My run flat tire had a nail it and I couldnt find anyone in the area quick enough to fix it. I was referred to Prestige and gave them a call. From the intial call to the completion of service I was satisfied. When driving to the location The gentleman stayed on the phone until I was in front of him. There cool with stretch that was the main thing for me so if you want to stance your car and have stretch go here!! They will hook you up unlike other tire places. They handled everything so professionally.

I took my car to prestige autowerks because the alignment felt off and my car was vibrating while driving. Rennard was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and was able to fix it that same day for a fair price. BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS. BUYER BEWARE! While speaking to the owner Rennard on the phone the prior day, he gave me a price quote for a job assuming I prepared certain labor before bringing my 2013 BMW. I went out of my way to get the labor done that he requested before he takes over, and took time off from work to bring the vehicle to them by his suggested time of 4pm.That’s when the situation took a turn for the worst. I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, then decided to walk to the back and inform them that I was there for my 4pm appointment. He didn’t even look at me and told me that I had to make an appointment. I refreshed his memory about him suggesting that I come at 4pm after my labor was dealt with, and all of a sudden he remembered. From that point, he walked to the back where the garage is, and I followed him. Then he asked one of the mechanics something and walked back inside. He then proceeded to take my information (I asked him to delete it afterwards) and casually quoted me a price $200 greater than what he told me before I did all the steps on my end. When confronted about this, he gave me a look as if he thought he had me backed against a wall. I quickly told him to get his business sense up, and asked him to delete my info as I exited the building. The entire experience made me feel as if I had to ask them to remove my information from the system, because the next thing I know, they may come attempt something....

I had an amazing experience getting my car serviced! I brought my car in to get the A/C fixed on my Honda Pilot. After getting multiple quotes from other mechanic/body shops, I was extremely happy with the more than reasonable quote from Prestige. They were also very punctual, they finished 30 min before the given time!!! The woman at the front desk was very personable and very welcoming as well!!!! I’ll be sure to direct all my friends and family to Prestige!!!!!

Dishonest Don’t Trust!!!!!!I been coming to this shop for many years.I don’t know if they have new owners or they real don’t care about their customers anymore.But I came in to have them check my ac and asked them to put Freon. And I paid to have it checked and they said they put Freon and that it was blowing cold. But they didn’t write on the receipt that they put Freon.. Right after I left it was like they did nothing!!! I had go to another mechanic to top off my AC with Freon.

Brought my car to Prestige for 4 new tires and could not be happier with their service, communication and price. Shopped around and they gave me the best price by far. The car was ready before they said it would and they kept me constantly updated on its status. They even checked in with me after I left to make sure all was well. Could not recommend a better place to take your car and I will certainly be going back to them for years to come.

Was looking forward to bringing my car in but was deterred when to find out that they are not opened every Saturday, and the Saturday that I wanted to bring it in is ironically the Saturday they were going to be closed. First of all, most people work Monday-Friday during the week so Saturday is the logical day to bring your car. Second of all, the guy that I spoke with could of cared less. I guess Prestige does not need this girls business, but they probably do need five star Google reviews.

Prestige are one of the Most honest auto mechanics. When The BMW Dealership tried to charge me 2000.00 to repair my BMW 750, Prestige was able to do it for less then 1/2 the price. I even had them change all 4 tires. Amazing Prices, amazing service, Amazing Mechanics. I highly recommend them

HONEST MECHANIC FOUND! I just wanted to let everyone know about our experience with Prestige Autowerks. My Dad has 2 issues with his car. They offered to drive him home while the car was in the shop. Then, he is notified that both issues were related to recalls by the manufacturer. Not only was he driven home and not charged, Prestige Autowerks took the car to the dealer to have it repaired!!! All of this is unheard of and because of that, they have gained our business forever!
