I have been coming here for many years,had some issues with the services provided, I talk to the manager (Christian) and let me tell you if you speak to them you will know they are all about customer satisfaction, the new management really care about the work provided to their customers by their detail techs,it was a pleasure to see how he handle the complaint and most important how they improve the service, thank you for your dedication to your company Mr,Christian and I hope upper management knows how to retain employees like you.

I went today 5/3/2021 at 10.50 am i paid $26 to clean inside and outside i have to say i won’t come back my car is new and only needs wipe and vacuum and i’mnot happy with . outside wash was great

Usually a good experience. Today I dropped of the car at 9:30 am. Left with Uber to give the two hours I was quoted. Came back at 12:30. Was told 2 more hours. Waiters are done first! Nobody told me that before and why? So disappointed.

Brought my Jeep in for a car wash, carpet shampoo, seat detail, and interior super clean this morning around 9:45. I went to pick it up around 4:30 pm (they held it for me) and it looked amazing! The interior of my car had dog hair all over the back seat, as well as dried up drool on the leather (thanks Gio Zeppe), and I have not seen one piece of dog hair in my car since picking it up. The outside & inside look great! Manager Christian was very helpful and kind.

I had throw up in my car, went to two different car washes and was turned away. Came here and without hesitation said they would do it. Not only does my car look like I just drove it off the lot with 0 miles, but it smells AMAZING! They did an awesome job. Would def recommend and come back! 10/10!

Brough my truck through the wash. They definitely seem to pay for fake good reviews. BE WARNED. No customer service at all. They damaged my vehicle and offered more washes as payment since they couldn’t afford to repair the part. Company is acting like a shell company run by 4 owners who all say they are the owner, but none can make any decisions on their own and they don’t have insurance otherwise they’d be willing to cooperate. They tried to hide the damage after it occurred and do a shady repair with gorilla glue saying it happens often. Instead I called the police and filed a report. They let me know this wasn’t their first complaint against the business.

This place is an excellent value. The Management is very professional and helpful. The cleaning products are of very good quality and all the machines are well maintained. Top notch car wash!!!!

These guys do a wonderful job for a very fair price. I have had them take care of two cars for us recently.

The team did an excellent. My car sits under a tree all day everyday and they really worked hard to get the tree sap and spider webs off.

All the guys and girls there are great but Christian and James are incredible. They always take good care of me and my vehicle. I would definitely recommend the Car wash Palace. I already have the unlimited monthly membership and its great!

I definitely would go back to get my car wash here. Staff is really nice and they did an amazing job cleaning my car filled with crumbs, sand and cleaned up an old spilled chocolate milk on the back seats.

It’s a decent car wash, but be ready to spend an hour waiting for them to finish washing your car .. so slow 🤬 need more people so we don’t have to wait so longgggggggg

For what I paid, you would think my car would be spotless! The first time I used them it was great, perfect! 2nd time sloppy and like 2 year old washed it and cleaned it!Never again!! Disappointed.

Everyone who works there is awesome! They are all friendly and competent. I take my 2011 Camaro convertible there at least twice per week. I signed up for the monthly unlimited deal which is fantastic . I had an incident recently were Luis the manager dealt with my issue and he was remarkable . He is extremely kind and efficient and customer oriented . He is the type of person anyone would trust to help supervise their business . He has all those leader ship qualities . They really care about you there and I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go on a regular basis . They treat you like family .

Washed car and the wash broke a piece of my car. They offered more car washes saying they would give “$200” in washes as an alternative to repairing the part since it was too expensive. The police were called and a report filed. They try to intimidate if you review them! Be warned! Read all bad reviews! It’s not the first time.

We love coming to this car wash. Not only is it one of the more affordable ones, but they do such a great job. We come in the early afternoons during the week and the wait isn’t too bad. They are always sooooo friendly highly recommend!

DO COME HERE !! They cracked my windshield and agreed it was not cracked when it came in the car wash and said there was a mark near where it was cracked (that was bird poop )so they aren’t responsible ... they did a bad job at cleaning the truck left cleaner all over inside the truck ! Outside of the truck wasn’t clean either! DO NOT COME HERE they take no responsibility for damages that their Machines made ! Or the cleaning Quality! Bad business will never come here again !!

One line is usually faster that the other. You see cars moving but yours. Complained few times but I do not think they care. Be aware. It took me 45 mins exact on a Sat evening

Beware! This car wash broke off my spoiler in pieces on my SUV and neither the owner nor the manager responded back to me regarding taking responsibility for it. They have zero integrity and lack any type of professional business sense. Go down the street and you will be better off!

Overall cars are cleaned but the cashier seems to forget the discounts on ladies or gentlemens day. Also lately the car hasnt been dryer very well.

I person details all others watch when no cars. 3 cars ahead of me and I waited over 30 min. I used to come almost every weekend with my 2 cars. Used to be busy but fast. Since new owner ship, prices sky rocket. I won’t come here again. This is my third and last time. Still waiting to get my inside detailed after my truck was washed 15 min ago....

The prices were great but its a brush at the very end of the wash that was dry and smudged my front window, I didnt understand why that would be in that location. So needless to say my window was dirtier when I left than when I entered.

