Andy was very professional and took his time to explain what was happening with our A/C unit and made some recommendations to help reduce the possibility of the problem reoccurring. This is the first time that I used the services of Brisk Air. My prior company quoted me some outrageous pricing so I looked for a new vendor. Brisk Air was responsive & professional in scheduling the appointment. The owner, Andy came to do the service on my unit which was freezing up and needed a Freon recharge. Andy tested everything, found some leak issues with my unit, provided some replacement parts and recharged my unit. Brisk Air originally installed our split units a few years ago. I needed to have them cleaned. I called for an appointment and they set it up within a few days. Juan and Fyaz came out to do the work. We were extremely pleased with the way they work. They kept me informed of there progress as they went along . They were very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Andy suggested that we use the occasion of replacing aged components with a re-engineered system that included energy efficient replacement components and the installation of additional air outflow vents that resulted in better airflow and warm air elimination, while saving energy costs and improving the indoor atmosphere of my two-story Fort Lauderdale townhouse. The newly re-engineered system is highly efficient, quiet and effective in moving refreshing air throughout the interior spaces while at the same time reducing the amount of time the unit has to be running to achieve these results. Without Andys expert advice, I would have simply changed out the worn out components without realizing that a partial redesign of the overall system would result in something much better at a reasonable cost. I truly appreciate someone who went beyond the simple fix to a broken component and took a broad view of the situation and came up with a non-invasive way of re-engineering my HVAC system at a reasonable cost and completing the installation over a couple of short days with excellent crews and contractors - all under his expert and consistent supervision.

I just had a new AC system installed in my mothers home when hers started to fail. Brisk Air responded to my call very quickly, worked with me to put together a system that was within my budget and even showed me how a few changes they could make in the ducting layout that would improve the air flow and lower the noise level from the old builders system that was there. They made those changes and the new system not only cools better, but more evenly, and its much quieter too! Ive had 3 new AC systems installed by Brisk air in my own homes and homes Ive remodeled over the years. I also rely on them for normal yearly service calls & cleanings as well. Long story here. I was a repeat customer with this company. I used their services to replace the coils and optimize my system. I even bought some fancy features but declined on UV lights. They will a la carte you to death with all the add-ons.We being loyal to the brand called Brisk again for a leaking air duct. Brisk came out and spent maybe 10 minutes in the attic and diagnosed the problem. He advised that they do a heat map survey and would need to replace the entire duct system. We declined on getting the entire system replaced as it was too expensive and involved getting permits and such. He advised that he would need to have another more skilled guy come out and give pricing for the repair.At the time, we noticed the technician was lingering around rechecking the system that they just optimized a few months ago. We left him to inspect and then he said we need to pay a diagnostic fee and service fee. I opposed, he then said the diagnostic fee will applied to any future work, so we paid it in good faith.A week went by and we heard nothing from Brisk. I called and spoke Jackie. She advised that we declined the services. I said No, we were waiting for the full estimate on repair. She advised we declined and theres a fee for coming out and diagnostic fee. I told Jackie she never mentioned this and she adamantly denied it. I advised that she check the recorded call and get back to me.Long story short, after a week she admitted she didnt say it, but it was implied. (LOL) what a crock of Sh*t. I told her to refund me $85.00 of the monies I paid since no service was rendered. But she refused.No integrity. And Jackie was beyond rude and dismissive. If she read Juan notes in the additional details section, she will see that Juan said Will contact with scheduling and additional pricing. She denied this as well.I want to add that the technicians here at Brisk are professional and knowledgeable. Jacklyn leaves a lot to be desired. As a small business owner, I would never let her run the front end of my business. I could only imagine that she is there because shes a family member and she gets a pass.Good customer service shines when things fall apart. Terrible customer service is just terrible and unacceptable.I really wanted to like this company.

