I want to share the positive and wonderful experience I had today at this agency. First, I called to inquire if my Mom could get a permanent disability parking permit. And they were so kind over the phone, and gave me a lot of info, even though I did not even tell them when I would be coming. Second, I got there, and everyone was so nice and polite and helpful. I had the pleasure of being helped by Tonya Ryan, one of the agents there, and she was beyond amazingly helpful. She not only helped me very quickly with the permit application for my Mom, she also gave me a very good insurance quote for my vehicle. I left there feeling so happy and helped. I greatly recommend this insurance agency. They are extremely helpful. It is my pleasure to provide this review for them. I will be referring some friends as well.

This place is amazing! I had to register a new car and transfer the title. The had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. It was clean, organized and even smelled great. It was the complete opposite of going to a state run DVM. Everyone should use this business for there auto needs

This tag agency does not keep tags on hand. They order them afterwards. This was not told to me until after I paid. I was told then told I would get the tag in 3-4 days. Turns out it’s going to be at least a week before it comes in. Not sure how they are with insurance but as a tag agency they stink!

My experience with Coral Springs Auto Tag & Insurance Agency, Inc was fantastic!I was in North Carolina and purchased a new cargo trailer. I called and spoke to Kelly and explained that I will not be back in Florida in time to register and plate the trailer. Kelly was attentive and took the time to explain the process in detail and answered all of my questions, she emailed me the State document and made the process very easy. I received the registration and plate exactly when she said it would arrive. I have to say that I was highly impressed with the professionalism and promptness. Pro: clean and efficient office and staff. Limited wait time compared to other agencies. They take covid-19 social distancing seriously (good for them).Cons: terrible website. I was told that you can book an appointment on line; you cant. Coupons that dont print, page links that are dead. Should be an easy fix for these folks.

If you want your registration immediately then go to DSMV and wait 3 hours..thats the reason why these places are great. No lines and good service..but you pay more and have to wait 7 days to get your tag..I would take this place over those lines every day of the week.

They make everything easy. Ive used them for many vehicle registrations over the past 5 years. I always feel at ease when I walk in because I know, This is going to be easy. Theyve helped me work out scenarios like multi-vehicle/multi-person/multi-state insurance, out-of-state transfers, unpaid tolls and specialty plates (Save Our Reefs! :). Their fees are ridiculously low and way worth it considering the amount of value I get. I recommend you use them soon and often!

I went in here to get my tags and registration for my first car. I gave her the title and she told me that I need a bill of sale to complete the tag because a 4 on the title was scribbled and looked forged I went to another tag agency TODAY because Im having problems contacting the owner who sold me the car and the other agency gave me no problems at all that I would have to take legal action for. The lady I dealt with was white with the short blonde hair lady. Now I will be getting my tags on Tuesday and I couldnt be more happier. Another lady came in and it also seemed like she wanted to just get me out of the office to help the other lady. This was on June 9thThe amount of stress Ive been through these past couple of days due to depression and anxiety was not worth it when I shouldve just gone through another tag agency.Im so disappointed.

The staff here really knows what they are doing - fast, quick, knowledgeable, and takes care of all your auto registration needs in a snap! My long-time friend and owner of an automotive performance shop referred me to this agency, and he was right about coming to this agency for so many years. I had purchased a vehicle out of state, and needed it registered using my existing license plate from a previously sold vehicle. Charlene took care of me as soon as I walked in with no long lines to wait, and in less than 10 minutes, she was done processing all my info. Everything went smooth and quick, couldnt be happier.

This place is great! My father has been using them for as long as I can remember and as soon as I needed insurance I started using them. They are always quick and super friendly! Charlene has been there sense Ive started using their services and Kelly (the owner) is the sweetest thing in the world! Tonya is great too! They really are awesome! I recommend them to everyone! Do not waste your time coming to this location. I got up early to get my tag renewed as soon as possible. They open at 8:30 the lady working there didnt get there until 8:42. They dont print out renewed registration tags they ship them out. Something anyone can do at home on their own.

Hands down......Charlene is the best!! Worked with her in the past and she handled our fleet with no issues and I now have moved to a new company and started taking our business to her and the owners are hooked!! Just drop it off and and dont worry about it---Charlene will take care of it!!!

I read the reviews before going and was taken back by the $30 fee. So I asked, I was told it would be $15. That was a lie. I was charged an additional $15. Total $30 in fees. My receipt only reflected $15. Plus some other credit and an up charge on my actual tag renewal. Mail it in. Dont go here. Save money.

DO NOT GO IN THERE. I went to them get my registration renewal for my car and motorcycle before the end of the year. They charged me $125.00 ($15.00 more than on line) I assumed that the $15.00 was the charge that they charge for their services. I though that it was a little expensive but because I was in a rush I decided to do it anyway. When I ask them for the sticker they said that they do not make the sticker on site and that I had to wait a couple of days. I was already furious at that time because the only reason to do it there in the first place was to get the stickers right away. A couple day later they called me slaying that they undercharged me and that I owed them another $15.00 for the registration of the motorcycle because it was personalized. I end up paying $30.00 more than online for absolutely nothing. If she would it told me that the total was $30.00 in the fist place I had never done it. Save your money and do it online and stay away from this place. Thank you.

Rude customer service (The asian lady is super rude she does not care about customers), they rush you and do not explain anything to you. I recommend people shop for car insurance online by themselves, it is super easy and that way you can learn about what youre actually getting. I am very disappointed with the customer service that was provided to me at this location, if I had known I could have been treated better I would have switched a long time ago.

Went in on a Thursday, needed a title transfer from out of state, insurance & a tag. Took care I everything there they had my tag and registration first thing Tuesday AM, quick easy & very helpful. Was worried about the negative reviews I read but I had no problems at all, would recommend this place to anyone looking to take care of everything they need at once.

$50 dollars fee for mailing my paperwork to Tallahassee it’s excessive.

When I called they did not tell me they take 7 days to get tags! Nasty owner. Refused to notarize for me unless I bought tags there. Zero Stars!

Looking for information only...very helpful staff

So my car was repossessed and theres this huge white lady at the front desk with a huge tattoo on her huge arm and shes so freaking rude. I drove thirty minutes to ask a question and she wont even let me get one out. I went to the website she recommended and the car is still under my name which I need it removed before my license get suspended for no insurance. I cant talk to this lady because shes so freaking rude so Im still loss and not getting anywhere. Really frustrating. Dont come to work if you dont like your job.

In short: This is NOT your typical Tag Agency/DMV Office. It doesnt look like one, it doesnt feel like one and more importantly its not RUN like a typical one. You actually get to do what you went there for...FAST!My story is like most reviews youll find for tag agencies. I had spent the better part of TWO HOURS waiting at another place only for them to tell me I needed some additional paperwork and could not get my tag without that. After getting what I needed from the DMV office in Margate I wasnt going to have time to get back to the original place so I looked up the closest agency and this was it. Suffice it to say that even though this place is over 20 miles from my home, this is where Im doing EVERYTHING related to my vehicle registration from now on.Not only was I taken care of promptly, but Tonya even saved me $200 by searching for and verifying that I could use an unused tag I had registered to me. I actually left HAPPY. That is such an ALIEN feeling to associate with a tag agency that the only thought that came into my head at that time was: Oh My God! Ive wasted DAYS of my life waiting at that other place in Weston....never again!
