This is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is super thorough and friendly and uses the most up to date technology. He makes the whole dentist experience more enjoyable and relaxed. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I usually don’t take the time to post reviews but Dr. Deam and his staff deserve all the praise given here because they made fixing a very stressful emergency tooth pain as easy and painless as possible. The staff was incredibly accommodating and fit me in despite the busy Christmas schedule. It was my first time visiting Dr Deam as I was just visiting for the holidays and I can not say enough positive things! He was very professional, took his time and even dedicated considerable time to teach me how to better floss my teeth with tips I had never heard of. He then went above and beyond by checking in on me later tonight to see how my tooth was progressing as he made every attempt to save it when most dentists would have given up. I recommend Dr Deam and his lovely staff 100 percent! Never thought I could say going to a dentist was a pleasure but Dr Deam made it so easy!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist, Edina, was extremely warm and welcoming. The aesthetic atomosphere of the office was very pleasing. Dr. Deam is incredibly talented and timely. I was fascinated with the speed and delicate quality of care that he gave. I cant say enough amazing things about Dr. Deam and the team hes assembled! I was referred to him by my now husband, back when we were dating and I was a recent NY transplant.It all starts with Idania who fronts the office and oversees (among many things I imagine) patient outreach/bookings and insurance/payments. She is not only professional, she is also warm, patient, and just a sweetheart all around!Dr. Deam is very thorough in his consultations, and hes always focused on the patients best interest and on addressing their concerns/questions. One never feels rushed - he has a very calming effect. Its also clear that hes of top caliber and is highly knowledgable about dentistry and medicine at large (he and his team check for things like tongue cancer, blood pressure, etc). Hes forward-thinking and has the latest technology in the office (e.g. a vibrating pain-free device to deliver anesthetic pre-filling; check out his site for other cool advances that I luckily have yet to have to use.) A quick nod to Yuliet who assists Dr. Deam in procedures - shes also super friendly and great at her job!Finally, Lily, whos their hygienist, is awesome (to follow the general theme of Dr. Deam and his staff!) She remembers patients, their concerns (for me its tooth sensitivity, so we use topical anesthetic), and progress from the last visit. She, like the rest of the staff, seem to care first and foremost about the patient.

Knowledge and detail oriented. I know Im getting a good job well done from this place. Great staff too who are also well trained for their jobs

Dr. Deam defines what a profesional Dentist should be. He is not only a Dr. that is really good at what he does, but he takes the time to explain and communicate the patient about the procedures to complete. He uses the most new and modern techniques and equipment. Fully recommended

I broke my molar and had to have a crown made and he not only was able to get me in the next day, but also made the crown and repaired the tooth in one visit. That is so nice as my time as all persons is so valuatble . Plus their is never any pain with dr deam. And you never leave wondering what you need as he explained in plain language .

My entire family sees Dr. Deam for all of our dental needs. He is incredibly competent, always fully explaining every procedure, and SHOWING me what he is going to do with pictures of my mouth. He is proactive, never letting any issue with my teeth sit for too long (my previous dentist would allow a simple cavity turn into a root canal because is was better for his bottom line). He will always take care of problems quickly so that you can avoid problems later. I took my three year old for his first dental visit and Dr. Deam made him feel very comfortable and happy to see the dentist. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a visit. He is the best dentist I have ever seen!

Dr. Doug Deam is one of the best Dentist I’ve known in Miami. I have had past experiences with a number of Dentists offices in the 305 area and the encounters were horrible. Most Dentists in the 305 seems to be in business of making money. Not Doctor Douglas Deam...
