I went to the Royal Palm and University location and it was the worst service of my life. I sat there and waited outside for two hours and they still didn’t start vacuuming my car. I couldnt wait anymore because i had things to do. They charged me full price for just a wash on the outside for a 2 hour wait…..

They did a hell of a job detailing my Camaro. There was even a stain on the driver seat that was almost completely removed. The car looked better than brand new and the customer service was great. Real down to earth. Cant beat the price, either. Its hard finding an affordable, local quality car wash and this is now my go-to. Definitely recommend.

This place used to be great but the quality of service has fell off tremendously since theyve opened other locations. Theyve been consistently inconsistent. Many times Ive received my car with multiple spots, especially inside the windows are not cleaned. Recently I discovered after leaving there that only a small area of the drivers side windshield was cleaned inside. The passenger side was not touched & it still had that thick film of dust as when I dropped it off.Ill still try to use them in the future as they literally are next to me & I like the owners. Its only that the quality of work is slipping & Ill have a conversation with them soon about it. In the meantime, if you go there, make sure to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before you take it from them. I do, but even so somethings like this windshield thing missed me. I also not a very fussy person about these things, but after 4 incidents its clearly becoming a slippery slope.

This is the place if you want a detail. The prices are reasonable.

Ive been here many times before, everytime I go it gets worse and staff becomes more rude. I told 3 people I wanted a wax, I guess no one told the girl that was in charge so when i told her about the wax she just gave me a face and didnt say a word and began waxing it. payed $50 for such an awful job. I started noticing they dont clean the inside, they just go over it with a damp rag and only vacuum. go somewhere if you get the chance and dont settle for less. never coming back here again.

I paid $40 for wax and when I pick up my car , it still has a lot of dirty spots. When I asked them to retouch the spots the guy who was supposed to be removing the spots was still not doing the job properly telling me that my car had paint stains.. he just didn’t want to do it . When I call the owner of the business instead of providing good service and recognized the poor job done .. he defended his lazy employee.. My first time there , and last one.. the owner is not Good quality /Service oriented ..

I went to the site on University at noon and experienced a very long wait and incomplete work. The staff has one speed, dead slow, with no sense of urgency. After 90 minutes of waiting, I had to leave for work with an incomplete wash and water spots everywhere. I cannot recommend this location unless you have 3 hours to waste for a car wash.

The attendant is super nice and caring. Would come back just because of his customer service skills. The automatic washes are great as well.

1st time ever going there. When I arrive I asked were to go no one was very clear. I asked about the price the guy who looked in charge told me $40 (wash, vacuum inside and wax). 1st I waited a whole two hours because they for got to wax it. They wax it under the sun. 2nd when I was going to pay they told it was $50 Bc they wax it. When I told the lady who was collecting the money she did not know what to do. So she called the boss and he said those were the prices. They got kids washing the cars that they didn’t know what to do.They left wax on my car that I had to take off at home. They did not even clean the trunk. After all the whole car had to be wash again. Payed $50 for nothing.

I’ve been to this places plenty of times. they just get worse and worse takes 3-5 hours for a car wash. workers are slow very and very rude. it wasn’t until i said something about them skipping my car then they began washing it. If your not on top of them they will literally take all day. so unprofessional i honestly don’t know how there still open after all the things i’ve heard

Worthless and disorganized. First I asked, what time do you open, and the guy says, 8am or whenever Im done setting up.Fine whatever. Do some shopping at Publix, came back at 8:05am. Theyre still not set up and 6 cars were waiting confused. A guy helped 3 people and ignored the rest. Stayed until 8:15 and they still werent ready. More cars coming and they guys completely skipped me. Will NEVER attempt coming back and will absolutely tell everyone they are disorganized, non customer focused and a waste of time.

