Went in to renew HOV tags. It was pure chaos. So many people, and no one telling the masses which line they should stand in. I could have been there all day… in the wrong line. I walked out.

I normally dont leave bad reviews but Im over calling this place over and over.I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to transfer my title and registration to Florida, the lady at the counter was fast and efficient, not the problem obviously. She said it could take about a week for them to hear back from the lienholder for the title (because Im still financing).1 week passes- I call, they say they havent received it, theyll call me when they do.2 weeks pass- I call everyday 5 times, no one answers3 weeks pass- I finally get ahold of someone, nope nothing here for ya! Call your lienholder.I did, and they said it was delivered and signed for A WEEK AGO. I have the tracking number and name of the person who signed for it.Now Ive been continuously calling this place and no one will answer.So dont expect them to actually do anything for you.

Normally I would’ve made an appointment but for some reason that didn’t happen- that being said the line went quickly. I feel like I was in and out in the same amount of time as appointment people. The security keeping the line organized did a great job ( sadly I didn’t note her name - 3/29 @1 pm). And Eve Marie was fast, friendly, and efficient. A usually annoying situation was practically pleasurable. Thank you

They got my me tags without an issue. Dorian helped me and was very professional. These processes always feel painful, but this was less so.

Not sure what the complaints are about the line, I went in at 4:50 literally 10 minutes before closing today & walked out at 4:52 with renewed registration and sticker in hand!

At beginning everything was going well, I was transferring registration from another state to FL. The employee from AUTO TAG C.SPRINGS was really helpful etc.. days, weeks went by I went to ask about the transfer they said nothing here yet, ok. Another month went by , I called my leasing company in other state they told me it was sent so went to auto tag AGAIN they said nothing yet, I called my lease company they gave me tracking number it was sent. Went back to the auto tag and my night mare starts employee, manager said no it’s not here after being there 45 min. Next day I receive a call of a very Nice rude guy he starts really calm telling me that Fedex made the mistake that they were suing fedex, that fedex lies etc... then tells me just relax and watch Netflix and wait until they TRY to fix problem that really he said first time hearing about etc... so we hang up, 5 min later he calls again washing his hands saying that paperwork is somewhere else that they left VM on my cel last week saying that it was in another officeetc.. so I ask them if that was true YESTERDAY when I was at the auto tag for 45 min to an hour and the employee looking every where, file cabinets,talking to manager ,they checked the tracking number WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THAT, AND THAT THEY LEFT VM , THAT REALLY NOT TRUE I chk my Vm everyday and NO call from AUTO TAG.C coralsprings. THE THING IS DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS , ACCEPT YOU MADE A MISTAKE AND WILL TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT DONT BLAME THE PPL THAT GO AND TRUST IN YOU GUYS!

Manager is the most useless person working at that place, after making a mistake he couldnt show any sympathy

This tag agency is hands down the best in the business. The young man that just assisted me with renewal of my decal was very professional, polite and helpful, just a sweetheart. They are organized and get you in and out in a short period of time. Whomever is in charge of this agency, is doing a great job training and educating them. I dont live close by, but I will gladly travel to handle my business.

Surprisingly my experience was better then I expected. I was on line outside & inside no more then 20 mins top for both lines then out the door with my registration

Ive been a dealer in Florida for over 25 years , and I have never seen such rudeness and incompetence from their Dealer dept. and their Manager Mike. Stay Away!!! terrible place.

I own a car lot and I have been coming here for the last 10 years but for the past months their service just become terrible!!!! I let it go many times because I know the girls but I still cant beleive I have to come 4 times in a week just to get a duplicate title because they continue mailing my titles to the wrong address, the owner have become stubborn and rude, and dealer deparment its the worst !!!!

Def not the agency you want to use. They are so misinformed and hard to work with. I took the same documents they told me I couldn’t register a vessel with and another agency had it done in 3 days. Don’t waste your time in line and dealing with incompetent people.

