this nail spa to everyone live it live it!!!!!!

New owner. Set up differently, more room and appealing. Up to code in meeting necessary standards. Techs are nice and professional. Updated a lot of their products.

Went for a full mani/pedi , my nails came out nice the very next day my nails where chipped out so I call and I mentioned that they were chipping out so they said to go back and they will fix it the Nails . So I got to this place and they started to look in to my nail and this young girl told me that is normal that the nails get chipped so she starts to argue with me with very bad , attitude , rude ,!and said that she don’t care if she looses a customer and to me to go back to the place that I when before !!!! And that she is the daughter of the owner really !!!!!! polish was not proper applied leaving the sides and tops of my nails near the cuticle unpolished and was applied unevenly. All in all, I will never go back Awful service... just awful , had to go somewhere else to fix the job they did .

Love this nail salon. Very clean, personable staff and amazing quality of work.

Went for a full acrylic set. All my nails came out crooked. When I mentioned that they were crooked, the nail tech ignored my statement and kept on putting the tips on crooked. Nail polish was not properly applied leaving the sides and tops of my nails near the cuticle unpolished. Acrylic was applied unevenly. All in all, will never go back.
