Santayana jewelers are God Sent! There store is immaculate and every piece is swoon worthy! The customer service is unmatched and their professionalism is evident. I first contacted Santayana when it came highly recommended from other ladies in the area. I was looking to fix my engagement ring that a well known jeweler (Jared’s) severely botched 2 days before my wedding. They tried to fix it but it was not nearly what it was when I was first given my ring. I had two other jewelers take a look and try to fix it but they never knew the vision of what I was explaining and did not improve the ring whatsoever. Fast forward 6 years later, I contacted Santayana. After explaining over the phone my issue, Rudy knew exactly what I was talking about and explained what he believed was the issue and was spot on! I KNEW right then and there that he was the real deal and his years of experience really reflected as we spoke. Let me tell you - when I got my ring back it was exactly how it was when I first received my engagement ring! Something no other jeweler was able to do for me! I am so happy I found them and I will only be taking my business here- I even put a small deposit to hold a piece I fell in love with that I plan to purchase in the near future. When shopping for an engagement ring, I did a Google search and stumbled upon Santayana. I am not experienced with jewelry, and its huge investment. I was skeptical to see all 5-star reviews, but when I saw in the comments there were so many satisfied customers, we had nothing to lose! We specifically were drawn to the CUSTOM engagement rings that people were raving about.Upon arrival, Rudy was quick to greet us, and once he was free, he consulted with us, asked many questions to get a good idea of what we were looking for, and proceeded to pull out his laptop and DESIGN THE RING IN FRONT OF OUR EYES. I couldnt believe his skill level!! We designed several rings, and eventually settled on one. And Rudy explained that he would have it 3D printed and we can come in and try it on.We heard from him shortly after that, tried it on, and gave final tweaks. A few months later, I was surprised by the most STUNNING, CUSTOM, GORGEOUS ring I have ever seen. I cant thank Rudy and his team enough for such a perfect experience. I will be going to him for our wedding bands, and sending all of our family and friends to him.

I travel all of FL and the US virgin Islands for work, and I would look at local Jewelers in cities like Naples, West Palm, Orlando, Tampa, even in St. Thomas where they are known for their Diamonds. I even looked at online stores. I did a lot of research on the diamond I wanted, the style my wife wanted, and shopped around for a few months. We are so happy with the quality of the jewelry and level of service provided by Rudy and his mother-in-law Nury. My partner picked out an engagement ring but knew I most likely wanted to design a ring, Rudy made it easy for us to exchange for a custom ring. The design process was so much fun! Rudy is super creative and passionate about design, and you can see his work while he draws it up on the computer in real time. We showed him a couple of pictures for inspiration, adding our feedback. He was super patient and really wanted to make us something we would love. The coolest part is getting to come back a couple of days later to see (and keep) the 3-D printed mold to check out the setting and fit. I was so happy with the services offered at this jewelry store. I went in to ask about a redesign of a ring. The owner sat with me and within minutes had drawn up an option based on my sample photos and what my current ring looked like. Once I approved and during the same visit, he designed a rendering that showed me exactly what the ring would look like. It was ready in about a week and a half and turned out beautifully. My fiancé and I wanted to get custom wedding bands. I contacted all jewelers in the area to get quotes, and Rudy was the first to call back (the competitors just emailed, some never replied).At our first appointment it took just over an hour for Rudy to help us design the rings on the computer in real time. Afterwards Rudy took care that we were kept up to date with the status of the ring and made sure the final product was to the highest standard.I would highly recommend Santayana Jewelers to anyone that wants custom jewelry.

Santayana is the best jewelry experience Ive had. I recently moved to Miami from LA and was in the market for some custom weddings bands. My fiancé and I came in because we had seen their amazing reviews online.Three reasons why we loved them:1. Theyre genuine and transparent -- I was calling around to find a jewelry store with black diamonds for my band. When I called them they said they had one but then called me back to let me know that someone had come in to buy that ring. I really appreciated that they called me back to let me know because it shows that theyre very considerate.2. Theyre accommodating -- Rudy, the owner, helped us design the ring we had envisioned right to our specs! He even designed it on the spot for us and had us come back in to try the ring mold on. We thought this was a great experience because we werent sure how it would turn or but he was very meticulous and professional with his designs.3. High quality -- We came back to pick up our bands (my black diamond band and my fiancés band). We were so pleased with our rings. The quality is great and the design was executed exactly how we had envisioned.We are so happy with the end results and couldnt have picked a better jeweler to come to. We even referred our friends who are also engaged and they bought their custom bands here as well. Rudy and his team are so great. I typically dont feel comfortable in jewelry stores but Rudy is extremely easy going yet professional and makes you feel comfortable. Well be back for sure!

It was an experience I will never forget they treated me super nicely they had everything I had in mind

I barely ever write reviews but I couldn’t pass the opportunity to share one of the most incredible experiences. I’d give a 10/10 if I could! My soon to be hubby and I were looking to get engaged a few months back and the idea of designing my ring came up. This worked well for us since I am particular about my jewlery and tend to fall on the lighter side in regards to even wearing any. Also being pretty non-traditional, I wasn’t all to crazy about pre made engagement rings.Anyways, I walked into Santayana Jewlers for the first time- super nervous not sure what to expect or what reaction I’ll get in regards to being someone who knew barely anything about engagement rings or jewlery style or even what ring size I wore! Rudy took one look at me, and one look at an eclectic cluster ring with a mix of diamond and sapphires I had found online and was inspired by and I felt that was all he needed to help me design my dream engagement ring! He along with the entire staff - Stacy, Nuri & Vernd were so welcoming and pleasing to work it! I couldn’t of asked for a better group of individuals to undergo this amazing process with! I was not only welcomed, but creatively embraced which can be so hard to experience now a days!We ended up with a raw diamond, cluster ring of varying colors of diamond for the final product. Everyday I look at it and fall more and more in love with it! The fact that I had the chance to sit 3-4 times with Rudy to design it and adjust it as needed makes it all the more special! (This probably isn’t the norm but I made quite a few changes. Also want to note, I heavily enjoyed each session! - it became my favorite part of the week in that season!)My favorite parts of the process were the creative freedom, the understanding and knowledge Rudy has of his products but also being heavily keen to cater to my liking, feeling understood, engaging in stimulating conversation and THE 3D PRINTED MODELS! Hello 21st century! Being a low key nerd to the tech world, I was so fascinated to watch Rudy use his design program to 3D model the ring and even more so when he handed me a 3D model printed version of the ring! It gave us the chance to ensure the sizing was right, and the ring didn’t look too small or big + any other adjustments prior to actually seeing the physical ring! It was genius! They let you keep the molds also! (I wore mine for about two days, like a crazy person to ensure I liked what I was getting myself into!). As someone who can be so indecisive it helped calm my nerves and decide it was perfect!Can I just say once more! The final product was stunning!! 😍 AND as I later found out, Rudy was in on throwing me off time wise (as to when the ring would be ready) so my fiancé could still give me an element of surprise!I love this family so much! Can’t wait to return and design our wedding bands! 💍#LifetimeClient
