My grandfather has been using this shop for many years and I never listened to him until now, and I can honestly say I’m so glad I finally did and I will never even think about going to different shop again. Great shop! The owner communicated with me about everything on a daily basis, kept me informed and did the job in a timely manner! I also told him there were other problems with the car. When he asked what they were I told him the paperwork was in the car and to take a look. I had had some of the things already taken care of and he called me back immediately and listed off the things that were taken care of already as in good shape. Which tells me theyre very honest! I definitely recommend them and will go back to them!

If you are looking for top notch repair with fair pricing then this is place.I brought my car here with a list of stuff to repair and a budget limit. It came back with all the repairs accomplished and BELOW budget.During other visits I was given less expensive options towards fixing issues.NOW - I dont even question them. If they state something is needed - then fix it. If I ask how much is not to question them but to ensure I have the budget.I TRUST THEM

They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles. They perform the full range of maintenance form oil changes to engine rebuilding or modification. I had them do all of these types of jobs, and they always do a great work.

Been using PP for that last 20 years, great, honest, reliable shop. They have been keeping my Honda running great, now turning 370K miles! Once I thought I needed to have my brakes done and they told me I still had lots of life left on them and they did not need to be changed at that time and got an extra year out of them.

I usually dont put stuff out on social media like this but I want all my friends and family to share the truth. Everyone knows how hard I worked for performance plus the 12 and a half years I worked there .I also brought a lot of customers there over time .I put this job before my own family .I was treated bad over the years always changing my hours making me work by myself never having time off I couldnt even leave my desk for lunch .I had to go in the office and almost quit before I got a raise. I was promised the world and never got anything. Yet I stuck by the shop.then on Friday June 17th the owner handed me my check and said he sold part of the shop and the new guy would be there July 1st to take over he also said they would not longer pay me a salary is would have to go to piece work. I asked them how much they were going to pay me and never got a answer so I told them this isnt going to work for me and got a new job .I told the owner he should do the right thing and give me 2 weeks severance pay and pay me my 1 week vacation i had plus my last check .he didnt even give me all my pay all I got after 12 1/2 years was 380 $ all I can say is wow .thats a lot of money for such a great employee.

After getting the runaround from my last mechanic, I went to Performance Plus because a friend recommended them. Well, my friend really helped me out! My last mechanic kept misdiagnosing an issue with my Altima and got me for over $3,500! After six trips to the mechanic and having spent a ton of money, my car still wasnt fixed!I went over to Performance Plus and they said it was a faulty O2 sensor and had it fixed in no time! Wish I’d gone here in the first place and saved some money and avoided the hassle.I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time without the headache!

I went to Performance Plus with a quote from an Audi Dealer of things to do to my 2006 Audi A4. The quote from Audi Dealer was 2.600 USD and Performance Plus did all the things that my car needed for just 1.150 USD. They really know about cars and their prices are very good.

Fix my oil pan at a reasonable and friendly environment

I went in for an alingment because my car was pulling to the right. After completion of the job I got in my car an drove away and noticed my car was still pulling. I came in and told the shop manager, nd he didnt want to look at it. He said it was still bowling because my tires were worn (my tires werent even 2 months old). He said the problem would be fixed when I got my tires rotated. I got my tires rotated today and the problem still isnt fixed, im definitely not relying on performance plus for my automotive needs.
