Our laptop short-circuited when plugged in. uBreakiFix spent nearly two weeks re-soldering, replacing the motherboard, and replacing the battery and could not get it fix. I finally brought it home and opened it myself. In 15 minutes, I was able to determine it was the webcam. I replaced it myself for $15. uBreakiFix should have been able to diagnose this by simply unplugging everything from the motherboard and plugging things back in one at a time to see if/when the short returns.The good news is they: a) did not charge me a penny and b) they were professional and courteous. For that, they get two stars instead of just one.

Call here for my dad. He went and got his phone fixed in just a couple of hours. The staff was friendly and provided him with all the details he needed to have a peace of mind.

Its fast and have a good service but its better if you call beforehand because some of this only repair Apple and Samsung products

Terrible service! At my job, I live and die by my phone. Nothing wrong with phone. Small crack in one corner of screen. Need new one to get $650+ trade allowance. Told 1-2 hrs...tough, but no choice. I arrive before they open. Only customer there. Guy says 2.5 hrs, were busy. Really? Unfortunate, but ok. Come back. Sorry not ready, need another 25 min. I wait 40. Go back. Sorry it unplugged itself? Need another half hour.Three return trips and half hours for a 20 min fix, and no other customers around...over 35 missed communications between phone and message. Saw two others at last return, both complaining about phones not working after screen change. Get a prepaid phone if you go there for service!

Fantastic service! I got helped by Brian, John, and Michael and they were very nice and helpful. It was a quick and easy process. I got two phones fixed and got a screen protector put on 3; they look great! No air bubbles or any other flaws. I’ve been to a few repair places, but this is by far one the best I’ve been to.

Had a great experience when walking in to fix our phones. Greeted professionally by Brian. All associates in the store were extremely pleasant to interact with. Brian, John and Michael worked very well together. Phones look great and were done quickly. I would highly recommend going here for all electronic fix needs.

Well, they say you get what you pay for and it is truth this place is a little more expensive than others but the quality of work theyre putting out is very good. They went the extra mile for me and the device was fixed at the time they said it was going to be, returned my device very cleaned and well put together.

So I called a couple of times before going, the guys on the phone were really helpful both times. There were no hidden fees and were upfront about the cost over the phone which I really appreciated. They confirmed that they had the replacement screen for my specific phone before hanging up each time with out me even asking! I got my phone screen replaced and it was ready within 3 hours and it looks good as new! Hopefully I dont need you guys again but if I do, Ill be glad to do service with you again!

The technicians were very helpful. They performed a full diagnostic test before and after repair of my screen. They practiced social distancing. While I had I waited 3 weeks for AT&T to obtain and repair my screen under warranty, Ubreakufix had it repaired within 2 hours . The technician team were very friendly and thorough and even walked my phone outside to me while I waited 5 minutes for completed repair! ☆☆☆☆☆

Brought my PlayStation 4 on Monday night because it wasn’t working. I get told it’s working fine. Bring it home can’t boot up a game, system kept crashing nothing is working. I can’t even access Netflix. I bring my PS4 in today and with a game and explain to the guy the same thing. Once again claims everything is working fine. I tell the guy working the front to put the game disc in and try it. Comes back to tell me the PlayStation did NOT read the disc. In other words it’s broken but we aren’t going to take the time to fix this! And before they claim my extended hard drive doesn’t work I unplugged it and tried to use my PlayStation without it nothing responded not Hulu or Netflix or my game.What a waste of time coming in twice. Oh and by the way if you are going to make fun of the customer might want to lower your voices since I heard them making fun of a question I had about the power cord. I won’t ever go back and would never recommend this place if you are having issues with a gaming console.

Took in my Pixel for a battery replacement (their diagnosis) was told that if that wasnt the reason it had random shut down issues that repair was under warranty and they would know more. Got the phone back COMPLETELY DEAD. Sorry wasnt the battery must be the mother board and we cant fix that.!!??I took in a working phone now I have a paper weight and have to buy a new phone! Does that seem right?Still waiting on a call back from Customer service.

I needed the glass replaced on my smartphone. Prior to my visit they answered all my questions (like how I should prepare the phone, files to delete, back up, etc.) and when I brought it in they did just what they said theyd do. And, when it was time to pay, it turned out the the mfg. had reduced the price of the replacement glass and they passed that on to me. Of course thats what they should do, but my point is that if they hadnt passed that $80 reduction Id never have known. Id have given a good review regardless, the savings was icing on the cake. Ive had repairs done at another uBreakiFix location and received the same high level of service there as well.

The service and quality of service is exceptional. Very quick and professional. Everything on the phone works perfectly. I would take all my devices here to be repaired. You wont regret it.

The staff here were friendly and professional. They did a good job of managing safe social distances between customers by having only one customer inside at a time, and the rest of us waiting outside 6 ft apart. I cracked my iphone screen really bad and now it looks brand new. The only thing was that the repair took around 15 minutes more than they had estimated. I would recommend their service and use them again.

Turned away because he said policy requires me to tell you that it will take 4 hours to repair a pixel so you will have to come back tomorrow if you want it done the same day. Thats funny because I scheduled an appointment online, and then the location in sunrise had no problem doing it the same day for me 30 min after I left this location. Rude associate, and now I know that he lied to me probably because he did not feel like working.

Hospitality and COVID-19 precautions were satisfactory. Yet the services were very lacking. Came here for a simple battery replacement and not only was my phone not fixed but more damage was done. Upon return I was told I had to repay for any additional damage of which I had no part in doing. I don’t see myself ever returning to this location.

I came here to fix my screen and it messed up my phone. I came back because I had warranty and they STILL didn’t fix it. They ripped me off and ruined my phone. Do yourself a favor and DONT come here. I went to dr phone fix afterwards and they fixed it for me and also repaired the screen and said the screen went bad.

Overall awesome experience. My iPhone 7plus wasn’t working right, the ear piece microphone wasn’t producing the sound it should. They took it in took the phone apart and cleaned it all out and now the phone works perfect. All free of charge because it was just a diagnostic. I highly recommend them!

I have used UBREAKIFIX, on several occasions. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, with any type of problem. They know what they’re doing. Their “Customer Service” is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best!

I usually fix my own phone/tablets/computers but decided to go with a reputable store because I needed my phone fixed immediately simply and couldnt wait to order the parts needed - they did exactly that, and in a timely manner, for a better price than other ubreakifix stores plus 2 other similar stores WITHOUT having to wait for them to ORDER the part with a better warranty..I cant recommend getting phones/tablets fixed at those pop-up kiosk stores in malls because they supply highly questionable parts. When something inevitably stops working (which happens to anyone regardless of the quality of the part or labor), they are usually gone by the time you come back.10/10 from me, would come back in a pinch, hopefully wont have to though.

Dropped off to repair the broken screen on my S20. Took over a week to complete the screen repair. Once I received my phone back, the radios no longer work and I cannot make or receive calls, text messages or internet. I would not recommend bringing your phone here for repair.I received a call in regards to my complaint. Was told I would receive a call back in less than five minutes once the owner was made aware of my situation. Never heard back from this store. Not only did they make the phone less useable after the repair, they also do not follow through with their promises to their customers. ZERO STARS
