My wife called your office and cancelled all of our policies with MaryIn plenty of time. We were still billed automatically for each and the policy’s were never cancelled. State Farm corporate was called and they handled it. After40 years with State Farm your office was the worst ever. Hopefully you will get your act together or you will loose more valuable long time customers like us.

Working with the office staff itself was kind of a nightmare. Every time I called in it seemed like something was changed on my policy to make it more expensive, on top of the regular premium increases that happened every 4-6 months. Once I was able to get ahold of Scott Collins, he straightened everything out for me in a timely manner. I appreciated his service, I just wish issues didn’t have to be taken directly to the boss to actually be resolved.

I am going to try to be fair about my rating. I have always been taken care of as if I were a family member of Scotts. Scott has personally taken care of my auto insurance needs, better than anyone else ever could.Now, that being said, his staff is not as good at taking care of things. This is the one instance where the boss takes better care of his clients then the staff members. They are horrible.Bottom line. If you talk to Scott, you will be treated like family and you will get things done right.If you deal with his staff, you are probably going to be disappointed and you will probably have problems.

Great client for many years until wanted do discuss plan. Laughed at. Purchased new plan for 1/4 price. Never gotten past help to him. Very sad, feel sorry for him needs to work on staff to client relations. They are short, snippy and do not listen very well.

Multiple issues with policy, rates change every 2 months, vehicle removed from policy 3 times each time I would call staff unaware of issue always say they dont know. Scott needs to be more involved with office/clients as this is poor service and business relationship.

Horrendous service! I recently moved from South Florida to Central Florida and nothing has been handled correctly or timely by this agency. I have to constantly follow up, and even have e-mails being deleted without being read. Voicemails are left but no returned calls. A large refund is due to me from Citizens, which upon follow up with them when it was not received 6 weeks after my move, was told a form was needed. Where was that form 6 weeks ago??Needless to say I am searching for a new State Farm agent.
