Today was my first visit at Dr. Cutino’s office. I went in for a cleaning. Alex was my hygienist and he was friendly, attentive and professional. I never felt rushed. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Cutino who explained a procedure I was curious about and he took his time to provide thoughts and options. The doctor was very professional. The office staff was great and the office is very clean. I would recommend this office for any general and cosmetic dentistry.

I recently moved to the FL area and in need of dental cleaning. I had gotten rid of my dental insurance since I only ever used it/needed it for cleaning so decided to pay for cleaning out of pocket. The lady that answered the phone seemed disinterested in helping me, didnt greet me on the phone or ask me for any additional concerns that I mightve had. I then asked if X-Rays were included in the price and she said no and then asked if I had been there before (which shouldve been the first question she shouldve asked me) but given the fact that she was so disinterested in helping and caring on setting me up with an appointment or caring to know my dental history, etc - I decided to take my money elsewhere. I wanted to give this place a try after seeing its ratings, but when calling and receiving unsatisfactory help over the phone from a desk clerk, it says a lot about the office overall.. Id rather pay for quality of service from start to finish.

First time here and I got amazing service from all the staff and dentist. They were very kind and understanding of my tooth issues and fears. I would highly recommend this location and nowhere else!

Dr. Javier Cutino was very warm and welcoming.Although I was nervous, he immediately calmed me down by explaining the procedure and by addressing my concerns. Dr. Cutino was gentle, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout my visit. The entire Vida Dental staff was friendly and professional.

Dr. Cutino made my experience so calming and great, which is something I never would’ve thought I can say about a dentist visit! He was gentle, kind, informative, and made me feel very secure. The staff was super sweet and the whole facility is very clean and calming. Everyone was attentive and has great energy! I drive very far to go to this dentist because I truly wouldn’t want to put the care of my teeth in anyone else’s hands.

Dr. Javier Cutino makes going to the dentist easy and less daunting for his patients. Got to see him for a cleaning and was in and out with polished teeth. Plenty of street parking right in front of the office!

Going to the dentist is really not a pleasant experience, but having said that. This dentist office is both professional and friendly. From the moment you walk in and through my procedure they where in one word amazing... Dr. Cotino was patient understanding and professional. I have had three procedures done by Dr. Javier Cutino over the last year. The first one pulling an impacted and broken molar that required some bone reconstruction for a future implant. The second one repairing and saving a front tooth that required an implant to complete the work. The third one repairing and saving another broken molar that required reconstruction and a crown. All work done in a very professional, relaxing and safe environment with very little stress on my part considering the scope of the work performed. I am very satisfied with Dr. Cutino and his staff and will recommend them to any one looking for a satisfying dental experience.

Definitely recommend coming to visit Dr. Cutino. I appreciate his honesty and expertise. He explains what he does and why he recommends things, ultimately leaving me with the choice to make an informed decision. I also greatly appreciate the respect he has towards service members. In conversation, I mentioned my time serving in the Marines and I felt well received throughout getting my root canal done. Will be going back and looking forward to future visits here.

When my neighbor recommended Dr. Cutino nearly two years ago, I realized for the first time in 40 years that experiences at the dentist could be effective, reasonably priced, and non-traumatic all at once. This is a life changing dental practice y’all!!Dr Cutino is punctual, thorough, as well listens and communicates in positive language regarding the condition of my teeth that is informative and not scary. He is happy to provide as much or as little explanation as I request, and he goes out of his way to make sure that the environment is comfortable (always lets me pick the background music!) whether I am in for a cleaning, crown replacement, or even a root canal. I appreciate the balance of professionalism, optimism, and sense of humor that my new favorite Dentist offers at every visit. Not only that, he is just a darn nice guy.I strongly recommend Vida Dental now on a regular basis to anyone that mentions anything about needing a dentist. Hands down awesome experience! I am the biggest chicken when it comes down to the dentist 🦷 but I was experiencing pain due to my wisdom tooth, and couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer. I called them not only were the staff friendly but they also were able to see me the same day. The doctor was very professional and explained in detail what I was going to feel during my tooth extraction. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I didn’t feel a thing! I will definitely recommend him and I most definitely will come back!

Update: BEWARE unethical business tactics. Checked out by three different dentist a week later with xrays since this uncomfortable visit and not one of them could find the two cavities this guy found in 5 min. I can only assume ontop of everything your recommending unessecary services to increase revenue. Thank you for acting like a jerk or else I might have fallen for the scam.Original:Dr Javier Cutino made small talk by asking about my background and when I told him my last exam was w the military he asked what branch and then proceeded to tell me serving in the United States Air Force isnt the real military. He told me he was kidding, but kept going on about how were the chair force and how his friends in the marines have really low iqs levels. He kind of shut up about it when I told him I was a weapon specialist, and switched to telling me about other military patients with ptsd stereotypes, and how he talked to recruiters in the past but never enlisted himself. I did not get the cleaning I came for or any of the work he recommend of course. He thanked me for my service on exit but I was so caught off guard by the unexpected unprofessionalism of the whole experience to begin to understand what happened.What you told me is the equivalent of me telling you youre not a real doctor because your a dentist, and you should keep your opinion to yourself especially when you didnt even have the courage to enlist.

He was very clear when explaining my plan of treatment making in easy to understand. I had a filling done right away and it was quick and painless. Dr. Cutino takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. I felt that everything I wanted to know was explained. He even showed me all the tools used in a future procedure so I could understand what he was going to do.He is very capable of calming you down if you have fears of the dentist.

On vacation and had an emergency. Went to a 24/7 dentist and had a bad, overcharged( not upfront on pricing, many add ons,etc.) experience. Came here 2 days later still in extreme pain and was so thankful. Dr. Cutino was kind, honest, and upfront about all pricing. He and staff answered all my questions and put me at ease. Pricing was almost half of the urgent care place. I got the impression that Dr Javier Cutino was very knowledgeable ,helpful,understanding, and kind and I would highly recommend anyone to see this office if in emergency or just for dental care. Very thankful for the care I received here esp. since we were on vacay and they were able to get me in immediately. Thank you Dr. C and staff!!

Thanks to Doctor Cutiño I dont hate going to the dentist anymore; granted, I dont love it, but he makes it very enjoyable with his charisma and professionalism. He walks you through the process in a very kind and thoughtful manner, and even tosses in some jokes!! (No need to use laughing gas to relax is a plus on my book). And for my vegans out there, he takes into consideration your lifestyle and will try to tell you whether or not the products hes using have animal by-products.