Two and a half hours for full detail. It was more like half and as far as detail, they didnt pay much attention to it. Everything listed that they would do was either not done well or not done at all. I like the way they seem to operate, so I hope all their locations are not the same. My tip is to not go to one that has young kids working there. When I got home I had to do my own touch up to finish my own car. Here are some photos of their shotty work and after I touched it up. There a lot more including in the interior.

WARNING: Exotic Car Damage! I am not happy to have to leave negative feedback as the people here were nice, but this must be done in order to hopefully improve training. I was happy with the detail and wax job performed on my GranTurismo Sport Cabrio. Unfortunately, the young man that backed up my car, despite backup camera and sensors, decided to reverse past the curb where there were roots a few inches higher than the curb itself, lifting up my bumper damaging both the bumper and the carbon fiber. I actually dont blame the young man and didnt even report it as I knew he would probably be fired. I dont blame him, I blame poor management for lack of training. I am going to fix this at my expense, but hope that management will take this serious and provide better training. I was shocked that such a young fellow was able to drive around a $150,000 car and reverse beyond a curve onto high roots.

They do a good job of washing cars but if there is ever an issue that involves the owner please beware. I noticed after my car wash washed that there was a scratch. I still paid for the service but i brought it to their attention. The owner, Terry was called over and immediately began cursing at my mother and I. He got in her face yelling and screaming. I genuinely feared for her safety and couldn’t understand why this man would react this way. I asked him to get out of her face and not to speak to a woman that way. Then he began cursing at me and I felt that I was actually going to have to defend myself or run. His employees literally had to pull him away and actually apologized for his behavior. Women in particular please be careful, if there is a problem do not address the owner just leave because he is dangerous.

Staff was nice but manager T. Clarke was very rude ! yelled at me and did the most. Very rude and disrespectful

They do great work, so great that everyone in town apparently drops off their car every Sunday. When I arrived, the guy told me itd take an hour to 90 minutes to do the whole job. Two hours later, they hadnt even touched the inside. I wish I could drop my car off, but I cant. Not only that, but after waiting two whole hours, even the outside of my car was all streaky. In the time it took them to barely wash the outside of my car, I could have done the entire thing-inside and out-myself. I want to support businesses like this, but I cant.

I can always expect a phenomenal job from these young people. Detailed work...inside and out. Highly recommended.

Pre-Covid I came here weekly to get the outside of my car washed.Although it sometimes took awhile, their service was good.I was able to pull in (drive my own car and not get out) & they washed the outside then hand-dried the outside.I would wait outside in a chair while they dried the car.Recently returned hoping for the same service.Not only is no one wearing a mask- they demanded to drive the car themselves.Seems odd that in a pandemic- they would not allow me to drive my own car. Much safer for them and me.Oh well...Plenty of car washes around!!!

So far, they are the only one that understands the importance of having my car very Detailing and carefully washed. They have been great, I have been with them for long period and never has any problem at all. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you guys keep the good job 👏🏼....

Great car wash, they really did a great job. Got every little nook and cranny cleaned out. Even on my rims and brake calipers, there wasnt even a speck of brake dust after they finished. Definitely coming here again!!! Thanks Mystic Detailing, Daniel.

Good service but very slow. Also there are no procedures or items in place to protect against COVID. No mask, no sanitizing, no measures. Also employees could look a little more professional.

Got a wash and wax but got home and saw water spots from wiping down the car. I like the fact there is a lot of people there working on the car, but gotta pay attention to fine details.

When I went to speak with the owner in regards to repairing the damage, he assured me he was going to get the part and get back to me. Two months pass by and I’d have to call him every single time to find out he still hasn’t ordered the part and truly does not plan to fix my vehicle. Owner and employees are completely unprofessional, if i could give this place 0 stars I would.

