Have been going to this shop since they opened and have had many different people cut my hair. Some really good and a few not so great. Today I experienced a fantastic barber. Never seen him and he said he’s been there about 4 months. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Really put the finishing touches on my haircut. I give him a 5 star. His name is John. John gave me an amazing haircut and accommodated me when I asked for additional revisions to the cut, James and everyone else at the place have been cutting me for years as well and its always been a 10/10 haircut.

I have been here a few times and have always left with a quality haircut. Showed up today at 3:40pm (the website and sign on the door states they close at 5pm) and before I could even touch the door handle, the barber in the chair closest to the door starts signaling with his hands “we’re closed” through the window. If you want to be too lazy to stay open during your stated hours of business, then take the time to update your shops hours.

Ive been going here for about 3-4 years now and they still got me looking good. Every barber in the shop is good, no wait, quick haircuts and they come out looking good

Salt was a great barber for my brother and toddler. He finished his cut and still took us in after even though it was closing at 5pm. My brother got a clean cut and shave and my toddler a great fade with comb over. Great customer service and very patient.

Not a very good haircut. Barber seems like he don’t know what he was doing and messed my fade and beard up.

I have to say this is the best barbershop Ive ever been to. The service here is tremendous. I love the shops atmosphere! All the barbers at New Era are cool people. But above all was KENNY! I was blown away by his professionalism, talent & comedic skills. He is the life of that shop. I will definitely keep bring my son back because of him.

The hubby went to get a hair cut at New Era Barbershop while I ran over to sallys to grab a few things. 30 minutes later after I was done doing some shopping I walked back over to see if he was done. Well to my surprise no one even acknowledge his present. When I said excuse me is anyone else working today both barbers looked over and still said nothing and then finally one of the barbers said Ill be right back. I have to get something out of my car. So I told the hubby its just a wait. The funny thing is the barber never came back and the last barber standing said and I quote Oh, it doesnt seem like he is coming back and this is my last customer and we are closing. I was a little upset because we waited an hour in total just to be told we are closing (which business would just kick a customer out?). The customer service was extremely poor, communication did not exist, and the lack of acknowledgement when a customer walks into the shop is all wrong. Not everyone is going to have the same experience but I wanted to share my experience and the hubbys. What puzzled me the most is when we gave it a second chance and basically the same thing happened we waited an hour and 52 minutes. They attended to other people who walked in and said Oh they have an appointment. My hubby finally stood up and asked them if they planned on cutting his hair ever because he needs a cut for an important meeting the next day. The barbers looked at one another and giggled and said nothing. So much for second chances. I do however wish the business luck and do hope management would train the staff to provide better customer service. We wont return there. However, the plaza where it is located is well lit and has plenty of parking so the location gets an A+ but NEW ERA BARBERSHOP gets a D-

My son had a great experience he got his haircut today for the first time at this location, Jason made my son feel comfortable he was pleasant as I waited for my son. He actually had a conversation with my son as most barbers that we have come across dont really speak. I would recommend anyone to go see Jason.

I have always receive great experience getting a haircut with Jason. I take a 25 minute drive to this barbershop from home. He lines up my tape and beard great and have recommend co-workers and friends to him.

I have been here twice with James as my barber. Very happy with the beard trim/edge up and price. Got me looking clean right before my wedding. Will be coming back here, for sure.

Ive gotten my hair cut by Josh and hes the best! I loved every cut hes done for me. He takes his time and really cuts your hair how YOU want it to be cut. If youre looking for a chill, professional barber, you should really go see Josh. Overall, the shop vibe is cool and laid back, the barbers are friendly and the shop itself is very clean and professional.

Edit: The Shop is decent enough to recognize an unhappy customer and refunded their money. Barber shaved my forehead hair line without asking, but not just that, he did it crooked. I have a rash on my neck and face where they shaved my beard. Side burns were different thicknesses, behind one ear more was trimmed than the other. The beard was cut with a different style on each side. Maybe it was the person I worked with, but it was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had.

If you want a Quality haircut by man that takes pride in his craftsmanship. Go see my man Brandon “B” Ireland and he will hook you up!!

I had my haircut from the tall heavy set Spanish barber with a beard and he didn’t do a good job for the price he charged me. $20 haircut and the barber left a line around my head and my top is uneven. Over priced shop not good service

They did great cuts, but some of the workers that didnt have a customer just lounged around playing video games which is a little unprofessional but otherwise, great place and great haircuts.

Come here if you want to sit here and wait forever when barbers are open, I did try to give them a chance but I’m not a fan of sitting there for no reason. My hairs still needs to be cut as I’m typing this...hoooray