I had a super bad experience on my last visit to this place. They opened a hole on my back seat, I talked to the manager and he was very negative, didnt offer any solutions. The car was not even vacuumed properly and they forgot to clean one of the tires. Do not visit this place, do not make that mistake.

Been using this place for 5 years now and they do a good job for the price. I see people complain about a $20 wash and vac but if you expect more than pay more. I think for a quick wash and vac it’s a great place to go and they just started unlimited wash and vac services for cheap money. 👍🏼👍🏼

The management team is really friendly and was willing to correct damage to my car that was caused by a careless employee. Luckily, it came off during the wash process and was able to be buffed out. However, my car was still dirty after purchasing the works car wash. I had to ask the attendant for a rag so that I could clean it myself. The windows still had fingerprints and smears everywhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

By far the best car wash around. Whenever I go somewhere else I always regret. Car Wash Palace us extremely efficient and consistent. The wait is never long considering how busy it gets. Not to mention, everyone who works there is very friendly and eager to please.

Prices have gone up by nearly 30% under new ownership! Quality of service has not improved, and may have even been slightly diminished. The inside of my car isnt as carefully wiped down and polished as before. Bottom line, I notice a definite decrease in attention to detail. I have been taking both of my cars to The Car Wash Palace for over nine years - but now it may be time to shop around.

Always comes out squeeqy clean. Staffed enough that, even if its busy, youre out of there in good time. They also offer a full range of detailing services. This is the only place Ill take my vehicles.

Paid over 30.00 today for a fancy drive through wash. After my car exited the auto wash the two guys spent maybe five minutes to dry and clean the inside. I just finished detailing the inside myself and while cleaning the rims I decided on my review. They SUCK!

Clean, thorough & good price for the Works Wash. been coming for years now. They also offer a 99c discount on gas with car wash receipt (!!) & if it rains during the wash, you can bring your car back for a free second exterior wash within 48 hours.

Horrible service paid $90 bucks for a full service wash monthly plan and deoderizer. They didnt finish car is still dirty. They said they will be done in hour after the hour i go to the guy who cleaned it and he said it will be another half an hour. Spoke to the manager and he said no no he is done. Then just gave me the keys and said he was done. Unprofessional.

Was up charged for special wheel clean that included removing all brake dust. Spoked still had visible brake dust on them. If not for being in a rush I would have had them clean them properly. Fact of the matter I shouldnt have to chase anyone down for services that I payed for but not rendered.

Bad service.I took my car there, chose the Works, and even tipped them well. Then I got close to my car and saw that there were very noticeable spots on the sides and on the front. I had to go back and ask them to wipe those spots, but they said those needed scratching as those were bugs and that I had not paid for scratching.After I got back home I was able to clean the spots myself, both on the side and on the front, without having to do any scratching.Its just bad service.

They usually do a very good job. Nevertheless I paid extra for bug removal and upon inspection they missed a few spots. I do like them overall though.

I received a fleet vehicle that was not clean to my standards (the interior was filthy). I brough my car in for a detail, and all I can say is WHOAAAA!! First, the manager Fabrizio greeted me with a smile and reassured me that my car will look brand new. He offered me the best package, at a very reasonable rate. He gave me time to show him all the areas that I felt needed special attention. After that, Kristian in the detail department was assigned my car. Kristian did an A++ job detailing the interior and exterior of my car. At 40,000 miles, my car looks brand new and the interior is flawless! I highly recommend Car Wash Palace (Ask for Kristian if you are getting a detail, he is THE BEST!!).

My go to full-service car wash place in Coral Springs. Fair prices in addition to daily specials, they do an excellent job, they offer special detailing for extra and the Tuesday morning special cant be beat. Be sure to tip cash for the teams efforts if youre pleased with their work.

Quick efficient service. Not as good as a hand wash but works if youre in a hurry. Ive never spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my vehicles. They tend to miss spots in the interior but price is fair & works, as I said before, if youre in a pinch for time and/or, just maintaining.

I like the convenience of this car wash and usually only wait up to 15 min for my car to be ready, they have a great staff, however, I feel like they need to improve on the details of their cleaning. My windshield for example, still had smudges from previous rain or windshield fluid on the edges and the inside was still dirty...

Used to like this place years ago. Customer service has gone down hill. I’ve had my car damaged twice by carwash Palace, shame on me for giving them a second chance. First time I had sunroof damage to the shade that covers the sunroof and the second damage was a scratch on my rim. I was asked to fill out a form to describe the damage and I would be followed up with management that day. I never received a call, never received another piece of follow up regarding my complaint. Very poor customer service and very slow service takes at least 45 minutes to get your car washed. Stay away you will have problems if you ever have a complaint. Management takes the approach that it’s never their fault and never entertain the possibility. It’s a little bit further but take your business over to express car wash in Boca Raton on 441 and 18th St. Great customer service and they take care of you there.

For quick service and great prices, you wont be disappointed. I had a vehicle wrap removed by another business and they did a poor job removing the glue. I brought my car to The Car Wash Palace and they completely removed all of the glue and made the car spotless, all for a great price. Very happy.