If you live, remotely, near this car wash, don’t go anywhere else. You will be wasting your time. I was there for the first time today and watched as my old car was brought back to life.I have an old jag with a little body damage. I Love it; can’t give it up. I usually ignore it’s little imperfections but, after this car wash and wax ... I can hardly see them anymore.They buffed this beast to the max and then went to work on the headlights. (Those things were so fogged up, for years, that I had no idea what was underneath them) now they sparkle like diamonds. To say I’m happy is an understatement. Thanks to Terry and everybody there! Ive only had my vehicle for 3 months. I took my car to get a wash and vacuum done.. then as soon as i got my car cleaned i left and came right back with my wifes car to get wash and vacuumed. A few hours later when Im home and go outside to get something from my car i notice underneath the passenger door handle there is a scratch that the layers of paint came of and showing the metal of the car. The owner states there is nothing that their employees use that would make a scratch like that and he wont take responsibility for their actions. Like I stated, Ive only had this vehicle for 3 months and I have taken my vehicle to their car wash before and I didnt have that scratch.I guess its my fault for leaving without looking over the vehicle.

I always loved going to this location by McDonalds. Recently I saw that there was a location on royal palm and University. My husband dropped my car and left it there for about 3 hours. I went to pick it up when I got off of work. First of all, I am 9 months pregnant and they parked my car in the publix parking lot. They did not offer to get if for me so I walked over there. Then I get in the car and immediately notice its still dirty. the woman who runs the place now had a man come over to help clean it. I opened the back to SUV and they never removed the mat. It was covered in dirt and dirty underneath. The man who was now helping me was so rude basically told me I didnt need to stand there hes going to fix it. So I went and sat down in the shade. I waited for 20 minutes and he walked away from car leaving the trunk and door open. He never said he was finished or anything. I ended up having my husband come over to deal with them because I was so upset. I would not recommend this location at all. I paid $50 for this and want a refund for doing a terrible job and how rudely I was treated. I think the owner was a man named Terry who I saw there and he never said one word to me. I guess he doesnt own it anymore but the way I was treated was ridiculous and I would never go back.

Best place in Broward County to get your car detail

The people did a great thural job with cleaning my vehicle. I was there for FOUR hours hoping someone will tell me my car was finish. I nicely approach the staff asking were they finish with my car; gave them a $10 tip and wanted to get the heck out of there. I would never go there again the service terrible. I usually dont complain but when Im baking in the hot sun for for hours I think thats my tolerated limit.

First time trying them. I’m definitely coming back. Fair prices each worker had a specific responsibility and got me in and out super quick. Had 3 working on my car. Car came out great. Very impressed. A+

Just found this hidden gem on Sample Road directly across from Pizza Time behind a Chevron station. Let me first say, if you go on the weekend, expect to spend some time waiting. Not just because they have lots of loyal customers, but because they spend a lot of time on each and every car to make them look amazing. The manager looked over every inch of my car before he handed me back my keys. A no-brainer if you live in Coral Springs or Parkland, and worth the drive if you don’t.

Professional staff. Very friendly and polite. I have an SUV and it is always spotless when I go to Mystic. They vacuum and clean every single corner of my car. I never have issues with them. I have been going to them for months. Tuesday and Wednesday is ladies day and there is a discount 😊😊

We had the worst experience here I was told by many people that go there it was a good place and reasonable when I worked in the WALK plaza. So I told my husband to go there. But the owner is such a unprofessional unpleasant person who has no respect to tlk or guide his staff. The young lady and young man who washed my car was great and did a great job. Instead going to a reputable place and paying more and more good respect is better then coming to this place. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE PLEASE.!!! He shud learn how to talk and respect and mist important he should respect his staff and not treat them like a prisoner.

I called the number at 1:42 to see if they were busy and the guy that picks up told me know that they are not busy at all. I asked if they were available at both locations and he said yes. I called to see the availability because I’m coming on my lunch break and am limited on time. I show up to the location on royal palm at 1:55 and A different guy tells me that the wait is an hour. I told him that I just called about 12 minutes before and that they told me that there’s no wait at either location. He shrugged his shoulders so I left. I get to the other location off of Sample road at 2:07 and the guy that’s here tells me it’s going to be at least 45 minutes. If they were to tell me from the beginning that there was a way I wouldn’t have wasted my time And would have went elsewhere. You shouldn’t lie to potential customers.

