The people and the service at this location are wonderful. I enjoy working with Sarah. Shes outgoing, professional, and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. I travel often for work and have been to many locations and this Coral Springs location plus Sarah skills has been a winning combination.

Very friendly! I’ve used them for Cool Sculpting and laser hair removal! The ladies are so efficient and personable! I enjoy having them taking care of my body and getting me right, no only for the summer, but for a lifetime! I’m so glad I chose the laser hair removal and so far I’ve only had 1 treatment for the cool sculpting and it takes a little while to see the results. I will provide an update in a few weeks!

I love the front desk and nurses. Ive been in for treatment about 7 times now and Olu has gotten me through the spicy treatments! The business and Olu are really great to work with. The atmosphere when you walk in is very calm and its very clean. Love this place and Im beyond thrilled that I invested in me! The results so far are beyond impressive. Im having my upper lip, under arms, bikini and lower legs done. Ive noticed immediate results and after the third treatment there was significantly less hair. This is amazing! I have more time in the day without worrying about shaving everyday 😉

Nurse practitioner Daisy has been assisting me with one of my treatments and has created great conversation to keep my mind off the treatment. Olu is the greatest! Both my daughter and I tried the BBL photofacial performed by Olu. We both got great results after this service, our faces are glowing! After just one laser facial the dark sun spots and red blood vessels look less noticeable. Olu was very attentive to detail and did not miss any spots during the treatment. Great experience friendly staff and wonderful service

I just finished my 6th session of laser hair removal at the new Coral Springs location. I am seeing amazing results and barely need any maintenance between appointments. I am going to be adding on additional areas so I won’t have to buy a razor again. The laser technicians are all so nice and friendly, helping me feel completely at ease. I can’t recommend IdealImage Coral Springs enough!

Went well. Ideal users lasers designed for skin with pigment and that has made a big difference. Also the incorporation of cool air (laser) and ice packs used by the assistant really help Manage the sting of the laser.

I dont usually do reviews, however, I wanted to share that my experience at the Coral Springs location has been awesome. I had previously used the Boca location and was happy that now there is a Coral Springs location. Daisy is so professional and thorough, and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She does an amazing job and its obvious she cares about her clients. I would highly recommend the CS location and to request Daisy. Also, the front desk associates are always very professional and friendly. Another important thing is that this location is very clean and careful during the pandemic.

Olu is the ABSOLUTE best! When I first came in I was nervous because lips to me are a big deal and I am so picky! And all I can say is WOW! She has made me so in love with my lips, the shape is beyond perfect and the plump is exactly what I wanted! I just love her, she is so great and a professional at what she does! I highly HIGHLY recommend her, you will not regret it!!

I came here for the CoolSculpting. I had 3 different sessions and couldn’t have been more pleased with the guest service and professionalism. This review is for Ideal Image company, not this location specifially. People who I get to deal with in person were always great, however, Covid came and problems begun... they cancelled my appointment and promised to call after they re-open. Not only that no one ever called after 4 months, BUT they kept charging my account every month. To make things worse, their phones were DOWN for months. A long message said they will contact you for an appointment. I was on hold over an hour, multiple times, and never got to speak with anyone. It gets even worse than this, I can’t even describe all the issues. I wish I never made a contract with them, and I am just hoping they survive as a company with such poor management until my treatment is over.

LOVE it here. I’ve been to other locations and after moving decided to come here. Lou and Andria are amazing! During the procedure I was fully comfortable and Olu ensured I felt ok. It was my first experience that I was pain free. During check in and out Andria made it a very smooth transaction. Will always go to this location. Best ideal image yet!

I came in for a consultation with Laurie last night for a Brazilian. She was so professional and patiently walked me through all of my options. They were able to get me easy financing and even had an opening for me that evening! I decided to wait two days and go back due to being anxious about the procedure.I came back for the procedure done by Ashley. I felt a slight rubber band like snap but nothing over the top. I will use the prescribed numbing cream for future sessions since they recommend it. It was so easy and she was done in less than 20 minutes. I am ready for my next appointment.