If you’re coming for a tag renewal, they are pretty quick. If you’re coming for any type of title work plan to be here for at least 2 hours. They are RUDE and the SLOWEST individuals you will ever come across. There is ONE guy who knows what he’s doing and has to help everyone else. So it might seem like they have four people helping but in reality it’s three because he has to help everyone. I understand the pandemic but it doesn’t excuse their rudeness and the moving like molasses. They have some at the door “controlling” who comes in and out. You would think she would direct people to which line they need to be in, but no. People were waiting in the wrong line for about 30-40 min before an elderly man complained and only then did she come out to see who belonged in which line. Then direct about 10-15 people to the correct line. This place is a joke!! Make an appointment before coming or get here early. Otherwise you’ll be in line min 2 hours for a title. I did get my title the same day but it was a horrible experience.

Great customer service very professional reps and I was in and out within 30 minutes and even though there was a line it moved quickly and safely taking COVID guidelines into consideration.

The person that answers the phone is rude, she acts as if answering question is a bother to her. She should not be allowed to answer phone, very unprofessional

I had 7 people in front of me. Had to wait outside for almost 80 minutes. Then I was waiting inside in the A/C for a bit. The whole process of getting a title transfer from the time I got there to the time I left was almost 2 hours. Insane!

My wife and I moved back to So. Florida in July 2020. It took us awhile to get drivers licenses due to COVID but when we finally did, we made an appointment to come to this place. Even though we had an appointment, we were seen about an hour late. once in, the lady was rude, told us to fill out a form and they would fax our Texas bank loan company for our cars. They said theyd call back in 2 weeks. Well its been a month. They dont return telephone messages, they hang up on you if you call as they are closing at 5pm. I called my bank and after a month, the agency still hasnt talked to my bank. Besides the rudeness, poor time management, and inability to get anything done, Im only giving them one star because I cant leave a ZERO.

The service at this location was horrible, the first thing is youre wait in line for two hours, only to find out theres only one person working on transfers and titles changes, the office has at least 15 employees. Their all on the phones are walking around there work stations, but not taking customers and will not make eye contact with you, afraid you may have a question. And if you speak Spanish youre get better service, take the day off work because its gonna take a better part of your day.

I had an appointment but still waited over 15 minutes to be seen.There is no form of customer service or personality from the staff they are quick to send you on your way for any little issues with paperwork.If you can go somewhere else please do so.

Super quick & reliable place to get your tags and registration. Been coming to this location now for years and I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 min before someone gets to me. Dorian one of the managers there is very pleasant and efficient! He always makes my process a breeze. I laugh Whenever someone tells me it takes them hours just to get a tag renewal, cause here it takes me less than 30 min. I’m in & out! Originally I went to another tag and title business and I wasnt okay with the amount of money they were to going to charge to transfer an out-of-state title and to register my car. So I looked up ratings and they had a 2.3 makes sense why.Broward tag agency was almost a half hour away but they had over four stars and were very helpful over the phone.When I got there I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Sara helped me, she was extremely informative and professional. I ended up getting a fancy personalized plate like I always wanted. AND I ONLY PAID HALF of what the other tag agency was charging me to transfer my new tag to my Florida plate! THIS WAS SOOO WORTH THE DRIVE. IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS 10 STARS I WOULD. My 3 transactions were a breeze and very fairly priced. I absolutely recommend.

This place just refused to issue me a handicap parking permit because my VA doctor is licensed in the state of NY, not FL. The law allows for VA doctors to work at any clinic in the country no matter what state they are licensed in. This place is just discriminating against a disabled veteran. This place, and the entire bloated bureaucracy, can all go to hell!

I called in advance and they stated it was not busy. Upon arrival there was a line outside with 25-30 people. After 45 minutes they only took 2 people!! No one communicated to the people waiting. When asked to talk to the manager they had me on hold and no one picked up. If your going to pay for a service go somewhere that values their clients.

Just went to get a title and tags for a newly acquired vehicle. There was an unexpected power outage that shut them down for a few hours.. The staff was very helpful during the delay. Mike was especially helpful and exceeded my expectations with his knowledgeable customer service.

No way never better. The service is impeccable. The girl at the desk knew exactly what I needed as soon as I walked up. I was in and out the door. I had no trouble waiting 40 45 minutes for service like that.

I thought I would have to wait and received by mail my tag, but I received it the same day during my visit.

