Techy at Coral Springs is no good at all. I went to get my phone files transfer over SD card and the guy who serviced me is an airhead subhead. I dont know whats wrong with him. He erased all my data, but the sad thing is that I trusted him. They were about to close when I showed up so the next day I came back he would not give me my money back and he wouldnt accept he was on fault at it. Besides, he charged me $53.50 over that. Then, when I called police he denied everything. He probably lie to his boss also. They jip you off. By the way, the guys name sounds like Terry.

Brought them an iPad for repair. Repair took over 2 weeks and I was never contacted with an update. They also never contacted me with a repair estimate before doing the work. Would not recommend

Marian was who I spoke with about my warranty on the screen I purchased for the second time from this shop and she said they would not honor it. She 2as rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend doing business with this company or Marian.

My Apple Watch touch screen was not working. Mike called me and gave me an estimate of $80 which was better than Apple’s offer of minimum $159. Fixed within 48 hours. After using it for a day I noticed the battery was draining very quickly so I called and was told to bring it back and Mike again repaired with no extra charge. I really appreciate their service and with all that’s going on I could not afford to pay $400 to replace my watch that I rely on heavily for fitness activity. So happy that I happened upon this place during a random trip to Wal-Mart. Thanks guys!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!, Went for a routine glass repair, ipad worked for 2 days then the screen turned black; returned and they told me its an unrelated issue. Perfect example of a penny smart pound foolish business owner/mangers. FORGET ABOUT ANY SORT of warrenty.

Ive been to this branch twice now and both times I came away impressed. First time was to replace my Samsung 8+ battery after about 2+ years of use so that I could extend the life of the phone another 2 years. The replacement battery malfunction after 11 months, took it back, they replaced the batter for free (because of the 1 year warranty) without me having to complain or prompt them. All service was done in a timely and professional manor. Overall excellent experience.

These guys are absolutely amazing! First got my wifes iPhone repaired due to water damage and they took care of that fairly quickly. After such a great experience, I brought in a laptop that required a screen and body repair. This is the same laptop which Ive brought in to another repair shop, that basically said theres nothing they could do. But these guys were able to find the parts and fixed my laptop, which Im currently writing this very review with! Highly recommend them to friends and family. A big shout out to Leo and Michael.

I had a broken charging port do to a bad cable. They ordered the part called me when it came in and had my phone fixed in about an hour. Fast friendly service. I would use them again to fix a phone.
