I was recommended to USP Euro Care by my brothers friend. I took my wifes 2011 Audi A4 for service. I was very impressed with the way that this company conduct business. This auto repair shop takes pictures of the areas of your vehicle that needs repairs done and send it to you via a link along with the pricing. They are fair, reasonable, and timely with the work being done on your vehicle. USP Euro Care are amazing. Satisfactory work & customer service. Great pricing!!!

Wow top notch outstanding professionals!I Definately recommend this place even if you only prefer the dealership.These guys did a thorough complete check on my car with diagnostics , pictures and a very clear HONEST explanation of what was needed right away and the other things that will be needed. Not even the dealership provides the pictures with the findings. They truly take pride in their work.Thank you Chris for getting me right in when the dealership couldnt. I probably saved a lot.If you plan on going bring Chris lunch he worked non stop to help everyone and didnt stop to eat. I dont think anyone stopped to eat.

I am so glad I found USP to perform maintenance on my B9 Audi S4. Tyler and team are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate me on short notice in the afternoon and I was in and out fairly quickly. Had a recurring engine light issue; Tyler and his team went at it 3 times and wouldnt rest until it was 100% solved. Most shops would keep on changing (expensive) parts to fix it, however to their credit the USP guys looked at the hard to find items (small crack in the plastic tube), missing seal on the vacuum pipe (likely from date of mfr in 2008!)!! Then they test drove it for a number of miles over two days to make sure it was gone...so thats why I will be a continuing good customer at USP Euro Car

This place actually cares about your car, they do thorough checks and a great quality job. Definitely recommend! Took my VW and I will be going back again. Customer service is amazing, Tyler is AWESOME!

USP and Tyler did a great job with the install of an APR from sway bar on my 2019 Audi A3 FWD. I am surprised how much better the car tracks with front sway. I should not I also have the APR rear sway bar. Great combo to improve handling on A3. USP was on time with install and there were no issue….as it should be!

I literally waited almost 4 months before writing this review. I had to give it a lot of thought and consideration before doing so. I bought in my recently purchased used car for and inspection and oil change. I expected there to be some issues with the car for sure as it is a highly modified car. I leave my car the the shop and take an Uber to work. The gentleman in the shop was polite and professional. About an hour after dropping off the car he calls me to inform me the would like to do a pressure test i said sure no problem. Later that day they call back let me know I may have an issue with the cylinder head (I was already aware of this). At this point the general attitude of the shop is they wanted nothing to do with my car and I could come pick it up. Here is the part that is just out of control. I was charged 600.00++ to do a visual inspection and pressure test. They never even did an oil change. In the moment I let it slide as I was just blown away. After speaking to others and finding another shop it was evident that I got robbed. This shop is for folks with deep pockets that dont know any better. Im sure they do good work but now ill never know because there pricing is insane. I have since repaired the Cylinder head, replaced timing belt and oil change at a reputable shop for just over 1k. You live and you learn.

Edit: I had a horrible customer service experience with the sister shop of this USP care center and left a review.The manager of THIS shop personally reached out to me and went the extra mile to make sure I received good customer service on the online store.I cant say anything good about the online store BUT the guy who runs this shop is old school and cares about not only the image of this brand but also the satisfaction of the customers who deal with this brand. Cant ask for anything more from a manager, I think youll be in safe hands at this shop. Theyll make a bad experience RIGHT 👍🏽👍🏽

I am a father of two kids and I daily drive a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Gli. With that being said, this is the only shop that I trust with my vehicle. Before my Gli became my daily I had also tuned the car here with expertise of the mechanics. They advised me on parts I needed and that I didn’t need and never tried to up sale me. Excellent service had my Audi in and out after 45 minutes, they even recommended services that I needed, will definitely return to them and so should you.

They were able to diagnose a noise problem that West Palm Beach Porsche was not able to figure out after 3 visits to the shop. They identified the issue and some other ones, worked with warranty company and get it done.The overall experience was great!

Tyler always takes great care in letting me know what my Porsche needs , and is willing to work with the warranty to accomplish the necessary repairs , to keep it running like new !!! I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else , I’m grateful and happy to be a part of the USP family .

They know Audi! Great experience. Audi dealership couldn’t figure out my slow oil leak without expensive diagnostic test. USP Euro was able to visually see where the problem was and even had their own redesigned upper timing cover that would not warp next time, due to Audi’s poor design on that part. They cleaned my engine afterwards and also send appointment reminders.

