Got my first treatment by Humera today which was great! She was so thorough and always offered to accommodate if I was feeling any pain. (Which I didn’t so if it’s your first time getting laser don’t be scared!). Prior to coming I spoke to Sue who was great at communicating with me and answering my questions. I was looking for a laser hair removal place locally and I’m so happy I stumbled here. My friends and family that were referred here also love it 🥰 Great staff and beautiful, clean place.

Mona is my laser tech! Shes covers the area very well with laser and makes sure Im comfortable, relaxed and satisfied. Shes very gentle uses techniques to make sure youre not hurting or thinking about the pain. Im loving my results so far. This is the real deal!!

Mona is a wonderful. My daughter and I go to her. After months of trying to find someone we felt comfortable with we found her! She has the best conversation and makes sure you feel 100% comfortable. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research to find the best laser service in palm Beach. I found it! I waited to give my review so i can honestly rate it. Haneen Kahala is the best! She is always so kind and made me feel comfortable. I dont feel awkward at all. She is also knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and she answered them. I also feel welcomed in her office. It is always clean! I love going to my appointments! The laser itself doesnt pain much and is very effective! By the third session I saw a dramatic change in my hair growth and look. Some areas of my hair grew in thin or it didnt grow at all. I am going for my last session soon and I have no hair! Book that appointment and ask for Haneen Kahala!

Im sephardic, so Ive been thinking about laser hair removal for a while. A good friend recommended this place so I decided to shop price.I wanted to get my beardline and neckline done front at back to start. I called a few places to compare price and after the 3rd call I decided it was worth the 30 min drive. as they were way less expensive than the quotes I received elsewhere.After one treatment, hair has essentially stopped growing on the back of my neck and under my beardline.The laser on my face and back of my neck was totally painless, but my neck under my beard was a bit of a struggle for me.But Catherine was amazing, and would pause the treatment any time she noticed I was irritated.She was incredibly patient and intuitive-- I didnt even have to mention I was uncomfortable for her to pause. I want to get a few more areas done, and even though theres a laser hair removal office in my condo, Id gladly drive the 30 mins where Ill be comfortable.

I did 3 sessions with Sonia it got worse instead of better.Now that she left the new girl Sudan is great. This 1 session I actually felt something. So 3 of my sessions and money was trash.When Sonia left I had a few issues with the owner Robert. But he came around and apologized.I recommend the new team at Palm Beach Laser.
