I have been with State Farm Insurance for over forty years and with my last agent for the past twenty or so. I have always been happy with the service State Farm provided. Recently Rob Simon Agency became my new Agent. I spoke with Hope a few weeks ago and she was able to assist me with some paperwork. Shortly thereafter, I was surprised when Hope contacted me in order to review my policies and update and more personalize my insurance needs. I went to their office today, met with Hope in person, and was introduced to Rob. Truly nice people. Hello everyone...My husband and I are in our 60s. We were fed up with our car Insurance. Every year it kept getting higher and higher. We started shopping around and did get quotes from other companies. But when Austin McWilliams answered the phone it was music to our ears. Her responsiveness and follow through were far and above any other insurance company I have dealt with to date and she provided us with A+ coverage options at a reasonable price that didnt make us give up on what we wanted and needed.

This is one of the best State Farm Agencies I have ever interacted with. Hope is the best. She is present, responsive, gets you the best pricing and cares. In our first interaction I asked her for assistance with my flood insurance. Now mind you when I asked our last State Farm agent for help they did nothing. Bottom line FEMA was charging us to much money. Within 2 days Hope had this corrected and I saved approx. $250.00. All my policies will go to this agent. Very professional and she does what she says she will do in the timeframe she gives you. Thank you Hope for helping me.

Austin was very professional and helpful with making the switch from Progressive. It was nice to actually be able to speak w/a real person about my insurance and coverage. I realized I was barely covered with my last insurance for a similar cost. Austin was able to get me a better policy for a similar premium as before. Definitely recommend this team.

I have never had a better experience with insurance than I have had with this company. Austin is **INCREDIBLE**. For us, he put together quotes for homeowners insurance on 2 homes and auto for 3 cars and a motorcycle. He was so quick to gather all necessary info to prepare our quotes with options which he took the time to explain in depth. When going through the steps towards closing on our new house we ran into a few hurdles and he was, a handful of times, incredibly quick to help us out, even starting his work day early to assist when time was of the essence on our end.