Excellent service if you are willing to wait or have someone pick you up, normally it takes 3-5 hours for the car to be done and it’s super desorganice. Don’t get surprise by Cars coming in and leaving before you. if your time is valuable this is not the place.

Always does a great job

First time here. They did an amazing job, no detail was overlooked! They get into every crevice and make sure everything is spotless! And for only $20!! Such a good deal, but expect to wait on the weekend, they get a little busy and since it is a hand wash, it can take longer. But it’s worth the wait, I’m very happy with how they cleaned my SUV. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

I dropped off my car for detailing. They told me it would take one and a half hour. I came back after 3 hours and they didnt even touch my car yet. So if you are planning to go to this place, make sure you dont leave your car and make sure these guys dont let other people go ahead of you in the line. If you leave your car there, they will take other customers that come after you.

These people need to improve the vehicle cleaning routine. After $30 my car was still dirty cause nothing was moved to rid car of the dirt. Stay away from this place, can get better job for less than what they charge.

Great wash and detailing jobs! Tues and Wed half off for ladys day. All employees are very nice and respectful. While waiting for your car, if you need anything, they stop what their doing to help.

Great place to get your car clean. I got the premium package with wax and shampooing my seats. I have 2 kids and my car was in really bad shape. They did a amazing job and very affordable and very friendly. I will be coming here every 2 weeks to get the basic and keep my car up. Thank you guys

I have been a customer for over a year now and it is very disappointing to know that for the past month my car was not washed to my liking. They took less time on my car,and it was not washed properly. I have recommend numerous people to this place and they are now loyal customer; however, I will be reevaluating coming back to get my cars wash here.

Very friendly, thorough and fast customer service, however, I paid for a wax job and found it to be subpar... There was so much noticeable streaking on my car that it was literally embarrassing.... I didnt even notice until after I got home- and I do not live that close by for me to have time to return there for them to fix it.....I should have taken photos but I forgot - I had asked my hubby to fix it..... So that was a waste of my money and time... But, i would definitely go back for a wash and detail but not a wax job ....

This company prides itself in its top notch quality of work that they labor in. I have brought my car for detailing to this establishment twice to realize how intricate their team handles your vehicle: from the air vents, to the cup holders, your mats and even the undercarriage is maticulously handled and made clean. Both the interior and exterior of your car is left immacably clean. At times, they will have up to 2-3 employees working on your car at a time to ensure efficacy. All staff members are extremely friendly, especially the owner Terry & his colleague, Redeem. They will do whatever it takes to meet your satisfaction in all facets so I definitely recommend this place!!!

Mystic detail usually gives great cleaning and customer service. However today, the Big Boss had the day off so service was average. I overheard a worker complaining about doing work on ladies night which is a discount service day. My main complaint today is that I had a $10 scratch lottery ticket that they STOLE from my car. I am 1000% sure. Do not leave valuables in car. Mystic detail has a few dishonost workers! Goodluck Jamaican Big Boss. Hope you clean up this problem instead.

Great job!!My car had loads of water stains. Went to 3 places and they all wanted $100+ they swore unneeded a clay bar and full car compound and wax. The owner assured me it would come off with a acid wash and hand wax! 45 minutes later my car looks great! Thanks so much for your honestly!!

The owner is rude and unprofessional. I went to get a wash and when they were done it was still dirty. When I showed the owner the dirt he said I needed a wax. I asked for a cloth and wiped off the dirt myself to show him. THE DIRT CAME OFF WHEN I WIPED IT WITH A CLOTH!!!!! You would do better washing your car yourself. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.

Just had my Kia washed, waxed, and vacuumed there and I cant praise them enough! I had all this tree sap and dirt on the car that the usual drive thru car wash couldnt remove. These guys got my car sparkling clean - it looks like new!
