Very professional and great staff excellent service went up and beyond!

I gave 1 star cause I couldn’t give less. I went for a blow dry and Iron and it looked horrible. I usually don’t like to leave bad ratings but I literally had to go back to my home and re-do my hair again.I was traveling the next day and it was sooooo stressful to pay for a service and literally had to fix it cause it just was awful!!! I have very long hair and It was all puffy, I believe that if you don’t have a really good stylist to do all types of hair you shouldn’t do the job. I paid almos $70 bucks for a horrible service. Never in my life I’m coming back and for sure won’t recommend this place at all.

Mom moved to S Florida I suggested getting her hair done at Walmart, been going there weekly for 3 months, we really like Rose in Coral Springs.

Went in with a questions one last way nice ans trying to help but, the other lady was rude, dismissive, like she didnt want to help or do her JOB! Never will I go here I want to go somewhere where I feel welcomed and somewhere I can trust with my hair. Horrible customer service experience.

Alexis “Lexi” was great, but she is no longer there! Another young lady did my hair and it did not turn out nice at all...She is scissor happy and did not do a good job styling it. Will not go back.

Ive been going to them for about 6 years now because my dad always forced me to go their. When I first started going their they had pretty good employees but ever since the new managment change, the place has terrible employees. I went their 4 times and got my hair cut by the new staff and they completely ruined my hair. I asked for a fade and a little trim on top yet they must have heard something completely differemt because before I even knew it I walked out of their with a buzz cut with uneven hair pieces all around my head, I wouldnt recommend this place for men looking for even the most basic of haircuts.

Simple cut I could have done better going somewhere else, cutting techniques poor, asked for long side swept bang..they did poorly and too short..just basic and inexpensive...ok for a quick trim, It maybe the person you get, I noticed theres a high turnover of staff...