He suggested that we get a different filter and sent in measurements. I really thought that it would turn into a big project with duct cleaning or air filter system. I have had to call Brisk Air on two separate occasions. The first was when my AC was not working at all. We called after a not so positive experience with another company. We called late in the day and immediately received a call back from Jackie. We already knew the problem as another company already diagnosed the problem, but their price was exorbitant. Jackie and Brisk Air clearly wanted our business and without knowing the other companies price quoted a much more reasonable price.The next day Juan and Mauricio showed up, which is a feat in and of itself with contractors these days. They had the part and fixed the problem within 90 minutes. Juan and Maurico were knowledgeable, nice, professional, very clean and neat. We were very pleased with the sense of urgency and service provided by Jackie, Juan and Mauricio at Brisk Air.The second time we called Brisk Air was when the heater would not work on the auto setting. Jackie dispatched Juan on the same day and he showed up on time, again. Juan quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Overall excellent sense of urgency and service again.Two for two for us with Brisk Air. Hopefully we will not have to call them again, but if we do we can take comfort in knowing that Jackie, Juan and Mauricio with take care of us.

The technician was very polite and appeared knowledgeable. He indicated after inspecting my outside unit that it could not be repaired and recommended a replacementI told him I would consider optionsHaven installed the system myself 15 years ago, I decided to look at the parts he indicated where broken.What I found was that the access bolts had rusted and I was unable to inspect the inside. I also noticed that I clearly left hand impressions on the oxidation on the box.No other Marks were present indicatingIll that he never opened the unit.I contacted the company with my concerns and they rudely stated that I was wrong and that regardless of my findings the servicem as n is correct.BAD COMPANY!

I have used Brisk Air and the owner Andy Andres services for years. Any time I have called they have always made time to either walk me through a troubleshoot or have come out and figured out the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.Recently the entire air duct system collapsed in my attic (it was old). This is my second review for Brisk Air. They cleaned my coil last year and did an amazing job. They came to my house for a service call. I signed up to there comfort club and I couldn’t be happier with the savings. I installed an air scrubber to clean my air and kill germs and viruses on the surface areas of my home. I didn’t expect to feel such a difference! It really is unbelievable. I feel so much better now when my grandsons are over knowing that they won’t get sick from my house or bring a cold to my house that I would catch that I would catch. They are a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer which is a plus.They showed up promptly for the estimate and offered me several options/possibilities for my install.They arrived on time for the installation, did a nice clean install and cleaned up after themselves.Theyre professional and courteous and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. After hearing from our roofing guy that the leak around our living room vent was due to the duct work in the attic and not a leaky roof, we contacted 3 different air conditioning companies for quotes on how to repair this issue.Andy Andres of Brisk Air, was not only on time to the appointment but gave us a thorough analysis of our what our issues were (it included mold air ducts) and a brief overview of what the process would be to resolve the problem.We could not have asked for a better experience. It was the week of our wedding and the whole AC went out. Andy got me back up in just a few days with a brand new AC. Mine was very outdated and not worth the repair. I called them late one evening after one of my A/C units decided to take the night off. They called me back in minutes, and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning.Their tech arrived on time, identified and fixed the problem right away and most importantly didn’t push any unnecessary replacements of equipment. They just quickly fixed what was a small and inexpensive problem.I will definitely call them back the next time we have a problem or if we do decide to replace units.Update: Have used them several times now and they consistently fix the problem, just the problem, and never try to push any expensive plans or replacements like most other service companies. When the time does come to replace my aging units, I’ll be using them.

Brisk Air was great all around. In a world where it is tough to find good service they hit every point. They came out to my house the same day my AC went down. The technician Andy explained everything that went wrong and what he did to fix it. The AC was back up in 30 minutes. I will continue to call Brisk Air anytime I have an AC issue.

Let me start by saying “WOW” I’ve dealt with different A/C companies and have never seen the expertise of choosing the correct equipment for my house as Brisk air/Andy walked me through.We have used Air around the clock in the past and when Andy started to take out the old unit that had gone dead.He found that they had installed my 4 ton unit completely wrong with a adapter that should have been used for a 2 ton A/C .All along I have been in the dark with what was done by ATC.Andy/Brisk installed a drip pan,freon sensor,and checklist on the handler unit to walk through steps on troubleshooting the system if it gives you trouble....He then went to each of the vents in the house to make sure everything was blowing out right with the new unit...He says if you install it correctly the first time and with the correct maintenance it can last up to 20 years...Now,I did not get the cheapest unit ,I purchased the best on the market at a fair price they quoted.This whole experience was so enjoyable and made me feel like they really cared.You can’t find to much of this anymore...5 stars for Brisk Air does not do them justice.You guys get a perfect 10!!!!!Go with them ,you won’t be disappointedI guarantee it...