Better than dealer service at a fraction of the cost. This is the only shop that has all the deep diagnostic tools the factory dealer has. Tyler and Chris are amazing, no other shop could figure it out and as it turns out, my case was a first, still they kept at it to find the right solution. Then processed through my extended warrantee company. I wont take my VW anywhere else now for any kind of service.

These guys are great. The conversation are genuine and does not feel forced, which made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them to service. I thought they were just going to check the brakes, but they took it a step further and did a full check of the car. Tyler kept me informed, and the best options for my audi. Called yesterday for an appointment and left today with a very fast S3. Tyler was informative and responsive. The shop was clean and they have a comfortable waiting area. The inspection done prior to the tune was sent via email which is convenient. I would highly recommend this shop.

I recently moved to Coral Springs a few months ago never got time to do this review but I keep getting emails from them so I figured I’d leave my review. I had a simple ignition coil problem in my bmw 435i and was causing misfires in my second cylinder. So they do a diagnostic which is a few hundred bucks but then I get back and they tell me it’ll cost 1000$ to change my ignition coils. I looked at them in awe. They already had my car and did the work so there’s nothing I can do but pay these scam artists. I had a very bad experience with them. They were very friendly to me after I paid that 1000$ for an ignition coil change telling me about how nice my car is but they don’t like Gexhaust?!? Gexhaust is the best exhaust shop in south Florida so it shows me a lot about these guys. I could’ve got my ignition coils done at my old bmw mechanic for 150$. So a Oil change, electric diagnostic which is a few hundred bucks , and a ignition coil change cost me 1200$ From this place. Stay away if you’re not a rich cow pissing money and don’t care about the value of dollar cause they’ll just scam you for your money.

I took my rs3 into USP for some tuning and it ended up being a much larger hassle than expected. Which was actually my fault haha but the guys at USP were awesome and super helpful and accommodating and found a way to get everything taken care of despite the fact I had not made it super easy on them. They tuned my last rs3 and everything was amazing. I will absolutely keep going back and recommending anyone I know to them. They’re friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Another great experience, same as every other Ive had at USP. I recently took in my car for an oil leak and, after a thorough inspection, was advised of a few other issues. One being the common intake manifold failure for MK6 TSIs. But unlike any other shop that would just try to make a buck off of you, Tyler let me know that there was an extended warranty for that and that I could save money by getting it done by the dealer. Thats why I would always recommend them to anyone, especially due to their exceptional work and service.

It was a great experience getting the extra boost in power in my vw gti. It was no fuss. They answered any questions I had. Waited about an hour and half and I was back to enjoying my ride.

One of the most professional shops in the area, and they are very knowledgeable about VW cars as well.I had initially written a negative review about this place, due to some misunderstandings from both sides, but Tyler is a great guy and a true professional and we came to an understanding and resolved the issue with no hard feelings.They are definitely not the cheapest place to get work done on your car, but there will always be a trade-off between price and quality, and these guys know what theyre doing and its worth it to pay a bit extra to get the job done right.I will keep getting my car maintenance done here and will be looking at changing my tires here soon!

By Far the worst customer service. I ordered a new exhaust for my 2008 Golf R and everything was going great until we tried to install it. as you can see from the picture there is a small piece of sheet metal blocking one of the oxygen sensors preventing the sensor from being properly installed. The part that really sucks is how long its taking to get this issue resolved. I am in week 2 right now of going back and forth with the USP reps and the only thing that has changed are their excuses. I have been without my car for over a week longer than necessary because of this. If youre buying online stay away from USP all you really get from their customer service is a headache and a lot of excuses.

Tyler was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed at each step, and provided supporting pictures and details to all findings. They are very professional and made me feel confident in their ability to work on my Audi R8.

I have been coming to USP since before Euro Car Care opened and I have never had a negative experience. Tyler helped me this time around, and he was professional from start to finish and always looking for the best way to help out with the issue I took my car in for. In the end, the problem I thought i had is actually a factory specification and I was not aware. From home to USP its over 30 miles of a drive, but I have no problem taking that drive to receive the kind of excellent service I have received from them.

After having a bad experience, a representative from USP Motorsports went out of his way to make things right. I appreciated the fact that he took time out of his day to call me and explain the situation. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that everyone at USP appreciates the feedback I gave as it can only help them improve. I could hear the guy on the other end was genuinely sorry about the whole situation and could tell he cared. That is good customer service. Forgot his name, sorry LOL.

Have brought my mk7 golf 1.8t here a few times for maintenance intervals. They do great work and are very helpful. If you have any upgrades as well, they know exactly what to look out for. I call Tyler from time to time in between services when I have questions and he always gives me an informative and honest answer.Appreciate all the help and hard work!
