I am only giving 1 star because Jeff answered the phone. But that is as far as his help went. I have no idea how anyone gets help or any insurance from this agency. I called them on June 1st. Jeff requested I send him my information which I did by email the very next day on June 2nd. I didn’t hear from him so I called him several more times in June and he never returned any of my calls. I happened to get him on the phone on a Friday and he said he received my email and would work the following Saturday to try to obtain a policy for me. Again I never got a call and of course no help with a policy. I sent Jeff another email on July 7th thanking him for doing nothing and said I was looking elsewhere for an agent that can at least respond if I didn’t hear from him. And here it is July 31st and still not a peep. I understand that it’s hurricane season and everyone is super busy, but to ignore a potential client is horrible. If you can’t help me then have the decency to tell me that. Not allow me to wait over a month for a response that never came.If you’re looking for a policy do not bother calling this agency. They are way to busy to assist you with finding a policy. I can’t imagine what they would do if you really needed to file a claim. Bad customer service is just bad service.
