I’ve always had great experiences while shopping at Mayor’s. Most recently, I was interested in a particular watch I had seen online. I called another store since they had first forwarded me the email with the model I liked. Unfortunately, their service was lukewarm. I stopped by Mayor’s at Merrick Park on a whim. I walked in and asked Leslie if they carried the brand I sought. Although they did not, Leslie offered to find out if another location had it. I gave her my number and left. Within 5 minutes Leslie texted me: “we have it in New York and I can have it here in a few days for you to see it.” We exchanged a few texts and a week later I walked out of the store with the new Longines I love. She was a natural: competent, solicitous, confident, warm, reliable. And there you have it. The power of outstanding service wins every time.

I agree with the other review below. I used to be a Mayors client until they botched the repair job on my Rolex timepiece. If the employees of this Mayors location are good at one thing, its wasting time and money. Its a shame too! The latest renovations theyve made make the place look pretty good too. They should invest more time in improving their customer service, instead of their physical location.

You ever have an experience that’s going as wrong as it could possibly go, and one employee of an establishment takes the initiative to go above and beyond to fix it. After a certain watch brand behaved in a very disappointing manner, Miguel in the Mayors Coral Gables location rolled his sleeves up and fixed a horrible situation. If you’re looking to buy your jewelry from a true pro who will go to bat for you, ask for him. Thank you for being a class act Miguel. You’ve earned a long term client.

STAY AWAY! These people will waste your time and take your money. I tried to get my Rolex serviced through Mayors with Barbara Leo before she was transferred to the Mayors at Dadeland Mall. Barbara Leo had reassured me that the link connector on my Rolex would be able to be repaired for a very fair price which I would assume is less than $500 considering the piece is very small and doesnt affect the performance of the timepiece itself. Long story short, after waiting for 5 months, I now have to deal with a Evelyn Correa who sent me an estimate for $7,018.00 if I wanted the link connector fixed. Not only did I waste my time, but I also wasted my money having to pay to ship the watch to Rolex, just to get an estimate for $7,018.00. For that amount, I may as well buy a new one. Evelyn Correa and Barbara Leo did very little to make my situation better. Its their loss! Ive already warned clients and friends to stay away from this location so they dont have to go through the poor level of customer service I had to go through.