I understand there is a pandemic. But please enforce procedures that assist the elderly sooner. Its 90 degrees outside and Im annoyed waiting in line outside bent around the building with other people. But what annoys me more is there is a 70+ year old lady with a cane in the line with me. She should not have to wait. I tried calling asking if someone could bring her in but they said she have to wait. So please make sure if you are elderly come earlier or make an appointment

The manager name Sandra at that place is incompetent, she wants to get paid for the demonstration of her being there, but when it comes to demonstrating why she gets to be a manager she will call the authority for no reason at all.

When I call somewhere and it’s a government office I expect the person who answers the phone to be able to articulate a conversation in understandable English.. How is it that you have a worker at the DMV who can’t speak clear English answering the phones. Real good customer service over here, I call, waited in the hold line, woman picks up.. silence.. I say hello out of confusion and she responds with “what do you want”.. seriously? What an absolute joke. I’m all for equal opportunity but having Someone who clearly has a very thick Russian accent and zero customer service skills should not be answering the phones to a DMV. After the woman finally got what I was saying I was put back on hold and hung up on. Thanks guys was just trying to see if a fax came through from the Orlando office to clear my registration, but apparently that’s to hard of a task for her to handle.Update: called back and same woman picked up again, told her I wanted to speak to someone else, that went over her head and again “what do you want”.. I told her about the fax again and after being put on hold again she gets back on and says “so you needed the fax number?” I guess I’m going to need to go down to this location and speak to this woman and her supervisor on why she doesn’t understand something as simple as “did you get a fax”?

Called and asked what paperwork I needed to bring in. Went in the next day and they tell me I need other papers. Put knowledgeable staff on the phone.

This place wasted 1 hour of my time only too still not give a plate i had all proper documents i am gonna make this clear i will be relentless in persuing your agency has wasted my time !!! Any reveiw or agency i will report you too this place is unorganized i demand a refund id rather get my taxe n title from anyone else !!!!! Id avoid this place like the plague!!!

They made the process of changing my name extremely easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the employees were very nice and helpful.

Have to tell you it feels very organised. Security guard was on top of everything they let you in you get your tag and it wasnt that long of a wait.

Went to get a new tag as a first time FL resident, I had to have them request my title. I was given a temp tag (which I have had to duct tape to my car) and was told they would call us once they receive the title at which point I would get my perm tag. Well it has almost been 3 weeks and no call, i have called everyday for the last week and a half but no one answers. Unfortunately I will have to take time off from work to pay them a visit. This place is so horrible!

The only people I trust On my day off to get my tags and title done quick and right! Other places take what feels like centuries while Broward Tag is quick and dependable.

I have been at this location for over 6 years, almost never have issues. I always try to be friendly and moser of the employees know me, however one bad experience ruins it all.Dorian, acknowledging your mistake when you didn’t ask if I want the title same day or not doesn’t make my day, it makes your actions proper and what you do and not just lie and act smart. I tried to say this when I was there, But that was too low for you.

Just got my replacement registration although the line was long I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Amazing customer service by Dorian! Tip: Be sure to have cash if your debit card is through a credit union.

I did a google search and put Dmv near me and this came up. This is just for car and registration only. Not sure why Google sent me here. Oh well lesson learned.. Apparently many people get confused because the lady who wasnt that nice -had a stack of little note cards with the DMV address. Smh

This place is the TRUTH!! they charge a fraction of what the other money hungry agency charge. They get you in and out at the speed of light. I will only come back here and I come from the other side of the county.

This place is an absolute joke. I came in with a very simple request. Trying to acquire a plate for a trailer and making you jump thru a million things to get it done. I proved the state statue and they say “our company policy” because they knew they are wrong. Jennifer says she was the manager and a complete useless person at this place. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere where they will help, honest, law abiding citizens.

I went in 20 minutes before closing with what I thought would be a simple title transfer. At the last minute my lender realized theyd forgotten to give me a document. Lucretia (sp?) voided my transaction, was kind and stayed past closing to ensure everything with my transaction was done properly. She went above and beyond and kept a pleasant attitude throughout the entire transaction.

Staff were *extremely* friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!!!! Did not experience any long wait times even during lunch hour. Highly recommend this location based on my experience.

