Air Conditioning and Appliance Service by Jim Inc is a family run ,family friendly service. You actually get Jim himself for most jobs. He installed a new AC Handler with his Technician Miguel and it is running fine. Jim will answer all your questions and he is very personable. I cant say if his prices are cheaper than others but in my experience cheep can lead to a job not well done. Jim did four service call to my home at various times and all went well. My wife was pleased With AC by Jim and that says it all.

Jim is very honest and professional. He called me back right away after I left a voice message. He arrived at my house when he said he would. I had an 18 year old AC and Jim replaced it with a new one at a very fair price. The service was excellent. My new AC is running great for the past month. Highly recommend this family owned business.