I just moved to the area. I was at the DMV at 8AM on Friday. After updating my new address and having my picture taken, I was told I would have to go to the Broward Tag Agency.I had the pleasure of meeting Dorian. He was very pleasant. He was fantastic. He noticed the DMV had accidentally put the wrong zip code on my license. He was able to correct the error on the tag. He was FANTASTIC. I told him I would never feel comfortable driving around with the wrong zip code on my drivers license. He suggested I go back to the DMV which I immediately did. I cant thank you enough Dorian! The Broward Tag Agency should take notice of what an outstanding employee you are.

Anyone who gives this location anything but 5 stars has to be a very mean, nasty spirited person.. Every person in this place had a smile for each person. AND not only were they a pleasure to do business with, but they wer also super efficient and finished our business very quickly! I can imagine someone renewing their tags during their lunch hour! This has to be the best license bureau ANYWHERE. Kudos to the manager for hiring these people and training themso well 👍

Called Broward Tag to have a registration transferred. I was told to come in and fill out a form with my lienholder information (I have the loan) and fax number so that they can verify that the title is under my name before they can change the registration and tag to me. Drove to Broward Tag and was told that I could not register the vehicle in may name although I was primary on the loan and on the title. Service was abrupt and rude. No different than a regular DMV. Would not pay a penny for such rude service. They need to get their act together. Told one thing on the phone and another when I got there.

I love this place. There service is fast. Great and friendly customer service. Every time I go here Im in and out. No long lines or wait. At least when I go. Keep up the good work.

Super long wait for title work. CASH/DEBIT/CHECK only! Really?!?! in this day and age? We just moved to the area and this was not easy. Agent assisting me couldnt keep my paperwork straight, even though I had presented it to her grouped and arranged, she completely mixed it all up and had a lot of difficulty understanding what was what.My wife had a much better experience at the MarGate N.W. Broward Auto Tag & Title Service which is where I will go for my other vehicles.

I called to get information about their fees and the customer service representative I talked to was not polite, answered my questions with an attitude when I couldn’t hear or understand her very well and at the end I said “thank you” even though she wasn’t very nice and she just hanged up. I won’t go there because their prices are too high compared to another office and because their workers might be as rude as the one answering the phone.

It was my fault I waited to the day of my birthday to get my decal. I just knew that I would spend half my day waiting. But this was by far the fastest and friendly service ever. When I walked in I realized I didnt have exact cash and the ATMs were not working, so then I thought my day was ruined. After getting a number I remembered I had cash in the car. I returned, got my place in line and within 2-3 minutes I was serviced. The place was not crowded nor loud. The young was so nice, she wished me Happy Birthday complimented me on my jewelry and purse and she helped me count out $1.10 in change lol

Terrible place, was told I had to wait 24hrs for what is supposed to be a same day title, save your money an go elsewhere

These are the biggest group of INCOMPETENT, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE AND RUDE people I have had the misfortune of dealing with in a long while! I had to go on three different occasions, over the course of two months to get a resolution to my unique problem. Michael was very nice the first time around- nowhere to be found the second time (he told me what to do then come back with) so I had to deal with three idiots until I finally just walked out- came back a third time to Michael being a complete jerk with attitude and WRONG INFORMATION. I had to stand my ground until they all finally got it together and did what I initially came in for, two months prior. Shame on you people! Its okay not to have all the information, but you HAVE TO know who to call for answers and furthermore a GOOD ATTITUDE to deal with customers!

Just got back from Broward Express Auto Tag and all I can say is that it was a completely simple and easy process. If anyone ever dislikes this place please go to the county office in Sunrise and you will know what crap is like. This place was a dream, waited less than 5 minutes and finished in under ten.

Comparing the place I used to go in Fort Lauderdale. I must give this auto agency 5 stars based on their speed and being professional. I really think they should give the staff in fort lauderdale office a training to tell them what the efficient organization and working speed is. Anyway, here is another reason I want to put 5 stars. I couldnt renew my tags in the past 3 years. The lady in this office nicely told me I cant renew my tag online because DMV messed up my last name and first name position. Finally some one gave me a direction to know why!
